Cannula for dacryocystorhinostomy and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a sleeve for dacryocystorhinostomy and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chronic dacryocystitis is better developed for female patients, the most common method for treating the chronic dacryocystitis is dacryocystitis nasal cavity pore-forming under a nasal endoscope is currently adopted except for the traditional ophthalmological operation, and the domestic operation has been carried out for over twenty years, however, for Chinese women, the volumes of the dacryocystitis and the nasal cavity are relatively small, so that the adhesion at a stoma is easy to narrow and even to be locked, and the operation is failed and recurs, even recurs. However, how to avoid the problem which always troubles the clinic, most of the existing implantation devices are designed for the traditional ophthalmic surgery and are not suitable for the use of the intranasal endoscopic surgery, and the few devices used for the intranasal endoscopic surgery have the problems of difficult implantation, more complications, poor comfort and the like.
The existing implanting device for the nasal endoscope dacryocyst nasal cavity pore-creating operation is mostly a lacrimal passage drainage tube, which enters an upper lacrimal punctum and a lower lacrimal punctum respectively through an upper probe and a lower probe and reaches a pore-creating part downwards, then the head parts of the two probes are pulled into the nasal cavity by a traction hook and are knotted and fixed at the pore-creating part. The existing lacrimal passage drainage tube is difficult to implant, the tractor is long in implantation time, knotting in a nasal cavity is difficult, time-consuming and difficult to accurately position at a pore-forming position, involution of a nasal cavity mucosa flap and a lachrymal sac wall is not facilitated, upper and lower punctum are required to be implanted simultaneously, complications such as tearing the punctum in a shearing way and the like can be caused, the inner canthus is occupied by a pipeline, foreign body sensation is strong, the comfort is poor, and due to the fact that the lacrimal passage drainage tube is a solid body, the epiphora is aggravated during implantation, and infection.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the sleeve for dacryocystorhinostomy and the preparation method thereof, which have the advantages of convenient implantation, simple operation, small rejection effect of patients, better comfort and capability of effectively solving the problems provided by the background technology.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a casing for dacryocystorhinostomy comprises a drainage tube, wherein an elliptical drainage disc and a tail end fixing screw rod are respectively arranged at two ends of the drainage tube, the drainage tube is hollow, a conveying and guiding channel is arranged in the drainage tube, a casing is arranged at the tail end of the drainage tube, and the casing is fixed on the tail end fixing screw rod located at a stoma in a nasal cavity through a fastener.
As a preferable technical scheme, the shape and the size of the drainage tube are completely the same as those of the lacrimal passage.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sleeve is in the shape of an inverted frustum, and the sleeve and the fastener are connected in a sealing manner by an annular gasket fixed to an inner wall of the sleeve.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the sleeve for dacryocystorhinostomy, which comprises the following steps:
100, selecting a hollow silica gel catheter, and respectively puncturing two ends of the silica gel catheter by using needles to form communicated small holes as drainage tubes;
step 200, sanding both ends of the drainage tube, additionally arranging an oval drainage disc in one end of the drainage tube, and additionally arranging a tail end fixing screw outside the other end of the drainage tube;
step 300, heating and shaping the drainage tube at 50-60 ℃ according to the shape requirement, naturally cooling after thermoplastic solidification, and sterilizing for later use.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the drainage tube is convenient to implant, can reach a stoma by only implanting the drainage tube from a punctum, is matched with a lacrimal probe widely used clinically, does not need an additional traction device, takes time for only a few minutes, does not need complex treatment such as knotting in a nasal cavity, only needs to be sleeved with a sleeve and inserted into a fastener, and accords with the operation habit of a rhinoscope operator.
