技术领域
本发明属于中药应用技术领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗痤疮的中药化妆品。
背景技术
痤疮是一种好发于青壮年时期的常见性附属类皮肤疾病，西医认为主要是内分泌紊乱，雄性激素分泌过盛，引起皮脂腺功能亢进，毛囊皮脂导管角化异常，毛孔阻塞产生炎症。中医则认为腠理不密、脾湿化热、湿热夹痰、月经不调、瘀滞化热所致。
《素问、生气通天论》：“汗出见湿，乃生痤痱，劳汗当风，薄为齄，郁乃痤”。唐代医学家王冰：“热怫余内，郁于皮里，甚为痤疖”。现代中医认为：痤疮是“腠理不密，外邪侵袭，肺气不清，外受风热，膏梁厚味，胃热上蒸，脾湿化，湿热夹痰，月经不调，瘀滞化热”所致。称为之：“肺风粉刺、面疱、粉疵”等。
试验表明：痤疮是体内疾病的反映和信号，其根本原因是体内热病热毒，造成血份炽热，产生游离脂肪酸分泌过盛，阻塞毛孔而发生炎症。血热是内因是根本，皮脂汗腺瘀滞是外因，是前提。现有技术中，并无一种能够针对该原因进行对症下药的药物来对痤疮进行治疗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种从根本上治疗痤疮的中药化妆品。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的：
一种用于治疗痤疮的中药化妆品，由以下重量的原料制成：羊红膻12克，蒲黄12克，茜草10克，断血流10克，白芨10克，炒杜仲8克，丹参8克，虎杖8克，五灵脂6克，王不留行6克，苏紫叶7克，荆芥7克，西河柳7克，芫荽7克，黄芪12克，制首乌5克，白蒺藜5克，黄精5克，姜黄5克，石菖蒲5克,血竭3克，蓍实3克，白术3克，云母3克，明矾3克,醋制大黄3克，百部3克，乌苦参3克，蛇床子3克，柠檬3克,女萎3克，赤灵芝3克，卷柏3克，白茯苓3克。
一种用于治疗痤疮的中药化妆品，通过如下方法制得：
（1）分拣：去除药材中的杂质及陈腐霉变或虫食等不良部分；
（2）清洁晾晒：将药材用清水漂洗干净，阳光晾晒干燥；
（3）杀菌消毒：将晒干后的药材用紫外线灯光进行杀菌消毒；
（4）取药：按配比称取药材；
（5）一次浸泡：将称取的药材浸入白醋中浸泡12h，每克药材对应的白醋的用量为3ml；
（6）煮干：将浸泡后的混合液以武火煮开后，再用文火焖煮至白醋煮干；
（7）二次浸泡：将煮干白醋的药材用白酒在温度为60℃的条件下浸泡7d，然后在室温下冷却3d， 每克药材对应的白酒的用量为50 ml;
（8）过滤：将所得的药液沉淀5d后进行过滤，取250ml过滤后的药液，向其中添加3ml依兰花精油，分装即得。
所述的白酒为酒精含量为50%的清香型玉米酒。
所述的炒杜仲为盐制炒杜仲。
君药：羊红膻、蒲黄、茜草、断血流、白芨具有清血凉血之功效；炒杜仲（盐制）、丹参、虎杖、五灵脂、王不留行具有活血祛瘀之功效。
臣药：苏紫叶、荆芥、西河柳、芫荽、黄芪具有通透毛孔之功效；制首乌、白蒺藜、黄精、姜黄、石菖蒲具有祛脂除脂之功效。
佐药：血竭、蓍实、白术、云母、明矾具有祛腐生肌之功效；醋制大黄、百部、乌苦参、蛇床子、柠檬具有排毒拔脓之功效。
使药：女萎、赤灵芝、卷柏、白茯苓具有美白滋润肌肤之功效。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明在药物配伍上紧紧抓住发生痤疮的根本和前提，以清血凉血，通筋活络、清除内热的治血药物为君，以通透毛孔、祛脂除脂、改善皮肤油性药物为臣，以祛腐生肌、排毒拨脓、加强代谢功能的药物为佐，以补养补水、美白滋润肌肤的药物为使的科学配伍，对痤疮疾病的治疗具有彻底根治疗效。将本发明的化妆品用于痤疮的治疗，显效率为100%，有效率为98%，治愈率为92%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的内容做进一步的说明，但本发明的保护范围不受实施例所限制。
实施例1
一种用于治疗痤疮的中药化妆品，由以下重量的原料制成：羊红膻12克，蒲黄12克，茜草10克，断血流10克，白芨10克，炒杜仲8克，丹参8克，虎杖8克，五灵脂6克，王不留行6克，苏紫叶7克，荆芥7克，西河柳7克，芫荽7克，黄芪12克，制首乌5克，白蒺藜5克，黄精5克，姜黄5克，石菖蒲5克,血竭3克，蓍实3克，白术3克，云母3克，明矾3克,醋制大黄3克，百部3克，乌苦参3克，蛇床子3克，柠檬3克,女萎3克，赤灵芝3克，卷柏3克，白茯苓3克。

自一九九六年至二OO六年四月，二十年内，发明人临床观察治疗的各类型痤疮患者有2018例。其中男性68人，女性1950人，最小年龄13岁，最大年龄54岁，13—20岁22人，占1.1%；21—30岁687人，占34%；31—44岁1168人，占57.9%；45岁以上31人，占1.5%。
皮损形态：丘疹性痤疮188人，占8.9%；脓疮性痤疮379人，占17.3%；囊肿性痤疮398人，占19.7%；萎缩性痤疮318人，占15.8%；坏死性准疮31人，占1.5%；聚合性痤疮316人，占15.7%；恶病性痤疮128人，占6.3%。
皮肤性质：油性皮肤1513人，占75%；中性皮肤321人，占16%；干性皮肤81人，占4%。体内状况：肺气浊热型68人，占3.4%；胃肠热毒上蒸型1463人，占72.5%；脾湿化热型81人，占4%；湿热夹痰型93人，占4.6%；肝肾阳虚313人，占15.5%。
治疗方法如下：
对于恶病性、坏死性痤疮患者，油性皮肤患者，前胸和背部痤疮患者，使用本实施例的制品进行治疗。使用方法为：每晚8—10点，温水净面后，涂擦3-5毫升，待面部发红时停止使用7-15天，再行使用，如此反复使用至痊愈为止。
患者使用1-3天后，有效时会出现下列现象：
⑴皮肤发热发红现象，其作用在于扩张毛细血管，增强血液循环，加强皮肤通透性，清血凉血，疏通毛孔，迫使原有炎症的痤疮显露白头，迫使暗藏皮下的痤疮露头。
⑵皮肤发痒现象，其作用在于排出体内深层毒素，排出毛囊内滞留物——游离脂肪酸，致使皮肤发痒。
⑶皮肤绷紧干燥脱屑现象，其作用在于排出游离脂肪酸，改变脂溢性皮肤状况，消除环死细胞组织，促使细胞再生，修复痘印血痂及凹凸疤痕组织，消除皱纹，增强面部肌肉弹性及代谢功能。
⑷毛孔收缩现象，其作用在于改变皮肤粗糙状况，促使皮肤白皙细嫩，提高皮肤抗病能力和免疫功能。
疗效判定标准如下：
（1）使用后皮肤绷紧、发热发红，正在发炎的痤疮显露白头，炎症逐步消除，皮肤干燥，摧出皮下暗藏痤疮为显效。
（2）使用后原有炎症的痤疮消失，不再发生新的痤疮，60%以上的黑色疤痕消除为有效。
（3）使用后皮肤干燥脱屑，不再发生新的痤疮，95%以上黑色痘印血痂消除，90%以上凹凸疤痕消除，皮肤白皙细嫩为治愈。
通过长期的临床实验证明，本实施例所获得的药物对痤疮的显效率为100%，有效率为98%，治愈率为92%。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于治疗痤疮的中药化妆品，其特征在于，由以下重量的原料制成：羊红膻12克，蒲黄12克，茜草10克，断血流10克，白芨10克，炒杜仲8克，丹参8克，虎杖8克，五灵脂6克，王不留行6克,苏紫叶7克，荆芥7克，西河柳7克，芫荽7克，黄芪12克，制首乌5克，白蒺藜5克，黄精5克，姜黄5克，石菖蒲5克,血竭3克，蓍实3克，白术3克，云母3克，明矾3克,醋制大黄3克，百部3克，乌苦参3克，蛇床子3克，柠檬3克,女萎3克，赤灵芝3克，卷柏3克，白茯苓3克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗痤疮的中药化妆品，其特征在于，通过如下方法制得：
（1） 分拣：去除药材中的杂质及陈腐霉变或虫食等不良部分；
（2） 清洁晾晒：将药材用清水漂洗干净，阳光晾晒干燥；
（3） 杀菌消毒：将晒干后的药材用紫外线灯光进行杀菌消毒；
（4） 取药：按配比称取药材；
（5） 一次浸泡：将称取的药材浸入白醋中浸泡12h，每克药材对应的白醋的用量为3ml；
（6） 煮干：将浸泡后的混合液以武火煮开后，再用文火焖煮至白醋煮干；
（7） 二次浸泡：将煮干白醋的药材用白酒在温度为60℃的条件下浸泡7d，然后在室温下冷却3d，每克药材对应的白酒的用量为50 ml;
（8） 过滤：将所得的药液沉淀5d后进行过滤，取250ml过滤后的药液，向其中添加3ml依兰花精油，分装即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于治疗痤疮的中药化妆品，其特征在于，所述的白酒为酒精含量为50%的清香型玉米酒。
