Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the pneumatic lint trimmer with the double-air-duct structure, which divides an air duct originally used for simultaneously providing wind energy and lint sucking wind power into two air ducts, and the two air ducts are not communicated with each other, so that the two air ducts are not interfered with each other, the cleaning efficiency is higher, and the problem that the wind wheel needs to be cleaned regularly due to excessive lint winding after being used for a period of time is avoided.
To achieve the above objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a pneumatic lint trimmer of a dual air duct structure, comprising: the shell is provided with a plush trimming chamber and a wind wheel chamber at intervals, and is provided with a power air duct communicated with the wind wheel chamber and a plush suction air duct communicated with the plush trimming chamber.
Preferably, the device further comprises an air draft channel which is arranged on the shell and extends outwards, and the power air channel and the velvet air draft channel are converged in the air draft channel.
Preferably, the lint trimming chamber is provided with a lint suction inlet, and the lint suction air duct is communicated with the lint trimming chamber through the lint suction inlet.
Preferably, the front end of the housing extends vertically downward such that the housing is generally L-shaped in configuration.
Preferably, a wind wheel rotating shaft column protruding vertically downwards is arranged on the inner wall of the power air duct.
Preferably, the power air duct air inlet leading to the wind wheel chamber is arranged at the opposite position of the side wall of the wind wheel chamber and at the front end of the shell.
Preferably, the housing is tapered from the front to the back.
Preferably, the side wall of the shell is provided with an air quantity adjusting opening leading to the power air duct, and an air quantity adjusting baffle plate capable of selectively shielding the air quantity adjusting opening is slidably arranged beside the air quantity adjusting opening.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
The wind channel that originally was used for simultaneously providing wind energy and inhale fine hair wind-force is divided into two for two wind channels air inlet mutually noninterfere, and cleaning efficiency is higher, and has avoided the wind wheel to need the problem of periodic cleaning because of winding too much fine hair after using a period.

Detailed Description
The foregoing and other objects, features, aspects and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description, which, taken in conjunction with the annexed drawings, discloses a device for practicing the invention. In the drawings, the shape and size may be exaggerated for clarity, and the same reference numerals will be used throughout the drawings to designate the same or similar components. In the following description, terms such as center, thickness, height, length, front, back, rear, left, right, top, bottom, upper, lower, etc. are based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings. In particular, "height" corresponds to the top-to-bottom dimension, "width" corresponds to the left-to-right dimension, and "depth" corresponds to the front-to-back dimension. These relative terms are for convenience of description and are not generally intended to require a particular orientation. Terms (e.g., "connected" and "attached") referring to an attachment, coupling, etc., refer to a relationship wherein these structures are directly or indirectly secured or attached to one another through intervening structures, as well as both movable or rigid attachments or relationships, unless expressly described otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1, a pneumatic lint trimmer 1 of a double air duct structure includes:
The pile trimmer comprises a shell 11 and an air draft duct 12 which is communicated with the shell and extends outwards, wherein a pile trimming chamber 13 and a wind wheel chamber 14 are arranged in the shell at intervals, and the air draft duct 12 comprises a power duct 121 which is communicated with the wind wheel chamber 14 and a pile suction duct 122 which is communicated with the pile trimming chamber 13.
Further, the pile trimming chamber 13 is provided with a pile suction inlet 132, and the pile suction air duct 122 is communicated with the pile trimming chamber 13 through the pile suction inlet 132. In a preferred embodiment, a protective mesh cover 15 is attached to the bottom of the pile trimming chamber 13.
Further, the pile trimming chamber 13 and the wind wheel chamber 14 are arranged at intervals, the pile trimming cutter disc is arranged in the pile trimming chamber 13, the wind wheel chamber 14 is used for installing a wind wheel, the wind wheel converts wind energy into mechanical energy under the action of flowing air in the power air duct, and the mechanical energy is transmitted to the cutter disc through the wind wheel output shaft and drives the cutter disc to rotate, so that the pile is trimmed, and normally, a plurality of through holes allowing the pile to stretch into the pile trimming chamber 13 are formed in the contact surface of the protective screen 15.
The plush trimming chamber 13 is mutually spaced from the wind wheel chamber 14, a wind wheel output shaft hole 131 leading to the wind wheel chamber 14 is formed in the top of the plush trimming chamber 13, and the wind wheel output shaft is in transmission connection with the plush trimming cutter head after passing through the wind wheel output shaft hole 131. In the preferred embodiment, the wind wheel output shaft and the wind wheel output shaft hole 131 are continuously sealed, and a fluff suction inlet 132 communicated with the fluff suction air duct 122 is formed at the side of the top of the fluff trimming chamber 13.
Further, the power air duct 121 and the down-suction air duct 122 extend in the housing 11 along the length direction of the housing 11, and the power air duct 121 and the down-suction air duct 122 are converged and then are finally communicated with the air suction air duct 12. The pneumatic lint trimmer 1 with the double air duct structure can be connected with an air suction opening of the dust collector through the air suction duct 12, so that the functions of the dust collector are expanded. Further, the front end of the housing 11 extends vertically downward such that the housing 11 is generally in an "L" shaped configuration.
Referring to fig. 1, one side of the housing 11 is provided with a power wind channel air inlet 113 communicating with the wind wheel chamber 14.
In the preferred embodiment, the housing 11 is tapered from the front to the rear, thereby increasing the volumes of the lint clipping chamber 13 and the wind wheel chamber 14, increasing the clipping efficiency, while the smaller rear end of the housing 11 is convenient for the operator to hold.
Further, a side wall of the housing 11 is provided with an air volume adjustment opening 161 leading to the power air duct 121, and an air volume adjustment baffle 16 capable of selectively shielding the air volume adjustment opening 161 is slidably provided beside the air volume adjustment opening 161.
The invention arranges the air draft duct 12 in the shell 11 into the independent power duct 121 and the fluff absorbing duct 122 respectively, the power duct 121 is used for driving the cutterhead to rotate, and the fluff absorbing duct 122 is used for absorbing the fluff which is sheared in the fluff shearing chamber 13, so that the fluff in the fluff shearing chamber 13 is prevented from being mixed into the power duct 12 and the wind wheel chamber 14, adverse effects on use are avoided, and meanwhile, a user does not need to open the fluff shearing cutterhead to clean during operation, and the service time is prolonged.
