Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of low-temperature smoke heating, and discloses a low-temperature smoke heating system which comprises a shell, a heating chamber, a heating module and a temperature control module, wherein the heating chamber is arranged in the shell, and the heating module and the temperature control module are connected with the heating chamber; the heating chamber comprises a shell and a fixed layer arranged in the shell, and an insulating layer is arranged between the shell and the fixed layer. According to the low-temperature smoke heating system provided by the invention, through the action of the temperature sensing device in direct contact with the smoke body and the temperature control module, the work of the heating module is accurately controlled, the tobacco is kept at a lower heated temperature without burning, and the discharge of harmful substances is avoided; the heat of the heating chamber is fully transferred into the cigarette body by dispersing heat conduction reinforcing substances in the cigarette body and reinforcing the heat conduction between the heating chamber and the cigarette body, so that the problems of uneven heating, insufficient heat transfer and the like of low-temperature cigarettes are solved.

Technical Field

Background
With increasing attention to health and environment, reducing the release amount of harmful components in tobacco becomes an important point in the development of tobacco industry, and a cigarette which is not burnt by heating, namely low-temperature cigarette, is common at present. Unlike traditional cigarettes, the tobacco shreds of the heating non-burning tobacco products are in a heating rather than burning state, so that harmful components generated by high-temperature burning and cracking of traditional tobacco are reduced, harmful components of main stream smoke are reduced, the characteristic feeling of consumer tobacco is met, meanwhile, harm to the consumer is reduced, and the contradiction between smoking and smoking prohibition in public places is relieved to a certain extent. Since low temperature smoke is heated only without burning, control of heating temperature and conduction of heat become key to the generation of tobacco flavor gas.
It is currently common practice to incorporate a smoking agent into the tobacco material, which is often a chemical substance that has the potential to react with substances within the tobacco during heating to produce new harmful substances.

The heating chamber is characterized in that a top cover is arranged at one end of the heating chamber, a temperature sensing device interface is arranged at the other end of the heating chamber, and the top cover is movably connected to the heating chamber through a spring.
The heating chamber is internally provided with a cigarette body, a plurality of layers of heat conducting clothes are wound on the outer side of the cigarette body, and fillers are arranged between the adjacent heat conducting clothes.

Further, the heating module 4 includes a power source and heating wires, and the heating wires 6 are at least one group, and each group of heating wires 6 is electrically connected with the power source. In this embodiment, the power supply is a battery pack, the battery pack is connected with a plurality of heating wires, each heating wire is provided with a heating wire switch, the heating wire switches are controlled by a temperature control module, the plurality of heating wires are spirally arranged in the heating chamber 2, and two ends of the heating wires are connected with the battery pack to obtain electric energy from the battery pack.
Further, the heating wire 6 is disposed between the heat insulation layer 22 and the fixed layer 23, the heating wire 6 is wound on the fixed layer 23, and the heating wire 6 is electrically connected with the heating module 4 and the temperature control module 5. In this embodiment, the heating wire is wound on the fixing layer 23, in order to strengthen the heat conduction between the heating wire and the fixing layer 23, the fixing layer 23 is made of a metal with good heat conduction, such as copper, aluminum, etc., and heat conduction grease is added between the fixing layer 23 and the heating wire to reduce the contact thermal resistance, so as to keep the fixing layer 23 with certain strength and good heat conduction, the thickness of the fixing layer 23 is between 1mm and 1.5 mm; the heat preservation layer 22 wraps the heating wire, reduces heat leakage of the heating wire to the outside, and the base is fixed on one side of the heating chamber 2 and is provided with an interface for installing the temperature sensing device.
Further, a heat conductive grease for reducing contact thermal resistance is disposed between the heat insulating layer 22 and the fixing layer 23.
Further, a top cover 24 is arranged at one end of the heating chamber 2, a temperature sensing device interface 25 is arranged at the other end of the heating chamber 2, and the top cover 24 is movably connected to the heating chamber 2 through a spring 26. By providing the spring 26, after the tobacco body 3 is put into the heating chamber 2, the top cover 24 is put down and the tobacco body 3 is pressed by the spring 26 so as to be in close contact with the temperature sensing device.
Further, a cigarette body 3 is further arranged in the heating chamber 2, a plurality of layers of heat conducting clothes 31 are wound on the outer side of the cigarette body 3, and a filler 32 is arranged between every two adjacent heat conducting clothes 31. In the embodiment, the tobacco material and the heat conduction reinforcing substance (such as carbon powder) are mixed in a dispersing way, and the mixing ratio of the tobacco material and the heat conduction reinforcing substance is 5:1-10:1; the multi-layer heat conducting clothes 31 are wrapped to form a multi-layer structure, the heat conducting clothes 31 are made of materials with good heat conduction, such as aluminum foil, tin foil and the like, in order to ensure good heat conduction, the thickness of other heat conducting clothes 31 is between 0.1 and 0.3mm except for the outer side heat conducting clothes 31, the outermost side heat conducting clothes 31 are in direct contact with the fixing layer 23 of the heating chamber 2, the heat of the heating wire is transferred into the tobacco body 3, meanwhile, the outer layer heat conducting clothes 31 also integrally fix the tobacco body 3, the integrity of the tobacco body 3 can be kept after heating, and the tobacco body can be conveniently taken out from the heating chamber 2, so that the thickness of the outermost side heat conducting clothes 31 is between 0.5 and 0.7 mm; the temperature acquisition port is positioned in the middle of the tobacco body 3, and when the tobacco body 3 is placed in the heating chamber, the temperature sensing device is inserted into the temperature acquisition port and is in good contact with the tobacco body 3.
Further, a temperature collection port 33 is provided at one end of the smoke body 3, which is matched with the temperature sensing device interface 25.
Further, the temperature control module 5 includes a temperature sensing device, a signal feedback device and a heater switch, where the temperature sensing device and the signal feedback device are electrically connected to control the on/off of the heater switch to realize temperature control. The temperature sensing device is arranged on the base of the heating chamber 2, when the tobacco body 3 is placed in the heating chamber 2, the temperature sensing device is inserted into the temperature collection port 33 of the tobacco body 3 and is in close contact with the center of the tobacco body 3, when the temperature of the center of the tobacco body 3 exceeds a set value, the switch of one or more groups of heating wires is opened, so that harmful substances generated by overhigh temperature of the tobacco body 3 can be avoided, and when the temperature is lower than the set value, the switch is automatically closed, so that the tobacco body 3 can generate tobacco smell.

The temperature control module (5) comprises a temperature sensing device which is connected to the temperature sensing device interface (25) and is used for being inserted into a temperature acquisition port (33) of the cigarette body (3), and when the top cover (24) is put down, the spring (26) presses the cigarette body (3) to be in close contact with the temperature sensing device;
A cigarette body (3) is further arranged in the heating chamber (2), a plurality of layers of heat conducting clothes (31) are wound on the outer side of the cigarette body (3), and fillers (32) are arranged between the adjacent heat conducting clothes (31);
