Abstract

本发明公开了一种拖拉机变速箱传动装置,包括动力输入轴、在壳体内轴向依次设置的动力换档装置、动力换档装置、副变速装置以及贯穿动力换档装置、动力换档装置的动力传动轴;动力换档装置包括奇数换档装置以及偶数换档装置;动力换向装置包括倒退档离合器、前进档离合器、倒档主动齿轮以及梭形换档齿轮轴,倒档主动齿轮、倒退档离合器以及前进档离合器从左往右依次设置在所述动力传动轴上,倒档主动齿轮的啮合座与倒退档离合器通过花键啮合,梭形换档齿轮轴的轴向一端与倒档主动齿轮啮合,另一端与副变速装置中的高档被动齿轮啮合。本发明有利于降低副变速装置的同步惯量,减少换档时间,同时方便实现换档自动化。

拖拉机变速箱传动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种变速箱传动机构,尤其涉及一种拖拉机变速箱传动装置,属于农机技术领域。
背景技术
如图3所示,为现有某机型动力换档变速箱总成机构简图,该变速箱采用多个湿式离合器和副变速配置啮合套、并通过液压控制系统实现传动器的不间断换档操作。相对传统机械换档技术,该变速箱换档技术实现了动力连续输出,提高了驾驶员的操作舒适性,在一定程度上降低了操作难度和劳动强度、提高了作业质量和工作效率。但随着拖拉机作业项目和配套农机具的日益增多,拖拉机需要设置更多档位,档位越多,结构越复杂,这便对拖拉机的市场定位和换档品质提出了更高的要求。在此趋势下,现有的动力换档变速箱存在一定缺陷,其主要不足是结构复杂,如动力换档4个档位需C1、C2、C3、C4四个湿式离合器控制,制造复杂、成本高,轴向尺寸较长、同步惯性低、无法满足自动化换档需求等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种拖拉机变速箱传动装置,以解决现有拖拉机变速箱传动装置制造复杂、成本高,轴向尺寸较长、同步惯性低、无法满足自动化换档需求的技术缺陷。
一种拖拉机变速箱传动装置,包括动力输入轴、在壳体内轴向依次设置的动力换档装置、动力换向装置、副变速装置以及贯穿动力换档装置、动力换档装置的动力传动轴;
所述动力换档装置包括奇数换档装置以及偶数换档装置,奇数换档装置包括奇数档换档离合器、奇数档离合器轴、奇数档齿轮组、奇数档换档轴,奇数档换档离合器设置在奇数档离合器轴上,奇数档齿轮组设置在奇数档换档轴上,奇数档离合器轴与奇数档换档轴通过端面的花键啮合,偶数换档装置包括偶数档换档离合器、偶数档离合器轴、偶数档齿轮组、偶数档换档轴,偶数档换档离合器设置在偶数档离合器轴上,偶数档齿轮组设置在偶数档换档轴上,偶数档离合器轴与偶数档换档轴通过端面的花键啮合;所述动力输入轴分别与奇数档换档离合器以及偶数档换档离合器啮合;所述动力传动轴通过其上的被动档位齿轮组分别与奇数档齿轮组以及偶数档齿轮组啮合;所述动力换向装置包括倒退档离合器、前进档离合器、倒档主动齿轮以及梭形换档齿轮轴,倒档主动齿轮、倒退档离合器以及前进档离合器从左往右依次设置在所述动力传动轴上,倒档主动齿轮内壁向右轴向延伸出啮合座,倒档主动齿轮的啮合座与倒退档离合器通过花键啮合,梭形换档齿轮轴的轴向一端与倒档主动齿轮啮合,梭形换档齿轮轴的轴向另一端与副变速装置中的高档被动齿轮啮合;所述动力传动轴的输出端与副变速装置的输入端通过端面的花键啮合。
本发明通过以下技术方案进一步实现:
进一步地,所述动力输入轴、动力传动轴、奇数档换档轴以及偶数档换档轴成空间四边形分布;所述动力输入轴与动力传动轴对角设置,所述奇数档换档轴与所述偶数档换档轴对角设置。
进一步地,所述动力传动轴设置在壳体内下方。
进一步地,所述奇数档齿轮组、偶数档齿轮组以及副变速装置中的啮合套为电控换档同步器。
进一步地,所述副变速装置中设有爬行档位。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
在本发明中,将动力换向装置设置在动力换档装置和副变速装置之间,有利于降低副变速装置的同步惯量,减少换档时间,同时方便实现换档自动化。
在本发明中,将动力换档装置分成奇、偶档装置,仅使用两个换档离合器实现换档,弥补了现有拖拉机采用多离合器控制换档带来的结构复杂、制造成本高的缺陷。
在本发明中,动力输入轴、动力传动轴、奇数档换档轴以及偶数档换档轴成空间四边形分布,轴向尺寸短,降低拖拉机整机轴距。同时将动力传动轴设置在壳体内下方浸入油液,使得设置在动力传动轴上的动力换向装置也浸入油液,提高了动力换向装置的散热性。
在本发明中,采用电控换档同步器实现换档的自动化。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明拖拉机变速箱传动装置,包括动力输入轴1、在壳体内轴向依次设置的动力换档装置2、动力换向装置3、副变速装置4以及贯穿动力换档装置2、动力换档装置3的动力传动轴5;
动力换档装置2包括奇数换档装置21以及偶数换档装置22,奇数换档装置21包括奇数档换档离合器211、奇数档离合器轴212、奇数档齿轮组213、奇数档换档轴214,奇数档换档离合器211设置在奇数档离合器轴212上,奇数档齿轮组213设置在奇数档换档轴214上,奇数档离合器轴212与奇数档换档轴214通过端面的花键啮合,偶数换档装置22包括偶数档换档离合器221、偶数档离合器轴222、偶数档齿轮组223、偶数档换档轴224,偶数档换档离合器221设置在偶数档离合器轴222上,偶数档齿轮组223设置在偶数档换档轴224上,偶数档离合器轴222与偶数档换档轴224通过端面的花键啮合;动力输入轴1分别与奇数档换档离合器211以及偶数档换档离合器221啮合;动力传动轴5通过其上的被动档位齿轮组分别与奇数档齿轮组213以及偶数档齿轮组223啮合;动力换向装置3包括倒退档离合器31、前进档离合器32、倒档主动齿轮33以及梭形换档齿轮轴34,倒档主动齿轮33、倒退档离合器31以及前进档离合器32从左往右依次设置在动力传动轴5上,倒档主动齿轮33内壁向右轴向延伸出啮合座,倒档主动齿轮33的啮合座与倒退档离合器31通过花键啮合,梭形换档齿轮轴34的轴向一端与倒档主动齿轮33啮合,梭形换档齿轮轴34的轴向另一端与副变速装置4中的高档被动齿轮啮合;动力传动轴5的输出端与副变速装置4的输入端通过端面的花键啮合。
奇数档齿轮组213、偶数档齿轮组223以及副变速装置4中都使用电控换档同步器6代替啮合套,实现自动化换档。动力输入轴1、奇数档换档轴214、偶数换档轴224以及动力传动轴5成空间四边形分布在壳体内,动力传动轴5设置在壳体内下方浸入油液中,动力输入轴1与动力传动轴5成对角设置,奇数档换档轴214与偶数换档轴224成对角设置。
换档过程如下,例如当前档位是4档,当检测到的发动机扭矩等数据达到升档要求时,5档的电控换档同步器6通过电控系统预先结合,此时除4、5档的电控换档同步器6时结合的,其余各档的电控换档同步器6均时分离的,偶数档换档离合器221逐步分离,奇数档换档离合器211逐步与奇数档离合器轴212结合,实现从4档提升至5档的换档操作,整个过动力不中断。
进退档换档过程如下,前进时,前进档离合器32内的摩擦片在液压系统的推动下与动力传动轴5通过花键啮合;后退时,倒退档离合器33内的摩擦片在液压系统的推动下与倒档主动齿轮33的啮合座通过花键啮合。
前进档位时动力传动过程如下,动力从动力输入轴1传入,经奇数换档装置21或偶数换档装置22传到动力传动轴5上,此时前进档离合器32与动力传动轴5啮合,动力传到副变速装置4的输入轴上,再由副变速装置4的高档被动齿轮输出,此时输出轴正转,实现拖拉机的前进。
倒退档位时动力传动过程如下,动力从动力输入轴1传入,经奇数换档装置21或偶数换档装置22传到动力传动轴5上,此时倒退档离合器33与倒档主动齿轮33的啮合座啮合,动力由动力传动轴5传递至倒档主动齿轮33,再经倒档主动齿轮33传递至梭形换档齿轮轴34,梭形换档齿轮轴34传递至副变速装置4的高档被动齿轮,此时输出轴反转,实现拖拉机的倒退。
在退档换档过程中,借用了副变速装置4中的高档被动齿轮,将高档的一对齿轮组作为公用齿轮,简化了结构,降低成本。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种拖拉机变速箱传动装置,其特征在于,包括:动力输入轴、在壳体内轴向依次设置的动力换档装置、动力换档装置、副变速装置以及贯穿动力换档装置、动力换档装置的动力传动轴;
所述动力换档装置包括奇数换档装置以及偶数换档装置,奇数换档装置包括奇数档换档离合器、奇数档离合器轴、奇数档齿轮组、奇数档换档轴,奇数档换档离合器设置在奇数档离合器轴上,奇数档齿轮组设置在奇数档换档轴上,奇数档离合器轴与奇数档换档轴通过端面的花键啮合,偶数换档装置包括偶数档换档离合器、偶数档离合器轴、偶数档齿轮组、偶数档换档轴,偶数档换档离合器设置在偶数档离合器轴上,偶数档齿轮组设置在偶数档换档轴上,偶数档离合器轴与偶数档换档轴通过端面的花键啮合;所述动力输入轴分别与奇数档换档离合器以及偶数档换档离合器啮合;所述动力传动轴通过其上的被动档位齿轮组分别与奇数档齿轮组以及偶数档齿轮组啮合;所述动力换向装置包括倒退档离合器、前进档离合器、倒档主动齿轮以及梭形换档齿轮轴,倒档主动齿轮、倒退档离合器以及前进档离合器从左往右依次设置在所述动力传动轴上,倒档主动齿轮内壁向右轴向延伸出啮合座,倒档主动齿轮的啮合座与倒退档离合器通过花键啮合,梭形换档齿轮轴的轴向一端与倒档主动齿轮啮合,梭形换档齿轮轴的轴向另一端与副变速装置中的高档被动齿轮啮合;所述动力传动轴的输出端与副变速装置的输入端通过端面的花键啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的拖拉机变速箱传动装置,其特征在于,所述动力输入轴、动力传动轴、奇数档换档轴以及偶数档换档轴成空间四边形分布;所述动力输入轴与动力传动轴对角设置,所述奇数档换档轴与所述偶数档换档轴对角设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的拖拉机变速箱传动装置,其特征在于,所述动力传动轴设置在所述动力输入轴下方。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一所述的拖拉机变速箱传动装置,其特征在于,所述奇数档齿轮组、偶数档齿轮组以及副变速装置中的啮合套为电控换档同步器。
5.如权利要求1所述的拖拉机变速箱传动装置,其特征在于,所述副变速装置中设有爬行档位。
