DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural and functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the waterproof door body 100 of the present invention is applied to a refrigerator. Other constructions and operations of the refrigerator are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the waterproof door body 100 includes a door body 1, a display module 2, a cavity 10 disposed in the door body 1 for accommodating the display module 2, a top cover 3 disposed on an upper end surface of the door body 1, and a cover plate 4 covering the top cover 3. The cavity 10 is arranged below the top cover 4. The upper surface of the top cover 3 is provided with an air duct 31 which runs through along the height direction of the door body 1 and is communicated with the cavity 10, an inner wall 32 which is arranged at the periphery of the air duct 31 and an outer wall 33 which is positioned at the outer side of the inner wall 32. The inner wall 32 is spaced from the outer wall 33 to form a recess 30 therebetween. The recess 30 is open upwardly. The inner wall 32 is provided with a gap 34 penetrating along the thickness direction of the door body 1, so that water vapor generated around the display module 2 flows through the air duct 31 and then enters the groove 30 from the gap 34.
The upper end edge of the inner wall 32 is higher than the upper surface of the air duct 31. The outer edge of the cover plate 4 is matched with the inner edge of the outer wall 33 on the top cover 3. In this embodiment, the air duct 31 is an air outlet disposed at the top of the waterproof door body 100, and the water vapor generated around the display module 2 is blown to the air duct 31 and is brought into the groove 30 through the gap, and is finally brought out of the waterproof door body 100 through the matching between the outer edge of the cover plate 4 and the inner edge of the outer wall 33 on the top cover 3.
The two air ducts 31 are separated at both sides by fixing plates fixed to the door body 1 by bolts. The air duct 31 is a grid structure.
In the preferred embodiment of the present application, the bottom of the notch 34 is flush with the bottom of the recess 30. The upper surface of the inner wall 32 contacts with the bottom of the cover plate 4, so that the groove 30 has a certain sealing property, and water vapor is prevented from returning to the interior of the waterproof door body 100 through the air duct 31.
The top cover 3 further has an end wall 35 extending along the width direction of the door body 1, and the end wall 35 is disposed at one side of the air duct 31 to connect the outer wall 33 and the inner wall 32, so that the groove 30 is formed in a U-shaped structure and both ends connected to the end wall 35 are closed. The upper end edge of the end wall 35 and the upper end edge of the inner wall 32 are both attached to the bottom of the cover plate 4.
Referring to fig. 4 to 9, the waterproof door body 100 further includes an end cover 6 disposed on the upper end surface of the door body 1 and engaged with the top cover 3, a hinge box, and an accommodating cavity 11 accommodating the hinge box and communicating with the outside. The top end of the end cover 6 is concavely provided with a guide groove 60 corresponding to the shape of the top cover 3, and an inner groove wall 61 and an outer groove wall 62 which form the guide groove 60. The top cover 3 has a side wall 36 extending downward from the outer edge, and the side wall 36 is engaged in the guiding groove 60. The guide groove 60 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 11. The outer edge of the side wall 36 abuts against the inner surface of the outer groove wall 62, so that when water accidentally falls on the top of the water-proof door body 100, the water flows into the diversion groove 60 through the outer edge of the top cover 3, and is discharged out of the water-proof door body 100 through the accommodating cavity 11 connected with the diversion groove 60. The guiding groove 60 is a ring-shaped structure surrounding the periphery of the top cover 3 and is disconnected near the hinge box to communicate with the accommodating cavity 11.
The top cover 3 includes a center plate 37, a top wall 38 disposed in parallel with the center plate 37, side edges 39 connecting the center plate 37 to one side of the top wall 38, and the side walls 36 connected to the other side of the top wall 38. The side edges 39, top wall 38 and side walls 36 are connected to form a downwardly opening catch groove 380, the catch groove 380 receiving the inner groove wall 61. The bottom of the side wall 36 is lower than the top of the inner groove wall 60, so that the inflow water can only fall into the diversion groove 60 and can be discharged out of the waterproof door body 100 to prevent the display module 2 from being damaged by the inflow water. The top surface of the central plate 37 is lower than the upper surface of the top wall 38 of the retaining groove 11.
The waterproof door body 100 further includes bolts for fixing the top cover 3 to the upper end surface of the door body 1, and screw holes 7 for receiving the bolts. The screw holes 7 are arranged on the upper surface of the top cover 3, and the upper surface of the screw holes 7 is higher than the upper surface of the central plate 37, so that the screw holes 7 are integrally higher than the central plate 37. The bolt and the screw hole 7 are provided with matched thread structures, and after the screw hole 7 is higher than the central plate 37, water vapor can be prevented from entering the waterproof door body 100 from the screw hole 7, so that the better waterproof performance of the waterproof door body 100 is further ensured.
