The invention relates to the field of pesticide preparations, and provides a special suspending agent for flight control, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-75% of pesticide active ingredient, 1-10% of sodium surfactin, 5-20% of wetting agent dispersant, 1-10% of anti-evaporation agent, 1-5% of anti-drift agent, 1-3% of viscosity regulator and the balance of water to 100%. The special suspending agent for the flight control prepared by the invention has good dispersion stability, spreadability, drift resistance and evaporation resistance.

At present, most of the pesticides in China are sprayed by a traditional knapsack boom sprayer, the pesticide consumption is large, the phenomena of 'running, overflowing, dripping and leaking' are serious, the utilization rate is only about 30%, and the pesticide is far lower than that of developed countries. The perennial chemical pesticide in China has large usage amount, low effective utilization rate and prominent problems of blind application and abuse. "fly prevention", that is, pesticide spraying of plant protection unmanned aerial vehicles, is to use airplanes to apply pesticide to prevent and control diseases, pests and weeds in agriculture and forestry or related operations, and can also be called aerial plant protection, flying plant protection or airplane plant protection technology. In order to be really applied to the agricultural field, the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle needs a huge and perfect ecological system. Unmanned aerial vehicle, national industry standard, sprinkler, special medicament, control hand, fly to prevent troops, after sales service, profit mode, insurance business etc. constitute an unmanned aerial vehicle plant protection ecosystem jointly.
The plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle needs professional medicament and auxiliary agent, and the high-concentration fine spraying low-capacity spraying technology puts forward rigorous requirements on the medicament. Since the number of preparations for flight control is small on the market, conventional preparations are used in most cases. And secondly, the selection of the dosage form mainly takes water-based water aqua, suspending agent and aqueous emulsion as main materials, and selects high-content registered products. Then on the premise of the original stable formula, a special auxiliary agent is added in the formula of the medicament, so that the problems of volatilization, drifting and the like of the medicament in the spraying process are reduced. All aviation spraying special agents select high-content raw medicines, grinding time and times in the preparation processing process are increased, and the agents are prevented from blocking a spray head. In the spraying and pesticide applying process, the addition of the good spraying aid can effectively reduce the surface tension of pesticide liquid, optimize the particle size distribution of fog drops and improve the adhesion and wettability of the fog drops on plant leaves, thereby obviously improving the deposition amount of the fog drops on the plant leaves and improving the utilization rate of the active ingredients of the pesticide. But the existing flying anti-spraying auxiliary agent products in China are relatively few, and the effect is good and uneven, so that the application is not wide. Therefore, more pesticide spraying auxiliary products with remarkable development effects are needed to be put on the market, the pesticide utilization rate is improved, the pesticide reduction and use are promoted, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the quality safety of agricultural products is guaranteed.
The sodium surfactin is a pure natural surfactant and has a unique cyclic peptide structure, so that a series of surface active properties such as excellent emulsification and dispersion are obtained. The pure natural surfactant is successfully produced in mass at present, and is applied to the fields of cosmetics, personal care, washing and the like, but is rarely applied to the field of pesticides.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a special suspending agent for flight control, which overcomes the defects of poor dispersion stability, poor spreadability, easy fog drop drifting and the like of the existing flight control agent.
The invention provides the following technical scheme
The special suspending agent for the flying defense comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-75% of pesticide active ingredient, 1-10% of sodium surfactin, 5-20% of wetting agent dispersant, 1-10% of anti-evaporation agent, 1-5% of anti-drift agent, 1-3% of viscosity regulator and the balance of water to 100%.
The special suspending agent for flying prevention disclosed by the invention comprises 45-60% of pesticide active ingredients, 4-6% of sodium surfactin, 10-15% of wetting agent dispersing agent, 3-6% of anti-evaporation agent, 1-3% of anti-drift agent, 1-2% of viscosity regulator and water which are added to make up 100%.
In the special suspension for flight control, the anti-evaporation agent is selected from at least one of polyacrylamide and rosin-based vegetable oil; the viscosity regulator is selected from xanthan gum or carboxyethyl cellulose; the anti-drift agent is selected from one or more of kaolin, white carbon black, bentonite and organic silicon.
In the special suspending agent for the flight control, the wetting agent dispersant is one or more of dodecyl sulfate, alkyl benzene sulfonate, nekal BX, wetting penetrant F, polycarboxylate, lignosulfonate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene-formaldehyde condensate sulfate, naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate sodium salt, sulfonated succinate sodium salt, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and polyacrylic acid sodium salt.
In the special suspending agent for flight control, the pesticide active ingredient is selected from one of herbicide, insecticide or bactericide.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the suspending agent disclosed by the invention is good in dispersion stability, high in suspension rate, low in dilution multiple, excellent in spreadability, more beneficial to sedimentation, better capable of ensuring the effect of the agent, and improved in field control effect.
2. The sodium surfactin plays a key role in the dispersion stability, spreadability, deposition and volatility resistance of the suspending agent. In addition, the rosin-based vegetable oil and the polyacrylamide can effectively improve the evaporation resistance of the preparation.

The following examples are further illustrative of the present invention as to the technical contents of the present invention, but the essence of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1: 45% imidacloprid suspension
45% of imidacloprid, 6% of surfactin sodium, 5% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 7% of wetting penetrant F, 5% of rosin-based vegetable oil, 1.5% of polyacrylamide, 2.5% of bentonite, 1.5% of xanthan gum and the balance of water to 100%.
Example 2: 50% epoxiconazole suspending agent
50% of epoxiconazole, 8% of sodium surfactin, 6% of sodium sulfosuccinate, 5% of polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, 4% of lignosulfonate, 4% of rosin-based vegetable oil, 2% of polyacrylamide, 1.5% of white carbon black, 1% of organic silicon, 2% of carboxyethyl cellulose and the balance of water to 100%.
Example 3: 38% metalaxyl suspending agent
Metalaxyl 38%, surfactin sodium 7%, polyacrylic acid sodium salt 8%, sulfosuccinate sodium salt 2%, fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester 5%, hydroxymethyl cellulose sodium 1%, kaolin 1%, organic silicon 1.5%, xanthan gum 1.5%, rosin-based vegetable oil 9%, and water to make up 100%.
Comparative example 1: the sodium surfactin in example 1 was replaced with the sodium salt of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, and the remaining ingredients were unchanged.
Comparative example 2: the sodium surfactin in example 2 was removed, and the content of polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester was adjusted to 13% with the remaining components unchanged.

However, in comparative examples 1-3, precipitation problems occurred within 2 hours after 10 and 100 fold dilution, respectively, and the stability was relatively poor, and after 1000 fold dilution, a stable homogeneous suspension was formed. Secondly, the suspending agent of the embodiment 1-3 is adopted, so that the surface tension of the fog drops is small, and the fog drops are easier to spread on the leaf surface; the volatilization rate is low, and the evaporation resistance effect is good; the fog drops have high specific gravity, are favorable for sedimentation and resist drifting. Finally, the rosin-based vegetable oil and the polyacrylamide can effectively reduce the evaporation rate of the flying prevention suspending agent and prevent the loss of the medicine. Therefore, the suspending agent in the embodiment 1-3 has the advantages of good dispersion stability, high suspension rate, low dilution multiple and excellent spreadability in the aspect of flying prevention application, and is more favorable for sedimentation and better ensures that the agent plays a role.
Examples 1-3 differ from comparative examples 1-3 in that examples 1-3 contain the adjuvant sodium surfactin; it can therefore be concluded that sodium surfactin plays a critical role in improving the performance of the formulation. In addition, the example 3 and the comparative example 4 can effectively improve the evaporation resistance of the preparation for the suspension rosin-based vegetable oil.
