the auxiliary leaning box plate (3) comprises a plate, a connecting rod mechanism and an auxiliary leaning box plate driving oil cylinder (28) which are positioned between two container lock frame sliding ways (21) on the front surface of the main leaning box plate (4), the auxiliary leaning box plate (3) is connected with the main leaning box plate (4) through the connecting rod mechanism, the auxiliary leaning box plate driving oil cylinder (28) is arranged below the left end surface and the right end surface of the auxiliary leaning box plate (3), one end of the auxiliary leaning box plate driving oil cylinder (28) is hinged to the main leaning box plate (4), the other end of the auxiliary leaning box plate driving oil cylinder is hinged to the auxiliary leaning box plate (3), and the auxiliary leaning box plate driving oil cylinder (28) drives the auxiliary leaning box plate (3) to move forwards and backwards in the horizontal direction; The container turner for transporting open top containers on railway flatcar of claim 1, wherein: the four-bar linkage mechanism is arranged between the revolving frame cross beam (16) and the main leaning box plate (4), and consists of the revolving frame cross beam (16), the main leaning box plate (4) and two main leaning box plate connecting rods (22) between the revolving frame cross beam (16) and the main leaning box plate (4), wherein the two main leaning box plate connecting rods (22) between the main leaning box plate (4) and the revolving frame cross beam (16) are respectively positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the side surface of the main leaning box plate (4), the two main leaning box plate connecting rods (22) are parallel, the four-bar linkage mechanism is arranged between the auxiliary leaning box plate (3) and the main leaning box plate (4), and the two auxiliary leaning box plate connecting rods (27) between the main leaning box plate (4) and the auxiliary leaning box plate (3) are respectively positioned at the side surface of the main leaning box plate (4) and the upper part and the lower part of the side surface of the auxiliary leaning box plate (3), and the two auxiliary leaning box plate connecting rods are parallel.
3. The method for dumping a railway flatcar transportation top-open container dumper as recited in claim 1, wherein: the dumping method comprises the following steps:
1) The box turning machine is positioned at an initial position, the main box leaning plate (4) is in a retraction state, the container lock frame (2) is far away from the top-open container (11), and the box turning machine moves to a corresponding position of the top-open container arranged on the railway flatcar along the track direction, so that the container lock frame (2) of the box turning machine is aligned with the upright posts at two sides of the top-open container (11) in the horizontal direction;
2) Starting a container lock frame driving oil cylinder (18) to drive the container lock frame (2) to vertically move downwards along a slideway (21) on a main leaning box plate (4) until a lower plane (19) of a positioning hook (17) at the upper part of the container lock frame (2) butts against the top surfaces of upright posts at two sides of the top-open container (11);
3) Starting a main leaning box plate driving oil cylinder (23), pushing a main leaning box plate (4) to move forward horizontally, driving a container lock frame (2) and an auxiliary leaning box plate (3) on the main leaning box plate to move to the side surface of an open top container (11) together, enabling a front plane (20) of a stand column of the container lock frame (2) to abut against stand column surfaces at two sides of the open top container (11), enabling an upper rotary lock (1 a) of the container lock frame (2) to be inserted into lock holes at the tops of stand columns at two sides of the open top container (11), and locking;
4) Starting a container lock frame driving oil cylinder (18), driving the container lock frame (2) to lift upwards along a slideway (21) on a main leaning box plate, and lifting the top-opened container (11) away from the container flatcar (12);
5) Starting a box lock swing rod driving oil cylinder (24), driving the box lock swing rod (25) to swing around a box lock swing rod hinge shaft (26) until a lower rotary lock (1 b) of a container lock frame (2) is inserted into lock holes at the bottoms of upright posts at two sides of a top-open container (11), and locking;
6) Starting an auxiliary leaning box plate driving oil cylinder (28) to push the auxiliary leaning box plate (3) to move forwards to support the box plate between the upright posts at the two sides of the top-open container (11);
7) Starting a rotary driving device (8), driving a rotary frame (5) to rotate, driving a container lock frame (2), an auxiliary leaning box plate (3), a main leaning box plate (4) and a top-open container (11) to rotate along a rotary frame hinge shaft (13) until materials in the top-open container (11) are poured into a hopper (6), and completing discharging;
8) And (7) reversely operating the step (7) to step (1) to enable the box turner of the railway flatcar transportation top-open container to return to the starting position.
