本发明涉及电控箱体技术领域，尤其是一种安全防水型电控箱。
背景技术
电控箱是工业化和人们日常生活中都必不可少的控制设备，它将各个电路集中在一起，方便控制和维修，减轻了电力工作人员的工作量，由于电控箱经常设置在室外，所以经常会进入空气灰尘和水汽，从而导致现有的电控箱的散热一直都存在着或多或少的不足，安全系数也大大降低。
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种结构简单实用、安全防水型的电控箱。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电控箱的安全性、防水性不完善的不足，本发明提供了一种安全防水型电控箱。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种安全防水型电控箱，包括箱体、箱门、散热孔和防尘盖，所述散热孔排布于箱体两侧，且散热孔上设有防尘盖，箱体上端设有进气孔，箱盖置于箱体上且两侧设有散热孔，进气孔四周设有一圈挡板，能够有效地防止箱体上端进水，保护箱体内部干燥的环境。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括所述箱体上边缘设有引流板，防止下雨天雨水顺着箱体边缘滑落渗入箱体。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括所述引流板为塑料材质构成，制造简单、防腐蚀性能优越。
本发明的有益效果是，提供了一种防水性能良好、结构简单实用、安全可靠的防水型电控箱体。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3是本发明的结构示意图，一种安全防水型电控箱，包括箱体1、箱门2、散热孔3和防尘盖4，所述散热孔3排布于箱体1两侧，且散热孔3上设有防尘盖4，防尘盖4不仅能够防止空气中的灰尘进入箱体1内，而且还能够抵挡雨水的入侵，箱体1上端设有进气孔6，箱盖5置于箱体1上且两侧设有散热孔3，进一步加强了电控箱的散热性能，进气孔6四周设有一圈挡板7，在下雨时，防止雨水通过箱盖5的散热孔3流入进气孔6而导致箱体1内部潮湿，箱体1上边缘设有引流板8，有效防止雨水通过箱体1边缘顺流滑下渗入箱体1，保护电控箱的正常工作，引流板8为塑料材质构成，节省成本、制造简单、使用寿命长。

1.一种安全防水型电控箱，包括箱体（1）、箱门（2）、散热孔（3）和防尘盖（4），所述散热孔（3）排布于箱体（1）两侧，且散热孔（3）上设有防尘盖（4），箱体（1）上端设有进气孔（6），箱盖（5）置于箱体（1）上且两侧设有散热孔（3），其特征在于：进气孔（6）四周设有一圈挡板（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全防水型电控箱，其特征在于：箱体（1）上边缘设有引流板（8）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全防水型电控箱，其特征在于：引流板（8）为塑料材质构成。
