Example 1
Adding 800 parts of water into a stirring container according to the weight ratio, and then sequentially adding 20 parts of glass fiber; adding 40 parts of rubber powder, and uniformly stirring; and adding 5 parts of naphthalene water reducer and 5 parts of compacting agent, finally adding 400 parts of cement, 200 parts of silica powder, 300 parts of calcium carbonate and 1 part of green color paste, and uniformly stirring to prepare the spraying slurry.
And spraying the mixed slurry to the surface of the gangue dump by a mortar pump, wherein the spraying thickness is 50 mm. After 10 hours, the mixture is solidified to form a closed isolating layer.
Example 2
Adding sufficient water and adding fiber; adding a polymer and stirring; adding an additive; finally adding inorganic substances and pigments; before the mixed slurry is sprayed, the stirring is not stopped, and the mixed slurry is prevented from being solidified in a stirring container; the stirring is preferably carried out by mechanical stirring.
Adding 500 parts of water into a stirring container of a spray seeding machine according to the weight ratio, and then sequentially adding 10 parts of polypropylene fiber; adding 30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, and uniformly stirring; adding 5 parts of an anti-seepage agent and 3 parts of a water reducing agent, finally adding 200 parts of cement kiln dust, 100 parts of bentonite, 200 parts of quartz sand and 180 parts of cement, and uniformly stirring to prepare spraying slurry.
And spraying the mixed slurry on the surface of the gangue dump by a spraying-seeding machine, wherein the spraying thickness is 30 mm. After 10 hours, the mixture is solidified to form a closed isolating layer.
Example 3
Adding 500 parts of water into a stirring container of a spray seeding machine according to the weight ratio, and then sequentially adding 10 parts of polyvinyl chloride fibers; adding 30 parts of methyl cellulose, and uniformly stirring; adding 4 parts of a compacting agent and 3 parts of a water reducing agent, finally adding 140 parts of slag, 200 parts of silica fume and 200 parts of cement, and uniformly stirring to prepare the spraying slurry.
And spraying the mixed slurry on the surface of the gangue dump by a spraying-seeding machine, wherein the spraying thickness is 10 mm. After 12 hours, the mixture is solidified to form a closed isolating layer.
Example 4
Adding 500 parts of water into a stirring container of a spray seeding machine according to the weight ratio, and then sequentially adding 10 parts of polyvinyl chloride fibers and 5 parts of polypropylene fibers; adding 10 parts of methyl cellulose and 10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, and uniformly stirring; adding 2 parts of a compacting agent, 3 parts of a water reducing agent and 4 parts of an anti-seepage agent, finally adding 140 parts of slag, 200 parts of silica fume, 100 parts of bentonite and 200 parts of cement, and uniformly stirring to prepare the spraying slurry.
And spraying the mixed slurry on the surface of the gangue dump by a spraying-seeding machine, wherein the spraying thickness is 15 mm. After 8 hours, the mixture is solidified to form a closed isolating layer.
Example 5
Adding 500 parts of water into a stirring container of a spray seeding machine according to the weight ratio, and then sequentially adding 2 parts of polyvinyl chloride fiber, 2 parts of polyethylene and 3 parts of polycarbonate; adding 10 parts of methyl cellulose, 5 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 5 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 5 parts of hydroxymethyl cellulose, and uniformly stirring; adding 1 part of a compacting agent and 3 parts of a water reducing agent, finally adding 140 parts of slag, 200 parts of silica fume, 100 parts of quartz sand and 200 parts of cement, and uniformly stirring to prepare the spraying slurry.
And spraying the mixed slurry on the surface of the gangue dump by a spraying-seeding machine, wherein the spraying thickness is 30 mm. After 8 hours, the mixture is solidified to form a closed isolating layer.
Example 6
Adding 500 parts of water into a stirring container of a spray seeding machine according to the weight ratio, and then sequentially adding 4 parts of polyvinyl chloride fiber, 4 parts of nylon and 4 parts of polyethylene fiber; adding 10 parts of methyl cellulose and 10 parts of ethyl methyl cellulose, and uniformly stirring; adding 5 parts of a compacting agent and 3 parts of a water reducing agent, finally adding 140 parts of slag, 200 parts of silica powder, 160 parts of cement kiln dust and 200 parts of cement, and uniformly stirring to prepare the spraying slurry.
And spraying the mixed slurry on the surface of the gangue dump by a spraying-seeding machine, wherein the spraying thickness is 25 mm. After 8 hours, the mixture is solidified to form a closed isolating layer.
Example 7
Adding 500 parts of water into a stirring container of a spray seeding machine according to the weight ratio, and then sequentially adding 10 parts of polyethylene fiber and 5 parts of polycarbonate; adding 10 parts of methyl cellulose and 15 parts of hydroxymethyl cellulose, and uniformly stirring; adding 3 parts of a compacting agent and 3 parts of a water reducing agent, finally adding 200 parts of cement, 140 parts of calcium carbonate, 200 parts of silica fume and 100 parts of slag, and uniformly stirring to prepare the spraying slurry.
And spraying the mixed slurry on the surface of the gangue dump by a spraying-seeding machine, wherein the spraying thickness is 50 mm. After 8 hours, the mixture is solidified to form a closed isolating layer.
Example 8
Embodiment of enclosed isolation layer for treating waste rock mountain of Wangzhuang coal mine of Changzhi division of Shanxi Jinneng group
The Wangzhuang coal mine waste rock management project is provided with 6 slopes and 6 streets, the width of each street is 5m, the vertical height is 5m, and the slope ratio is 1: 2. the pavement is compacted by a road roller, and the slope is compacted and finished by a hook machine.
The adopted equipment comprises the following steps: spray seeder, model HKP-125, volume 8m3And a power of 125 kw.
The mixed slurry is prepared according to the example 1, and is sprayed on the surface of the gangue dump, wherein the spraying thickness is 10mm, and the functions of oxygen isolation, seepage prevention, heat insulation, firmness and durability are achieved.
The mixed slurry is prepared according to the example 2, and is sprayed on the surface of the closed isolating layer, wherein the spraying thickness is 10mm, and the functions of seepage prevention and oxygen isolation are achieved.
The material has the advantages of fire resistance, high temperature resistance, heat insulation, strong air tightness, low permeability, compression resistance, tensile resistance, environmental protection, no secondary pollution and no influence on the growth of subsequent vegetation. Although the closed isolation process is added, the subsequent covering soil thickness and covering soil amount are greatly reduced, the cost is low, the ecological restoration success of the mine is ensured, and the major hidden dangers of safety, environmental protection and the like caused by treatment failure are avoided.

Claims (6)

1. A method for preventing the gangue dump from firing naturally is characterized in that a closed isolation layer is added between a gangue area and a vegetation growing area, so that the gangue area and the vegetation growing area are independent and do not affect each other; the closed isolation layer is formed by spraying a closed isolation composition slurry on the surface of gangue through a special machine and solidifying; the spraying thickness is 10-50 mm; the closed barrier composition slurry is a mixed slurry comprising: the composite material comprises inorganic matters, polymers, fibers, additives and water, wherein the weight ratio of the inorganic matters is 20-75%, the weight ratio of the polymers is 0.2-5%, the weight ratio of the fibers is 0.05-5%, the weight ratio of the additives is 0.05-2%, and the weight ratio of the water is 20-75%; the inorganic substance comprises at least two of cement, calcium carbonate, cement kiln dust CKD, silica fume, silica powder, bentonite, slag and quartz sand, and is in the form of powder, wherein one of the inorganic substances is cement; the polymer comprises one of polyvinyl alcohol, rubber powder and cellulose, and the cellulose comprises at least one of methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose and ethyl methyl cellulose; the fiber is synthetic fiber, and the synthetic fiber comprises at least one of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonate and nylon; the additive comprises at least one of a water reducing agent, a compacting agent and an anti-seepage agent, wherein the water reducing agent is matched with cement for use and comprises at least one of a naphthalene water reducing agent and a melamine water reducing agent, and the proportion of the additive is 0.1-2% of the weight ratio of the mixed slurry.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inorganic material is present in the mixture in an amount of 40-70 wt%.
3. The method for preventing the spontaneous combustion of the gangue dump as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the polymer in the mixture is 0.5-5% or 0.8-3%.
4. The method for preventing the spontaneous combustion of the gangue dump as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the fiber in the mixture is 0.1-3%.
5. The method for preventing the spontaneous combustion of the gangue dump as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gangue dump further comprises a pigment, the pigment is a mortar pigment or an aqueous pigment, and the pigment is added in a proportion of 0.03-0.1% by weight of the mixed slurry.
6. The method for preventing the spontaneous combustion of the gangue dump as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the construction method of the closed insulation composition slurry specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing mixed slurry, wherein the mixing sequence of the mixed slurry is as follows: adding water and fiber; adding a polymer and stirring; adding an additive, and finally adding an inorganic substance and a pigment; before the mixed slurry is sprayed, stirring is not stopped, and the mixed slurry is prevented from being solidified into a mixing tank;
(2) before spraying, the hillside surface of the gangue and the part to be sprayed are firstly tidied, the platform of the hillside road of the gangue is compacted by a road roller, the side slope is leveled and compacted by a hook machine, then the mixed slurry is sprayed on the surface of the hillside of the gangue by a hydraulic or pneumatic pump, and the spraying thickness is 10-50 mm.
