Technical Field
The invention relates to a structural improvement of an automatic shaft-changing coiling machine and a coiling method using the coiling machine.
Background
The traditional automatic reel-changing winder needs to wind an adhesive tape on a new winding pipe to be wound, and after materials are automatically cut, the materials can be tightly adhered to the new winding pipe at the initial winding stage by using the viscosity of the adhesive tape in the automatic reel-changing winding process, so that the materials are wound by the new winding pipe.
In summary, how to further automate the conventional automatic reel changer to save manpower and wind the adhesive tape on the reel tube to be reeled and save the cost of using the adhesive tape is a technical problem to be solved in the present application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems, and provides an automatic reel-changing reel-up machine without adhesive tape, which can directly reel materials on the basis that the adhesive tape is not required to be wound on a new reel pipe manually, thereby greatly improving the reel material efficiency and reducing the labor capacity.

In the using process, materials enter the invention through the guide wheel C and are coiled through the coiling machine coiling pipe A or the coiling machine coiling pipe B.
