The installation principle of the photoelectric switch setting device is as follows:

The left and right clamping grooves 21 and 25 are welded on the left supporting frame 2 according to the calculated distance, the left and right clamping grooves 31 and 35 are welded on the left supporting frame 3, the top surface of the clamping groove (such as the top surface 313 of the left clamping groove of the right supporting frame) is parallel to the upper plane of the fixed bracket 1, the outer wide edge of the top surface (such as the top wide edge 314 of the left clamping groove of the right supporting frame) is perpendicular to the guiding direction of the clamping groove of the fixed bracket 1, the clamping box cover (such as the left clamping box cover 32 of the right supporting frame) is a movable part, the outer wide edge (such as the outer long edge 322 of the left clamping box of the right supporting frame) is slightly smaller than the inner long edge (such as the inner long edge 311 of the left clamping groove of the right supporting frame), the outer high side (such as the outer high side 321 of the left cassette cover of the right support frame) of the cassette cover is slightly smaller than the inner high side (such as the inner high side 312 of the left cassette cover of the right support frame) of the cassette groove, after the cassette groove is welded, the cassette cover and the cassette groove can realize smaller clearance fit, and the inner long side (such as the inner long side 324 of the left cassette of the right support frame), the inner wide side (such as the inner wide side 325 of the left cassette of the right support frame) and the inner high side (such as the inner high side 323 of the left cassette cover of the right support frame) of the cassette groove are slightly larger than or equal to the long side 51, the wide side 52 and the high side 53 of the corresponding photoelectric switch. The photoelectric switch 5 is placed in the box cover, and then the box cover is placed in the box groove, and the photoelectric switch 5 can only make negligible very small movement or rotation between the matched box cover and the box groove. The matched cartridge is provided with a photoelectric switch sensing window in front, and the wide side 241 and the high side 242 of the window are slightly larger than the wide side 54 and the high side 55 of the sensing area on the photoelectric switch, so that the sensing area of the photoelectric switch is not blocked. The cassette has a drain port 243 in the rear for receiving a drain hose. After the positions of the clamping box grooves are correctly welded, the left supporting frame 2, the movable locking frame 4 and the right supporting frame 3 are sequentially arranged, the left sliding surface 45 of the locking frame is arranged between the left sliding surface 28 and the right sliding surface 272 of the left supporting frame, the right sliding surface 46 of the locking frame is arranged between the left sliding surface 372 and the right sliding surface 38 of the right supporting frame, and then the left sliding surfaces and the right sliding surfaces of the left supporting frame 2, the movable locking frame 4 and the right supporting frame 3 which are sequentially arranged in the side clamping grooves 12 of the fixed support, so that the vertical sliding surfaces 29 and 39 of the left supporting frame and the vertical clamping grooves 11 of the fixed support are matched during installation. After the installation, the left end 411 and the right end 412 of the left locking spring are respectively matched with the left locking surface 43 of the movable locking frame and the left supporting frame left supporting surface 27, and the left locking surface 43 of the movable locking frame and the left supporting frame left supporting surface 27 are respectively provided with a locking spring groove 44 and a left supporting frame locking spring groove 271 for fixing the left end 411 and the right end 412 of the left locking spring, so that the direction of the spring force is ensured to be perpendicular to the left locking surface of the locking frame and the left supporting frame left supporting surface. After the left locking spring 41 and the right locking spring 42 are installed, the photoelectric switch setting device is moved to be placed at the corresponding position opposite to the packer 6, the packing frame of the packer is locked between the right locking surface 273 of the left supporting frame and the left locking surface 373 of the right supporting frame by compressing the left locking spring 41 and the right locking spring 42, the positions of the packer and the photoelectric switch setting device are adjusted, the long side of the upper plane of the fixing support is parallel to the conveying direction of the smoke box, then the packing device is started to pack, the interval of packing belts on the packed smoke box is uniform and consistent by adjusting the delay time of the packer in a PLC packing program, and finally the fixing support 1 is fixed on the ground by adopting a foundation locking expansion bolt, so that the whole photoelectric switch setting device is installed.
The precise control principle of the position of the packing belt of the smoke box is as follows:
after the installation of the photoelectric tube setting device is completed by adopting the installation mode, the photoelectric switch is fixed in the clamping box, and the movement and rotation of the photoelectric switch in the clamping box can be almost ignored. The clamping box is fixed on the left and right supporting frames, and the left and right vertical sliding surfaces and the left and right sliding surfaces of the left and right supporting frames are matched with the upper clamping groove and the side clamping groove of the fixed bracket, so that the left and right supporting frames can only slide along the length direction of the fixed bracket. The fixed support is installed on the ground through the anchor expansion bolts, so that five of six degrees of freedom (the six degrees of freedom are movement along the X, Y and Z directions and rotation along the X, Y and Z directions) of the photoelectric switch in space motion are controlled. By establishing a connection between the left and right support surfaces of the left and right support brackets and the frame of the baler, the photoelectric switch can slide along with the tiny displacement variation of the baler in the length direction of the fixed bracket. After the installation position of the packer is fixed, the relative position of the photoelectric switch relative to the packer is kept unchanged. The position of the strapping band on the smoke box can be guaranteed to be fixed relative to the packer. The distance between the packing belts on the smoke box can be fixed by arranging the positions of the clamping boxes on the left supporting frame and the right supporting frame. The 4 baling belts on the smoke box are integrally positioned at the middle position on the smoke box by adjusting the delay time of the action of the baling press in the PLC system. Based on the principle, the accurate control of the position of the packing belt of the smoke box can be realized.
The specific photoelectric switch position self-adjustment principle is as follows:
the position of the packing belt depends on the picking of corresponding photoelectric signals, after delay, the packer is started, the relative positions of the photoelectric switch and the packer are fixed, the position of the packer can be slightly changed correspondingly in the production process, the installation position of the photoelectric tube and the position of the packing support of the packer are related through a movable locking support frame, and aiming at the slightly changed position of the packer, the photoelectric tube can be self-adjusted along with the slightly changed displacement of the packer through the movable locking support frame, and the self-adjustment is realized through a sliding guide groove on an independent fixed support frame. At the same time, the positions of the four photoelectric cells should be fixed, and considering that the packer support is arranged between the second photoelectric switch 5b and the third photoelectric switch 5c, the relative positions of the photoelectric switch and the packer support can be adjusted through the second photoelectric switch 5b, the third photoelectric switch 5c and the related device, then the distance between the first photoelectric switch 5a and the second photoelectric switch 5b can be fixed, and the distance between the third photoelectric switch 5c and the photoelectric switch 5d can be fixed. In order to facilitate timely replacement of the fault packer, a spring force is adopted between a packing support of the packer and a supporting frame of the photoelectric switch for pre-tightening. The photoelectric switch is fixed through the clamping box on the photoelectric switch supporting frame, the clamping box can just clamp the photoelectric switch in the clamping box, the position of the photoelectric switch is prevented from changing, and the clamping box is tightly pressed through spring force.
