Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the top wall 131 warps from back to front upwards, and the preset height H of the suction opening 120 can be properly increased by the upward warpage of the top wall 131, so that the effective covering range of the suction opening 120 can be ensured, the pushing teeth 210 can be completely located in the effective covering range of the suction opening 120, and in addition, the upward warped top wall 131 has an avoidance function, so that hair can be smoothly sucked into the suction opening 120 under the suction action of negative pressure collecting airflow. Of course, the larger the preset height H of the suction port 120 is, the more preferably, 12 mm.ltoreq.H.ltoreq.20 mm in the present embodiment, and specifically, H is set to 14mm. It will be appreciated that the predetermined height H of the suction opening 120 may be set to other reasonable dimensions of 12mm, 13mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, etc.
The cross-sectional area of the suction port 120 decreases from front to back due to the fact that the top wall 131 warps upward from back to front, resulting in the suction port 120 having a horn shape with a large front and a small back. In order to improve the hair collecting effect, the cross-sectional area of the end of the collecting channel 110 near the suction opening 120 is smaller than that of the suction opening 120, and the caliber of the front end of the collecting channel 110 is smaller because the cross-sectional area of the front end of the collecting channel 110 is smaller, so that the suction strength of the negative pressure collecting airflow at the front end of the collecting channel 110 can be properly increased, and the hair sucked from the suction opening 120 can be smoothly sucked into the dust box 310 under the suction action of the negative pressure collecting airflow.
In order to balance the effective suction range of the suction port 120 and the suction strength at the suction port 120, the ratio between the cross-sectional area S of the suction port 120 and the preset height H is set to be 3.ltoreq.S.ltoreq.H.ltoreq.9. In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional area S of the suction port 120 means the maximum cross-sectional area S of the front end of the suction port 120, and S: H is about 7, i.e., the cross-sectional area S of the suction port 120 is about 98mm 2 . It will be appreciated that S: H may be provided in other reasonable sizes of 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, etc., and that the cross-sectional area S of the suction opening 120 may be provided in other reasonable sizes, accordingly.
In order to avoid pain caused by the collision of the side wall 132 against the scalp or skin, the front edge 132a of the side wall 132 has a rounded curve extending from the front edge 131a of the top wall 131 toward the front end of the pushing teeth 210, i.e., the front edge 132a of the side wall 132 has a rounded curve, so that the front edge 132a of the side wall 132 does not form a protrusion that easily collides against the scalp or skin during use.
In order to avoid the situation that the pushing teeth 210 are pushed to the skin or the clipper is uneven, in this embodiment, the whole cover body 100 is transparent, so that a user can clearly observe the working position and working condition of the pushing teeth 210 when using the hair clipper 200, so as to move the hair clipper 200 in time to adjust the position of the pushing teeth 210, the guide portion 130 and the mounting portion 140 of the cover body 100 can be integrally formed, and the structural strength of the cover body 100 is guaranteed. It is understood that the transparent cover 100 may be made of transparent resin, transparent plastic, or the like.
To ensure structural stability when the hair clipper 200 and the cover 100 are mounted together and to facilitate the user's cleaning of the cover 100 and the hair clipper 200, respectively, the hair clipper 200 is detachably fixed to the cover 100 by engagement with the mounting portion 140. In this embodiment, a socket into which the hair clipper 200 is inserted from front to back is formed at the front of the mounting portion 140, and a positioning block 150 for positioning the insertion depth of the hair clipper 200 and a binding portion 170 for fixing the binding band 160 are provided at the rear end of the mounting portion 140, and the binding band 160 is bound by a velcro. It should be understood that the fixing structure between the hair clipper 200 and the hood 100 is not limited to the above description and the drawings, and the detachable fixing connection may be implemented by other reasonable manners such as a snap-fit structure.
When the hair clipper 200 and the cover body 100 are fixed together in use, the hair clipper 200 is inserted into the socket from front to back until the hair clipper 200 is abutted against the positioning block 150, then the cover body 100 is connected to the dust box 310 through the dust suction pipe 400 by using the binding belt 160, the collecting fan 320 works to provide suction force to form negative pressure collecting airflow, the negative pressure collecting airflow flows into the dust box 310 from the dust inlet through the collecting channel 110 and the dust suction pipe 400 after flowing in from the suction port 120, the negative pressure collecting airflow flows out of the dust box 310 from the air outlet after being filtered by the filter element in the dust box 310, and hair at the suction port 120 is straightened under the action of the negative pressure collecting airflow so as to push the teeth 210 to cut the hair at the suction port 120, and the cut hair is sucked into the dust box 310 under the action of the suction force of the negative pressure collecting airflow.
The cut hair may fly away from the hair, for example, in three directions shown in A, B, C of fig. 6, the hair flying away in the direction a may be directly sucked away by the negative pressure collecting airflow, the hair flying away in the direction B may suddenly drop in speed after hitting the top wall 131, the hair flying away at a reduced speed may be easily sucked away by the negative pressure collecting airflow, the hair flying away in the direction C may be decelerated under the blocking effect of the non-cut hair and cannot fly away from the covering range of the suction port 120, and the blocked hair may also be sucked away by the negative pressure collecting airflow. In connection with fig. 7, hairs flying in the direction D and the direction E toward the left and right side are suddenly reduced in speed after hitting the side wall 132, and the hairs reduced in flying speed are easily sucked away by the negative pressure collecting air flow.

In order to further improve the hair collecting effect, combining fig. 8, 9 and 10, a plurality of ribs 180 are arranged in the suction port 120 and distributed at intervals along the length direction of the suction port 120, the suction port 120 is divided into a plurality of small openings by the ribs 180, and the speed of the hair flying to two sides is suddenly reduced after the hair collides with the ribs 180, so that the flying speed of the hair can be effectively reduced, the flying direction of the hair can be changed, the flying speed of shorter hair can be reduced, the flying direction of the shorter hair can be changed, and the hair can be smoothly sucked under the action of negative pressure collecting airflow.
In order to prevent the rib 180 from striking the scalp or skin when the hair clipper 200 is in operation, the projection of the rib 180 in the left-right direction is located in the outline range of the side face of the suction port 120, that is, the rib 180 is located in the outline range of the outer edge of the side wall 132, the rib 180 does not protrude forward beyond the front edge 132a of the side wall 132, and the rib 180 is prevented from protruding forward beyond the front edge 132a of the side wall 132 to form a bulge which is easy to strike the scalp or skin. In this embodiment, the ribs 180 are aligned with the front edge 132a of the side wall 132. It will be appreciated that the profile of the ribs 180 may also be slightly smaller than the profile of the outer edge of the side wall 132, i.e., the ribs 180 are disposed rearwardly relative to the front edge 132a of the side wall 132.
Referring to fig. 10, a gap 190 is formed between the lower end of the rib 180 and the push teeth 210, so that a sufficient distance is formed between the lower end of the rib 180 and the push teeth 210, and hair is prevented from being caught between the rib 180 and the push teeth 210, resulting in a reduction in hair collecting effect or the like.
In order to avoid blocking the hair moving backward under the action of negative pressure collecting airflow by the blocking rib 180, the blocking rib 180 is preferably arranged parallel to the side surface of the suction port 120, that is, the blocking rib 180 is arranged parallel to the side wall 132, the plane direction of the blocking rib 180 is arranged along the front-back direction, and the lengths of each small opening divided by the blocking rib 180 in the left-right direction are uniformly arranged front and back, so that the forming difficulty of the blocking rib 180 is also reduced.
In order to balance the suction strength of the negative pressure collecting air flow to the hair at each small opening, the blocking ribs 180 are preferably uniformly distributed at intervals along the left-right direction, so that the sizes of the small openings divided by the blocking ribs 180 can be basically consistent, and the condition that the hair collecting effect is not ideal due to the large difference of the suction strength at each small opening is avoided.
In order to avoid the hair from blocking the small openings divided by the ribs 180, the number of the small openings is not as large as possible, so that the number of the ribs 180 needs to be reasonably set to ensure the size of each small opening, and the number of the ribs 180 is generally 1-4. In this embodiment, the number of ribs 180 is two, and the suction port 120 is divided into three small openings of substantially uniform size by the two ribs 180. It will be appreciated that the ribs 180 may be provided in a reasonable number of 1, 3, 4, etc.
In connection with fig. 10, the flying-off speed of the hair flying off from the left and right sides drops suddenly after hitting the ribs 180 and the side walls 132, which can effectively reduce the flying-off speed of the hair and change the flying-off direction of the hair, and is particularly advantageous for reducing the flying-off speed of shorter hair and changing the flying-off direction of shorter hair, thereby being advantageous for improving the hair collecting effect.
It will be appreciated that the small openings of the mouthpiece 120 divided by the ribs 180 may be of slightly different lengths.
It will be appreciated that the third embodiment may also be combined with the second embodiment.
Other structures of the third embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment, and will not be described in detail here.
In addition to the above preferred embodiments, the present utility model has other embodiments, and various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the utility model, which shall fall within the scope of the utility model as defined in the appended claims.
