背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜。无纺布根据成分,有涤纶、丙纶、锦纶、氨纶、腈纶等,不同的成分会有截然不同的无纺布风格,现已被广泛用于日常生活中。但无纺布在存放过程中,容易滋生蛀虫、霉变等,另外,也容易引起大量的尘螨聚集,对无纺布的质量影响较大。
目前,市场上除螨消毒的产品琳琅满目,但功能单一,持久性差,不仅对人体皮肤伤害较大,而且影响织物、衣料等的舒适度,使用限制性大。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂及其制备方法,通过合理的原料选配,组分间相互促进配合,具有优异的杀菌、杀虫、消毒的效果,对布料损害小,且效能持续时间长,综合质量好,值得市场推广。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,包括以下百分含量组分:饱和四硼酸钠水溶液5-15%、柚皮甙0.05-0.2%、植物提取物3-20%、表面活性剂5-8%、矿物盐2-8%、氯化钙0.5-1.2%、杀虫剂2-3.5%、水余量。
优选的,所述植物提取物包括紫草、薰衣草、碱蓬、苦楝花、茱萸、苦参。
优选的,所述植物提取物中各原料质量百分含量如下:紫草5-15%、薰衣草3-10%、碱蓬15-25%、苦楝花10-25%、茱萸10-20%、苦参余量;所述植物提取物采用水提醇沉制取,减压浓缩至1.1-1.2g/m。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为摩尔比0.3:0.5:1-2的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰单乙醇胺和氨基酸表面活性剂,其中氨基酸表面活性剂为十二烷基二亚甲基氨基二甲酸钠、烷基二(氨基乙基)甘氨酸、甜菜碱中的任意两种组合物。
优选的,所述矿物盐采用洗浴用盐,其中含有硫酸钠、硫酸镁、溴化镁、溴化钙、氯化锌。

1)按重量比例称取原料,先将1/3-1/2的表面活性剂加入饱和四硼酸钠水溶液中,搅拌混匀后,40-50℃恒温震荡5-20min,然后降温至30±3℃,再依次将矿物盐、氯化钙、杀虫剂和剩余表面活性剂加入其中,继续恒温震荡或超声处理一段时间,得混合料一;
2)将柚皮甙、植物提取物加入水中,搅拌均匀,然后将混料一在搅拌条件下缓慢加入其中,即得。
优选的,步骤1)中继续恒温震荡具体为温度40-45℃,时间20min;超声处理具体为频率25KHz,时间5-10min。
优选的,步骤2)中混料一添加时间大于30min。
由于采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过合理的原料选配,组分间相互促进配合,具有优异的杀菌、杀虫、消毒的效果,对布料损害小,且效能持续时间长,综合质量好,值得市场推广。
采用生化配合,以植物杀菌成分为主辅以化学无机料无以及矿物料,一方面提高了有效成分的载体结合,增强了分散性,作用效果好,另一方面原料危害低,且对布料织物具有良好的再处理效果,综合舒适度更强。另外,矿物盐、氯化钙配合可加快螨虫、真菌等对药物的内吸性,杀虫灭菌速率快,效果好。
将本发明根据需要加水配制成50vt%、60vt%、70vt%、80vt%、90vt%(本发明制得的除螨消毒剂占现配液中的体积比)、纯本发明制剂(不加水)的现配液进行喷雾或洒施,除螨率可达97%以上,且对其他病原菌也具有良好的杀灭作用,保持良好的健康环境。

一种用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,包括以下百分含量组分:饱和四硼酸钠水溶液15%、柚皮甙0.1%、植物提取物15%、表面活性剂7%、矿物盐2%、氯化钙1%、杀虫剂2%、水余量。
其中:
植物提取物包括紫草、薰衣草、碱蓬、苦楝花、茱萸、苦参;且各原料质量百分含量如下:紫草15%、薰衣草5%、碱蓬25%、苦楝花25%、茱萸15%、苦参余量;植物提取物采用水提醇沉制取,减压浓缩至1.1g/ml。
表面活性剂为摩尔比0.3:0.5:1.5的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰单乙醇胺和氨基酸表面活性剂,其中氨基酸表面活性剂为烷基二(氨基乙基)甘氨酸、甜菜碱的组合物。
矿物盐采用洗浴用盐,其中含有硫酸钠、硫酸镁、溴化镁、溴化钙、氯化锌。
杀虫剂为质量比1:1:3的素云金芽孢杆菌、5-甲氧基-2-吡嗪酮、虫酰肼的混合物。
用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,制备方法如下:

1.一种用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,其特征在于,包括以下百分含量组分:饱和四硼酸钠水溶液5-15%、柚皮甙0.05-0.2%、植物提取物3-20%、表面活性剂5-8%、矿物盐2-8%、氯化钙0.5-1.2%、杀虫剂2-3.5%、水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,其特征在于:所述植物提取物包括紫草、薰衣草、碱蓬、苦楝花、茱萸、苦参。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,其特征在于:所述植物提取物中各原料质量百分含量如下:紫草5-15%、薰衣草3-10%、碱蓬15-25%、苦楝花10-25%、茱萸10-20%、苦参余量;所述植物提取物采用水提醇沉制取,减压浓缩至1.1-1.2g/ml。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为摩尔比0.3:0.5:1-2的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰单乙醇胺和氨基酸表面活性剂,其中氨基酸表面活性剂为十二烷基二亚甲基氨基二甲酸钠、烷基二(氨基乙基)甘氨酸、甜菜碱中的任意两种组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,其特征在于:所述矿物盐采用洗浴用盐,其中含有硫酸钠、硫酸镁、溴化镁、溴化钙、氯化锌。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,其特征在于:所述杀虫剂为质量比1:1-3:1-3的素云金芽孢杆菌、5-甲氧基-2-吡嗪酮、虫酰肼的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
1)按重量比例称取原料,先将1/3-1/2的表面活性剂加入饱和四硼酸钠水溶液中,搅拌混匀后,40-50℃恒温震荡5-20min,然后降温至30±3℃,再依次将矿物盐、氯化钙、杀虫剂和剩余表面活性剂加入其中,继续恒温震荡或超声处理一段时间,得混合料一;
2)将柚皮甙、植物提取物加入水中,搅拌均匀,然后将混料一在搅拌条件下缓慢加入其中,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,其特征在于:步骤1)中继续恒温震荡具体为温度40-45℃,时间20min;超声处理具体为频率25KHz,时间5-10min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于无纺布的除螨消毒剂,其特征在于:步骤2)中混料一添加时间大于30min。
