Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,包括两侧的外板以及夹在两外板之间的内板;所述外板由以下质量份的物料制成:玻璃棉10‑20份、二氧化硅10‑20份、聚醚/聚酯多元醇多羟基化合物80‑100份、苯二异氰酸酯80‑90份、无机纳米硅酸盐30‑40份;所述内板由以下质量份的物料制成:铝粉30‑50份、分子量为5000‑6000的聚已二酸乙二醇酯多元醇80‑100份、分子量为1000‑3000的聚已丙酯多元醇80‑100份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯80‑90份、玻璃纤维20‑30份。本发明的聚氨酯复合板用于室内空间隔断上,在保证较高强度的同时,拥有较好的隔音和隔热效果,同时,本复合板不易燃,在屋内遭遇火灾时能够大大提高安全性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯复合板,尤其涉及一种用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板。
背景技术
室内空间隔断在日常生活中十分普遍,一般有两种隔断方式,一种实心墙体隔断,另一种是薄片墙板隔断,第一种强度高,隔音效果好,但是实际动工成本高,对室内结构的破坏严重,另外,实心墙体一般较厚,对于小居室的房屋不可取;第二种是成本低,厚度小,安装方便,但是正常强度较低,且隔音效果较差,另外,该墙板正常为易燃型物料,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种用于室内隔断的聚氨酯复合板,该复合板成本低强度高,隔热隔音效果好。
技术方案:本发明的用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,包括两侧的外板以及夹在两外板之间的内板;
所述外板由以下质量份的物料制成:
玻璃棉10-20份、二氧化硅10-20份、聚醚/聚酯多元醇多羟基化合物80-100份、苯二异氰酸酯80-90份、无机纳米硅酸盐30-40份;
所述内板由以下质量份的物料制成:
铝粉30-50份、分子量为5000-6000的聚已二酸乙二醇酯多元醇80-100份、分子量为1000-3000的聚已丙酯多元醇80-100份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯80-90份、玻璃纤维20-30份。
其中,所述外板与内板之间通过植物纤维粘结层粘结。
进一步的,所述无机纳米硅酸盐为纳米级的高岭土和蒙脱土的一种或两种混合,所述无机纳米硅酸盐粒径为1-5nm。
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维为纳米级玻璃纤维。
所述外板的制备原料内还添加了磷酸酯类阻燃剂,该磷酸酯类阻燃剂的添加量为其他原料总量的5-10%。
进一步的,所述外板、内板以及植物纤维粘结层的厚度比为外板:内板:植物纤维粘结层=6-8:10-15:1。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点为:本发明的聚氨酯复合板用于室内空间隔断上,在保证较高强度的同时,拥有较好的隔音和隔热效果,同时,本复合板不易燃,在屋内遭遇火灾时能够大大提高安全性能。

实施例1
一种用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,包括两侧的外板1以及夹在两外板1之间的内板2;
所述外板1由以下质量份的物料制成:
玻璃棉10份、二氧化硅10份、聚醚/聚酯多元醇多羟基化合物80份、苯二异氰酸酯80份、无机纳米硅酸盐30份;
所述内板2由以下质量份的物料制成:
铝粉30份、分子量为5000的聚已二酸乙二醇酯多元醇80份、分子量为1000的聚已丙酯多元醇80份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯80份、玻璃纤维20份。
其中,所述外板1与内板2之间通过植物纤维粘结层3粘结。
所述无机纳米硅酸盐为纳米级的高岭土和蒙脱土的两种混合,所述无机纳米硅酸盐粒径为1nm。
所述玻璃纤维为纳米级玻璃纤维。
所述外板的制备原料内还添加了磷酸酯类阻燃剂,该磷酸酯类阻燃剂的添加量为其他原料总量的5%。
所述外板1、内板2以及植物纤维粘结层3的厚度比为外板:内板:植物纤维粘结层=6:10:1。
实施例2
一种用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,包括两侧的外板1以及夹在两外板1之间的内板2;
所述外板1由以下质量份的物料制成:
玻璃棉20份、二氧化硅20份、聚醚/聚酯多元醇多羟基化合物100份、苯二异氰酸酯90份、无机纳米硅酸盐40份;
所述内板2由以下质量份的物料制成:
铝粉50份、分子量为6000的聚已二酸乙二醇酯多元醇100份、分子量为3000的聚已丙酯多元醇100份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯90份、玻璃纤维30份。
其中,所述外板1与内板2之间通过植物纤维粘结层3粘结。
所述无机纳米硅酸盐为纳米级的高岭土,所述无机纳米硅酸盐粒径为5nm。
所述玻璃纤维为纳米级玻璃纤维。
所述外板的制备原料内还添加了磷酸酯类阻燃剂,该磷酸酯类阻燃剂的添加量为其他原料总量的10%。
所述外板1、内板2以及植物纤维粘结层3的厚度比为外板:内板:植物纤维粘结层=8:15:1。
实施例3
一种用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,包括两侧的外板1以及夹在两外板1之间的内板2;
所述外板1由以下质量份的物料制成:
玻璃棉15份、二氧化硅15份、聚醚/聚酯多元醇多羟基化合物90份、苯二异氰酸酯85份、无机纳米硅酸盐35份;
所述内板2由以下质量份的物料制成:
铝粉40份、分子量为5500的聚已二酸乙二醇酯多元醇90份、分子量为2000的聚已丙酯多元醇90份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯85份、玻璃纤维25份。
其中,所述外板1与内板2之间通过植物纤维粘结层3粘结。
所述无机纳米硅酸盐为纳米级的蒙脱土,所述无机纳米硅酸盐粒径为3nm。
所述玻璃纤维为纳米级玻璃纤维。
所述外板的制备原料内还添加了磷酸酯类阻燃剂,该磷酸酯类阻燃剂的添加量为其他原料总量的7%。
所述外板1、内板2以及植物纤维粘结层3的厚度比为外板:内板:植物纤维粘结层=7:13:1。

1.一种用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,其特征在于:包括两侧的外板(1)以及夹在两外板(1)之间的内板(2);
所述外板(1)由以下质量份的物料制成:
玻璃棉10-20份、二氧化硅10-20份、聚醚/聚酯多元醇多羟基化合物80-100份、苯二异氰酸酯80-90份、无机纳米硅酸盐30-40份;
所述内板(2)由以下质量份的物料制成:
铝粉30-50份、分子量为5000-6000的聚已二酸乙二醇酯多元醇80-100份、分子量为1000-3000的聚已丙酯多元醇80-100份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯80-90份、玻璃纤维20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,其特征在于:所述外板(1)与内板(2)之间通过植物纤维粘结层(3)粘结。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,其特征在于:所述无机纳米硅酸盐为纳米级的高岭土和蒙脱土的一种或两种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,其特征在于:所述无机纳米硅酸盐粒径为1-5nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维为纳米级玻璃纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,其特征在于:所述外板(1)的制备原料内还添加了磷酸酯类阻燃剂,该磷酸酯类阻燃剂的添加量为其他原料总量的5-10%。
7.根据权利要求2所述的用于室内隔断的高强度隔音聚氨酯复合板,其特征在于:所述外板(1)、内板(2)以及植物纤维粘结层(3)的厚度比为外板:内板:植物纤维粘结层=6-8:10-15:1。
