The invention discloses a three-dimensional electric toothbrush which comprises an upper tooth socket, a lower tooth socket and a control handle, wherein the upper tooth socket and the lower tooth socket are of symmetrical structures and are integrally arranged, a plurality of bottom gears are arranged at the bottoms of the grooves of the upper tooth socket and the lower tooth socket, crown gears are arranged on the bottom gears, bottom brushes are arranged on the crown gears, side wall gears are arranged on two side walls of the grooves of the upper tooth socket and the lower tooth socket, side edge brushes are arranged on the side wall gears, water spraying holes are formed in the bottoms of the grooves of the upper tooth socket and the lower tooth socket, rotating shafts extending in the middle are concentrically connected with the bottom gears of the upper tooth socket and the lower tooth socket respectively, first bevel gears are arranged on the rotating shafts, a storage battery, a high-pressure water pump, a water tank and a power motor are arranged in the control handle, and a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gears is arranged on an output shaft of the power motor.
