技术领域
本发明属于烹饪油烟的净化装置,特别涉及适用于小型用户或家用油烟机的无油垢油烟净化装置。
背景技术
短波紫外线能将油烟光解氧化成白色粉末和二氧化碳和水,实现无油垢排放,是一种理想的油烟净化装置,已有产品面市。但是该装置使用大功率的紫外线灯,体积很大。小型烹饪单位和家庭烹饪瞬时产生的最高油烟浓度与大型餐饮单位产生的油烟平均浓度接近,因此净化所需紫外线灯的功率仍很大,灯的长度远大于小型用户和家用油烟机允许的空间,使紫外线净化技术的应用遇到障碍。
发明内容
本发明的技术构思为:利用紫外线光解油烟的功能,但相应浓度的臭氧氛围主要依赖其他形式的臭氧发生器提供,从而降低对紫外线灯的要求,减小功率,进而减小紫外线灯的长度。以减小功率的紫外线灯与配合的臭氧发生器结合起来,可实现原有大功率紫外线灯光解氧化油烟的功能。
本发明的技术方案如下:本发明小型紫外线无油垢油烟净化装置的特征在于:所述装置由低功率的紫外线灯和臭氧发生器组成。所述紫外线灯只考虑254纳米谱线对油烟光解的作用,按最大油烟浓度确定紫外线灯的最低功率。所述臭氧发生器的功率按最大油烟浓度氧化需要的臭氧量确定。本发明小型紫外线无油垢油烟净化装置的特征还在于:所述装置的紫外线灯管和臭氧发生元件安装在油烟吸入口,外罩挡光透风的隔栅。所述紫外线灯管采用U型管,能实现体积最小化。
本发明的技术效果如下:由于本发明小型紫外线无油垢油烟净化装置使用低功率紫外线灯,紫外线灯的长度小,能够安装在较小腔体中,适用于小型用户和家用油烟机,从而扩大了高性能紫外线油烟净化技术向小型用户和家用推广的机会。

3.权利要求1所述一种小型紫外线无油垢油烟净化装置,其特征在于:所述臭氧发生器的臭氧发生元件是瓷片式臭氧发生器的瓷片、有臭氧紫外线灯管。
4.权利要求1所述一种小型紫外线无油垢油烟净化装置,其特征在于:所述臭氧发生器的臭氧发生元件是将机外臭氧发生器产生的臭氧通入紫外线灯管所在腔体的导管开口。
