Background
The automatic pouring system solves the requirements of modern casting on mass production and high productivity. In an automatic pouring system, slag removal operation of a pouring ladle nozzle of a pouring machine is completed by a plunger device, and the quality of slag removal effect of the plunger device has great influence on pouring efficiency and quality. The high-efficiency plunger rod device of the casting machine is required to be fast and adjustable, has large impact force, reliable structure, convenient installation and disassembly and long service life. At present, the punch rod device of the automatic casting machine sold in the market cannot meet the use demands of people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides an adjustable hydraulic punch device which can be used for adjusting the axial and circumferential positions of punch installation and rapidly positioning and clamping, and simultaneously can be used for adjusting the speed and impact force of the punch to realize rapid slag removal operation with large impact force, and has the characteristics of convenience in installation and disassembly, long service life and the like.

referring to fig. 1 to 4, an adjustable hydraulic ram device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a ram mechanism 1, a cantilever mechanism 2, a sleeve mechanism 3, and a hydraulic system. The punch rod mechanism 1 is connected with the sleeve mechanism 3 through the cantilever mechanism 2, and the hydraulic system is connected with the sleeve mechanism 3.

Referring to fig. 3a and 3b again, the cantilever mechanism 2 includes an outer cantilever 21, an inner cantilever 22, a first clamping jaw 23, a second clamping jaw 24, a first clamping bolt 25 and a second clamping bolt 26, the outer cantilever 21 being disposed laterally; the inner cantilever 22 is inserted into the outer cantilever 21 in a manner of moving left and right; the first clamping pliers 23 are arranged at the left end of the inner cantilever 22, the handle 11 of the punch mechanism 1 is fixed in the first clamping pliers 23, and the first clamping pliers 23 are positioned between the two positioning plates 14, so that the punch mechanism 1 and the cantilever mechanism 2 can be rapidly clamped and fixed together; the outer cantilever 21 is clamped on the inner cantilever 22 through the second clamping pliers 24 and the first clamping bolt 25, specifically, the second clamping pliers 24 comprise a pliers seat and a contact supporting rod 241, the pliers seat is fixed at the left end of the outer cantilever 31, the wall surface of the outer cantilever 21 is provided with a contact supporting rod mounting hole 210, one end of the contact supporting rod 241 is connected with the pliers seat, the other end of the contact supporting rod 241 passes through the contact supporting rod mounting hole 210 and is in contact with the inner cantilever 22, the wall surface of the outer cantilever 21 is provided with a bolt sliding groove 29 along the axial direction thereof, the first clamping bolt 25 is arranged in the bolt sliding groove 29 and is connected with the inner cantilever 22, when the inner cantilever 22 moves left and right along the outer cantilever 21, the contact supporting rod 241 and the first clamping bolt 25 are positioned at two radial sides of the outer sleeve 21 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the outer cantilever 21 and the inner cantilever 22 are fast clamped and fixed through the second clamping pliers 24 and the first clamping bolt 25; the right end of the outer cantilever 21 is welded with a vertical cylinder 27, and the outer wall surface of the vertical cylinder 27 is welded with a circular arc-shaped guide groove 28 along the circumferential direction; the second clamping bolt 26 is arranged in the circular arc-shaped guide groove 28 and moves along the circular arc-shaped guide groove 28, the circular arc-shaped guide groove 28 is used for adjusting the circumferential position of the punch rod, and the adjusting range is 60 degrees, namely the radian of the circular arc-shaped guide groove 28 is smaller than or equal to 60 degrees. The inner cantilever 22 can move left and right along the outer cantilever 21 and can be used for adjusting the left and right positions of the punch rod, and after the adjustment, the inner cantilever and the outer cantilever are rapidly clamped and fixed through the second clamping pliers 24 and the first clamping bolt 25.
Referring again to fig. 4, the sleeve mechanism 3 includes an outer sleeve 31, an inner sleeve 32, a wear bushing 33, and a cylinder head 34; the outer sleeve 31 is vertically arranged; the inner sleeve 32 is provided inside the outer sleeve 31 so as to be movable up and down; the wear-resistant bush 33 is arranged between the inner sleeve 32 and the outer sleeve 31, the inner sleeve 32 and the outer sleeve 31 are positioned and guided by the wear-resistant bush 33, and the wear-resistant bush 33 is made of wear-resistant materials so as to improve the service life; the vertical cylinder 27 of the cantilever mechanism 2 is sleeved on the top of the inner sleeve 32, a guide groove fixing plate 35 matched with the circular arc guide groove 28 is arranged on the outer wall of the inner sleeve 32, and the circular arc guide groove 28 and the guide groove fixing plate 35 are fixed together through a second clamping bolt 26, so that the cantilever mechanism 2 is connected with the sleeve mechanism 3; a guide plate 36 is arranged on the outer wall of the inner sleeve 32 along the axial direction of the inner sleeve, the guide plate 36 is pressed by a roller 37 and is used for positioning the inner sleeve 32 in the circumferential direction and guiding the inner sleeve in the axial direction, and the guide plate 36 is positioned below the guide groove fixing plate 35; a splice mounting plate 38 is transversely disposed within the inner sleeve 32; the cylinder head 34 is secured to a head mounting plate 38. The connector mounting plate 38 is circular in shape and the diameter of the connector mounting plate 38 is adapted to the inner diameter of the inner sleeve 32. The bottom end of the outer sleeve 31 is welded with a base 39, and in use, the outer sleeve 31 is secured to the casting machine apparatus by the base 39.
The hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic station, a hydraulic cylinder 4 and a control valve group, wherein the hydraulic station is connected with the hydraulic cylinder 4 through the control valve group, the hydraulic cylinder 4 is arranged in the inner sleeve 32, the hydraulic cylinder 4 is positioned below the joint mounting plate 38, and the cylinder head of the hydraulic cylinder 4 is connected with the hydraulic cylinder joint 34 and used for pushing the inner sleeve 32 to move up and down along the outer sleeve 31. The bottom of the hydraulic cylinder 4 is provided with a bottom plate, and when in use, the hydraulic cylinder 4 is fixed on casting machine equipment through the bottom plate. The control valve group includes a directional control valve, a speed control valve, and a pressure control valve for controlling the speed and pressure of the movement of the hydraulic cylinder 4.
In the adjustable hydraulic punch device, a cantilever mechanism 2 is used for installing a punch mechanism 1 and is connected with a sleeve mechanism 3.
