The starting rotating motor I2 rotates reversely to drive the small belt pulley 10 to rotate reversely, the large belt pulley 16 is driven to rotate reversely through the flat belt 9, so that the spiral annular surface cam 12 is driven to rotate reversely, the clamping block 20 moves downwards to drive the electromagnet I33 to move downwards, and when the electromagnet I33 moves to reset, the rotating motor I2 stops working.

The base plate 4 is made of stainless steel, so that the base plate has stronger corrosion resistance and can prolong the service life of the base plate 4.
