The third judging unit 140 is configured to continue to collect images of the predetermined area within a third predetermined time after the control unit 130 controls the air conditioner to enter the preset operation mode, so as to judge whether a person is present in the predetermined area within the third predetermined time according to the collected images.
When the second determining unit 120 determines that no person is present within the second predetermined time, and the control unit 130 controls the air conditioner to enter the preset operation mode, the third determining unit 140 performs image acquisition on the predetermined area within the third predetermined time, and determines whether a person is present in the predetermined area within the third predetermined time according to the acquired image.
The third predetermined time may be a second predetermined multiple of the first predetermined time, that is, the first predetermined time is one judgment cycle, and the third predetermined time is a second predetermined multiple of the judgment cycle. For example, the first predetermined time is 5 minutes, the second predetermined multiple is 3, and the third predetermined time is 15 minutes. The specific implementation manner of the third determining unit 130 performing image acquisition on the predetermined area within the third predetermined time is the same as the specific implementation manner of the first determining unit 110 performing image acquisition on the predetermined area within the first predetermined time, and reference may be made to the specific implementation manners (1) and (2) of the first determining unit 110 performing image acquisition on the predetermined area, and the specific implementation manner of the third determining unit 120 determining whether the predetermined area has a person according to the acquired image is also the same as the specific implementation manner of the first determining unit 110 determining whether the predetermined area has a person according to the acquired image, and corresponding description of the first determining unit 110 may be provided, which is not repeated herein.
Accordingly, the control unit 130 is further configured to control the operation of the air conditioner according to the determination result that the third determination unit 140 determines whether a person is present in the predetermined area within the third predetermined time.
Specifically, if the third determining unit 140 determines that no person is present in the predetermined area within the third predetermined time, the control unit 130 controls the air conditioner to shut down; if the third determining unit 140 determines that someone is present in the predetermined area within the third predetermined time, the air conditioner is controlled to exit the preset operation mode.
Based on any of the above embodiments, after the air conditioner starts the sleep mode, the first determining unit 110 exits the operation of image capturing for the predetermined area, and resumes the operation of image capturing for the predetermined area after a predetermined time elapses, that is, after the air conditioner starts the sleep mode, the air conditioner control device resumes executing the executed function after a predetermined time elapses. Further, after the air conditioner starts the sleep mode, after the preset time, the sleep mode of the air conditioner is closed.
For example, when the user turns on the sleep mode with the remote controller, the function of intelligently turning off the air conditioner which judges whether a person is in the room or not by collecting images through the camera device is turned off, and considering that the general sleep time of the user is not more than 8 hours, the sleep mode can be automatically turned off after the sleep mode of the air conditioner is turned on for 8 hours, the air conditioner control device starts to collect images of the room to judge whether a person is in the room using the air conditioner or not, namely, the air conditioner control device restarts to execute the executed function.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium corresponding to the air-conditioning control method, having a computer program stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of any of the aforementioned methods.
The invention also provides an air conditioner corresponding to the air conditioner control method, which comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the steps of any one of the methods when executing the program.
The invention also provides an air conditioner corresponding to the air conditioner control device, which comprises the air conditioner control device.
According to the scheme provided by the invention, whether a person appears in the preset area is judged according to the collected image by collecting the image of the preset area, if no person appears in the preset area is judged according to the collected image in the first preset time, whether the person appears in the preset area is continuously judged according to the collected image in the second preset time, and the operation of the air conditioner is controlled according to the judgment result, so that the air conditioner can be timely closed when no person uses the air conditioner, and the electric energy waste caused by the fact that a user leaves the home and forgets to close the air conditioner is avoided; meanwhile, when the user starts the air conditioner sleep function, the function can be closed within a certain time, and electric energy waste caused by the fact that the user uses the function when having a rest is avoided.
The functions described herein may be implemented in hardware, software executed by a processor, firmware, or any combination thereof. If implemented in software executed by a processor, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Other examples and implementations are within the scope and spirit of the invention and the following claims. For example, due to the nature of software, the functions described above may be implemented using software executed by a processor, hardware, firmware, hardwired, or a combination of any of these. In addition, each functional unit may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed technology can be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units may be a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be another division, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, units or modules, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts serving as the control device may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. An air conditioner control method, comprising:
acquiring an image of a preset area within first preset time, and judging whether a person appears in the preset area according to the acquired image;
if no person appears in the preset area within first preset time, continuing to acquire images of the preset area within second preset time so as to judge whether the person appears in the preset area according to the acquired images;
and controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to a judgment result of judging whether people exist in the preset area in the second preset time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the determination result of whether the presence of the person in the predetermined area is determined within the second predetermined time comprises:
if no person appears in the preset area within the second preset time, controlling the air conditioner to be powered off;
or,
if no person appears in the preset area within the second preset time, controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset operation mode;
the preset operation mode comprises the following steps: the air conditioner runs at a preset power and/or a preset frequency and/or a preset wind gear.
3. The method of claim 2,
the second preset time is a first preset multiple of the first preset time;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the preset power includes: a minimum power of the air conditioner; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the preset frequency includes: a minimum operating frequency of the air conditioner; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the preset wind shield comprises: the lowest wind shield of the air conditioner.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising, after controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset operation mode:
continuously acquiring images of the preset area within third preset time, and judging whether people appear in the preset area within the third preset time according to the acquired images;
controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to a judgment result of judging whether people exist in the preset area in the third preset time;
wherein the third predetermined time is a second predetermined multiple of the first predetermined time.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the determination result of whether the presence of the person in the predetermined area is determined within the third predetermined time comprises:
if no person appears in the preset area within the third preset time, controlling the air conditioner to be powered off;
and if the preset area is judged to have people in the third preset time, controlling the air conditioner to exit the preset operation mode.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
performing image acquisition on a predetermined area, comprising:
acquiring images of the preset area once every preset time to obtain images of the preset area; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
carrying out video acquisition on the preset area, and extracting an image of the preset area from the acquired video;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
judging whether a person appears in the preset area according to the acquired image, wherein the judging step comprises the following steps:
judging whether people appear in each acquired image through image identification so as to determine whether people appear in the preset area;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the air conditioner starts a sleep mode, quitting the operation of image acquisition on the preset area, and recovering the operation of image acquisition on the preset area after a preset time.
7. An air conditioning control device, characterized by comprising:
the first judgment unit is used for acquiring images of a preset area within first preset time so as to judge whether the preset area appears according to the acquired images;
the second judgment unit is used for continuing to acquire the image of the preset area within second preset time if the first judgment unit judges that no person appears in the preset area within first preset time, so as to judge whether the person appears in the preset area according to the acquired image;
and the control unit is used for controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the judgment result that whether people exist in the preset area or not in the second preset time by the second judgment unit.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the control unit controls the operation of the air conditioner according to the result of the determination by the second determination unit whether the presence of the person in the predetermined area is determined within the second predetermined time, and comprises:
if the second judging unit judges that no people appear in the preset area within the second preset time, controlling the air conditioner to be turned off;
or,
if the second judgment unit judges that no person appears in the preset area within the second preset time, controlling the air conditioner to enter a preset operation mode;
wherein the preset operation mode comprises: the air conditioner is operated at a preset power and/or a preset operation frequency and/or a preset wind gear.
9. The apparatus of claim 8,
the second preset time is a first preset multiple of the first preset time;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the preset power includes: a minimum power of the air conditioner; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the preset frequency includes: a minimum operating frequency of the air conditioner; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the preset wind shield comprises: the lowest wind shield of the air conditioner.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the third judgment unit is used for continuing to acquire images of the preset area within third preset time after the control unit controls the air conditioner to enter the preset operation mode, so as to judge whether people exist in the preset area within the third preset time according to the acquired images;
the control unit is further configured to: controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to a judgment result that whether people exist in the preset area or not is judged by the third judgment unit within the third preset time;
wherein the third predetermined time is a second predetermined multiple of the first predetermined time.
11. The apparatus according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the control unit controls the operation of the air conditioner according to the result of the determination by the third determination unit whether the presence of the person in the predetermined area is determined within the third predetermined time, and includes:
if the third judging unit judges that no people appear in the preset area within the third preset time, controlling the air conditioner to be powered off;
and if the third judging unit judges that people exist in the preset area within the third preset time, controlling the air conditioner to exit the preset operation mode.
12. The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 11,
when the apparatus comprises the first and/or second and/or third judging unit,
the first judging unit and/or the second judging unit and/or the third judging unit are used for carrying out image acquisition on the preset area, and the image acquisition method comprises the following steps:
acquiring images of the preset area once every preset time to obtain images of the preset area; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
carrying out video acquisition on the preset area, and extracting an image of the preset area from the acquired video;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the first judging unit and/or the second judging unit and/or the third judging unit judge whether a person appears in the predetermined area according to the acquired image, and the judging method comprises the following steps:
judging whether people appear in each acquired image through image identification so as to determine whether people appear in the preset area;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the air conditioner starts a sleep mode, the first judging unit quits the operation of image acquisition on the preset area, and the operation of image acquisition on the preset area is recovered after a preset time.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
14. An air conditioner comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-6 when the program is executed by the processor.
15. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the air conditioning control device according to any one of claims 7 to 12.
