Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, a statistical method, a statistical system and an intelligent viewing terminal for viewing users provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a statistical method for viewing users according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the statistical method for viewing users includes:
and step S1, acquiring the mobile phone terminal information set.
Wherein, step S1 specifically includes:
step S101, terminal information of each mobile phone terminal in the same local area network with the intelligent viewing terminal is obtained, and a first mobile phone terminal information set is obtained.
In the invention, taking a home local area network as an example, assuming that one mobile phone terminal corresponds to one family member and the family member carries the mobile phone terminal with the family member, the total number of people in the current family can be obtained by acquiring the terminal information of each mobile phone terminal in the same local area network with the intelligent viewing terminal.
And S102, acquiring the signal intensity of the wireless network signal of each mobile phone terminal in the first mobile phone terminal information set.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining the signal Strength (RSSI for short) of a wireless network signal of each mobile phone terminal at the intelligent viewing terminal, wherein the signal Strength can reflect the space environment between the mobile phone terminals to a certain extent, and the space environment condition can also reflect whether a corresponding user watches the intelligent viewing terminal to a certain extent.
Specifically, when the strength of the signal received by the intelligent viewing terminal is weak, it may be indicated that the mobile phone terminal is far away from the intelligent viewing terminal or an insulator (e.g., a wall) exists between the mobile phone terminal and the intelligent viewing terminal, and at this time, it may be considered that the family member corresponding to the mobile phone terminal does not view the intelligent viewing terminal; when the signal strength received by the intelligent viewing terminal is strong, the mobile phone terminal is close to the intelligent viewing terminal and no insulator exists between the mobile phone terminal and the intelligent viewing terminal, and at the moment, the family member corresponding to the mobile phone terminal can be considered to be watching the intelligent viewing terminal.
And step S103, screening the terminal information of the mobile phone terminal with the signal intensity of the wireless network signal larger than a preset threshold value from the first mobile phone terminal information set to form a second mobile phone terminal information set.
Specifically, for each mobile phone terminal in a first mobile phone terminal information set, judging whether the signal intensity of a wireless network signal of the mobile phone terminal is greater than a preset threshold value; and if the signal intensity of the wireless network signal of the mobile phone terminal is judged to be greater than the preset threshold value, screening the terminal information of the mobile phone terminal from the first mobile phone terminal information set (namely screening the terminal information of the mobile phone terminal with stronger signal intensity). And after the signal intensity of all the mobile phone terminals in the first mobile phone terminal information set is judged, screening all the terminal information of the mobile phone terminals from the first mobile phone terminal information set to form a second mobile phone terminal information set.
In this case, the number of terminal information of the mobile phone terminal included in the second mobile phone terminal information set may reflect the number of viewing users to some extent.
And step S2, acquiring the number of the viewers.
Wherein, step S2 specifically includes:
and step S201, determining the number of the audience according to the second mobile phone terminal information set.
In the invention, the number of people of the viewing user in front of the intelligent viewing terminal can be accurately identified based on the local area network. Compared with the existing technical scheme of identifying the number of people through the camera, the method is simpler in identification process, lower in requirement on equipment and suitable for sampling samples with large orders of magnitude.
In addition, because the terminal information of the mobile phone terminal is often bound with the identity information of the user, the technical scheme of the invention not only can determine the number of people watching the user, but also can determine which people the watching user is specifically according to the terminal information of the mobile phone terminal in the second mobile phone terminal information set, thereby being beneficial to analyzing the watching conditions of people with different attributes in the follow-up process.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a viewing user statistical method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the viewing user statistical method is used for counting the number of viewing users who are currently located in front of an intelligent viewing terminal and watch programs, and the viewing user statistical method includes:
step S1011, acquiring terminal information of each terminal device in the same local area network as the intelligent viewing terminal, and generating a first device information set.
It should be noted that the term "terminal device" in the present invention refers to a device that can be connected to a router through the wired/wireless connection, such as a smart television, a smart set-top box, a computer, a tablet, a mobile phone terminal, a smart audio, a smart refrigerator, and the like, and all terminal devices connected to the same router are connected to form a lan. In this embodiment, a local area network in a home scenario is taken as an example.
In the present invention, optionally, the terminal information of each terminal device in the local area network is acquired by using an intelligent viewing terminal through an Address Resolution Protocol (ARP).
In this embodiment, optionally, the terminal information is a Media Access Control (MAC) address (also referred to as a hardware address). The MAC address is determined by a network card in the terminal device and is fixed. The MAC address is represented in hexadecimal numbers, for a total of six bytes (48 bits). The first three bytes are codes (upper 24 bits) assigned by the registration authority of IEEE to different manufacturers, and are also referred to as "organization unique identifier" (OUI), and the last three bytes (lower 24 bits) are assigned by manufacturers to adapter interfaces for production, and are also referred to as "extension identifier".
It should be noted that, the case that the terminal information in the present invention is a MAC address is only one alternative in the present invention, and the technical solution of the present invention is not limited, and the terminal information in the present invention may also be other information that can be used to distinguish different terminal devices. In the following description, an example is described taking the terminal information as a MAC address.
In step S1011, the MAC address of each terminal device in the home lan can be obtained, where the first device information set is denoted as a ═ a1、a2、a3……am},a1、a2、a3……amRespectively indicating the MAC addresses of the respective terminal devices.
Step S1012, intercepting the wireless network signal sent by each peripheral terminal device at the location of the intelligent viewing terminal, extracting corresponding device information from the data packet corresponding to the wireless network signal, and generating a second device information set.
A Wireless Fidelity (WIFI) chip has the capability of sensing other WIFI chips within a certain range. In the invention, the WIFI chip in the intelligent viewing terminal can be used for intercepting wireless network signals sent by the WIFI chip in other terminal equipment around the intelligent viewing terminal, and corresponding MAC addresses are extracted from data packets corresponding to the wireless network signals. At this time, MAC addresses of all terminal devices located within a certain range around the intelligent viewer terminal may be obtained, and a second device information set may be generated.
The second device information set is denoted as B ═ B1、b2、b3……bn},b1、b2、b3……bnRespectively indicating the MAC addresses of the respective terminal devices.
It should be noted that there may be a part of MAC addresses in the first device information set that are not recorded in the second device information set, for example: the desktop computer is connected with the router in a wired mode and does not have a WIFI chip, so that the MAC address of the desktop computer is recorded in the first equipment information set but not in the second equipment information set. There may be some MAC addresses in the second device information set that are not recorded in the first device information set, for example: the position of the intelligent viewing terminal can acquire wireless network signals sent by part of terminal equipment of the adjacent house, and the MAC addresses of the part of terminal equipment of the adjacent house are recorded in the second equipment information set; however, since the terminal device of the neighboring house is not located in the local area network of the home (not located in the same local area network as the smart viewing terminal of the home), the MAC address of the terminal device of the neighboring house is not recorded in the first device information set.
Step S1013, an intersection of the first device information set and the second device information set is taken to obtain a third device information set.
By intersecting the first device information set obtained in step S1012 and the second device information set obtained in step S1013, the MAC addresses of all terminal devices (terminal devices having a wireless communication function in the home) that belong to the same local area network as the smart viewing terminal and have a wireless communication function can be known, and a third device information set C is formed, where C is a ═ a ≦ B.
And S1014, screening the terminal information of which the terminal equipment is the mobile phone terminal from the third equipment information set, wherein the terminal information of all the mobile phone terminals screened from the third equipment information set forms a first mobile phone terminal information set.
In step S1014, comparing the first 3 bytes of the MAC address of each terminal device in the third device information set with a preset correspondence table of MAC address fields of mobile phone manufacturers; if the first 3 bytes of the MAC address of the terminal equipment are in the MAC address field of the mobile phone manufacturer recorded in the MAC address field corresponding table of the mobile phone manufacturer, the terminal equipment is judged to be the mobile phone terminal, and the terminal information of the mobile phone terminal is screened out from the third equipment information set. And after the MAC addresses of all the terminal devices in the third device information set are compared, screening all the terminal information of the mobile phone terminals from the third device information set to form a first mobile phone terminal information set.
And S102, acquiring the signal intensity of the wireless network signal of each mobile phone terminal in the first mobile phone terminal information set.
When the wireless network signals sent by the surrounding terminal devices are intercepted in step S1012, the signal strength of the wireless network signals sent by the terminal devices may be synchronously obtained, and a correspondence table between the terminal information and the signal strength may be generated. In this case, in step S102, the signal strength corresponding to the terminal information of each mobile phone terminal in the first mobile phone terminal information set can be searched from the corresponding relationship table by table lookup.
And step S103, screening the terminal information of the mobile phone terminal with the signal intensity of the wireless network signal larger than a preset threshold value from the first mobile phone terminal information set to form a second mobile phone terminal information set.
Step S2011, the number of terminal information in a second mobile phone terminal information set obtained in the step of obtaining the mobile phone terminal information set last time is counted, and the counted result is used as the number of viewing users who are currently located in front of the intelligent viewing terminal to view the program.
In this embodiment, one second mobile phone terminal information set can be obtained by performing the above steps S1011 to S103 (i.e., step S1) once, and the number of viewing users who are currently viewing the program in front of the intelligent viewing terminal can be obtained by counting the number of terminal information in the second mobile phone terminal information set.
In practical applications, the above steps S1011 to S2011 may be adopted to obtain the number of people watching users watching programs before the intelligent viewing terminal at different times, so as to obtain a time-varying curve of the number of people watching programs, so as to facilitate subsequent data analysis. Of course, the number of people of the viewing users who watch the program before each intelligent viewing terminal can be obtained at the same time aiming at each intelligent viewing terminal in a certain area, and the total number of the viewing users at the time can be obtained by summing the number of people; the number of watching users before the intelligent watching terminal playing the same program can be summed, so that the number of watching users of the program at a certain time can be obtained.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a viewing user statistical method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the viewing user statistical method is used for counting the total number of viewing users who have watched a specific program before the intelligent viewing terminal, and the viewing user statistical method includes:
step S10, several sets of second mobile phone terminal information obtained by the above step S1 (step S1011 to step S103) at preset intervals during the program playing time period.
In step S10, by repeatedly executing step S1 (step S1011 to step S103) in the above embodiment at every preset period (e.g., 1 minute) during the program playing time period (e.g., 1 hour), several sets of second handset terminal information can be obtained.
For the specific description of step S1, refer to the corresponding contents in the above first embodiment and second embodiment, and are not described herein again.
And step S2012, merging all the second mobile phone terminal information sets to obtain a third mobile phone terminal information set.
The third mobile phone terminal information set records the equipment information of the mobile phone terminals of all viewing users who have viewed the program before the intelligent viewing terminal in the program playing time period.
And S2013, counting the number of the terminal information in the third mobile phone terminal information set, wherein the counting result is used as the number of the audience users who watch the program before the intelligent audience terminal in the program playing time period.
The total number of viewing users who have viewed the program before the intelligent viewing terminal in the program playing time period can be obtained by counting the number of the terminal information in the third mobile phone terminal information set.
In practical application, for each intelligent viewing terminal playing a certain specific program in a certain specific area, the total number of viewing users who have viewed the program before the intelligent viewing terminal in the program playing time period is obtained and summed, so that the total number of viewing users who have viewed the program in the specific area can be obtained, and the audience rating statistics can be performed subsequently.
