Abstract
The multifunctional agricultural machine comprises a connecting frame with a frame structure, wherein a supporting frame is arranged at the rear part of the connecting frame, a bevel gear shaft is arranged on the supporting frame through a bearing, the bottom of the bevel gear shaft is connected with a transmission shaft through a guide shaft, and the transmission shaft is connected with a gearbox of a power device through a universal joint; the top of the bevel gear shaft is fixed with a belt pulley which is connected with the rear harvesting adjusting component through a belt. The invention can be used as a stalk cutting machine, a seedling cutting machine and a grass cutter, realizes multiple purposes, saves labor, improves convenience and practicability and reduces the production cost of farmers.

The multifunctional agricultural machine, as shown in figure 1, comprises a connecting frame 8 with a frame structure, wherein a supporting frame 7 is arranged at the rear part of the connecting frame 8, a bevel gear shaft 4 is arranged on the supporting frame 7 through a bearing, the bottom of the bevel gear shaft 4 is connected with a transmission shaft 2 through a guide shaft 3, and the transmission shaft 2 is connected with a gearbox 1 of a power device through a universal joint; a belt pulley 5 is fixed on the top of the bevel gear shaft 4, and the belt pulley 5 is connected to the rear adjusting harvesting assembly via a belt 6. The power rotation sequence of the multifunctional agricultural machine is that a gearbox 1, a transmission shaft 2, a guide shaft 3, a bevel gear shaft 4, a belt pulley 5, a small belt pulley set 9, a flexible shaft 10 and a gear knife 12.
The tail part of the guide shaft 3 is provided with a front bevel gear, and the bottom of the bevel gear shaft 4 is provided with a lower bevel gear; the front bevel gear and the lower bevel gear are mutually matched, meshed and connected; the guide shaft 3 rotates the pulley 5 via a bevel gear.
The harvesting adjusting assembly comprises a fixed frame 16 fixed at the bottom side of the rear part of the connecting frame 8, and a plurality of groups of supporting frames are sleeved on the fixed frame 16; the front side of the support frame is fixed on a small belt pulley set connecting sleeve, a small belt pulley set 9 is arranged in the small belt pulley set connecting sleeve through a bearing, and the small belt pulley set 9 is connected with a gear knife 12 at the bottom through a flexible shaft 10; the outer part of the gear knife 12 is sleeved with a rotating shaft 13, the rotating shaft 13 is fixed in an adjusting ring 15 through an adjusting rod 14, and one side of the adjusting ring 15 is fixed on a supporting frame; the top of the adjusting lever 14 is provided with an adjusting handle 11. The position of the adjusting lever 14 can be moved up and down by rotating the adjusting handle 11, so that the device is suitable for crops with different heights of stems.
The support frame is provided with six groups for fixing the small pulley group 9, the adjusting ring 15 and the guide bracket 18. The middle part of the support frame is sleeved on the fixed frame 16, the top part of the support frame is welded and connected with the small belt pulley bearing sleeve 20, and the top part of the flexible shaft 10 is sleeved in the small belt pulley bearing sleeve 20 through the bearing sleeve; the top of the flexible shaft 10 extends out of the small belt pulley bearing sleeve 20 and is connected with the small belt pulley group 9.
The bottom of the supporting frame is welded with an adjusting ring 15, an internal thread is arranged in the adjusting ring 15, and an external thread is arranged outside the adjusting rod 14; the adjusting rod 14 is in threaded fit with the adjusting ring 15; the top of the adjusting ring 15 extends out of the adjusting ring 15 and is fixedly connected with the adjusting handle 11; the bottom part extends out of the adjusting ring 15 and is connected with the gear cutter bearing sleeve after being bent; the bottom of the flexible shaft 10 is sleeved in the gear cutter bearing sleeve through a bearing; the bottom of the flexible shaft 10 extends out of the gear knife bearing sleeve and is connected with the gear knife 12.
Preferably, the bending part behind the adjusting rod 14 is of a telescopic structure which is mutually nested and is fixed by a locking screw.
One side of the support frame is also provided with a guide bracket 18, a guide rod is arranged in the guide bracket 18, the top of the guide rod is provided with a guide handle 19, and the bottom of the guide rod is provided with a guide wheel 17.
The small belt pulley group 9 is provided with a plurality of groups, and the small belt pulley group 9 is directly or indirectly driven to rotate through the belt pulley 5. The small belt pulley group 9 is provided with four groups, including a main driven belt pulley positioned in the middle part and a secondary driven belt pulley driven to rotate by the main driven belt pulley; the belt pulley 5 drives the main driven belt pulley to rotate through the belt 6, and the main driven belt pulley drives the secondary driven belt pulley to rotate through the belt; the main driven belt pulley and the secondary driven belt pulley form a small belt pulley group 9; the small belt pulley group 9 drives the gear knife 12 to rotate through the flexible shaft 10.
Preferably, the belt pulley 5 is of a double belt type, and the diameter is 300mm; the diameter of the small belt pulley group 9 is 100mm; the supporting frame 7 is made of square tubes with the diameter of 4mm and the diameter of 6 mm; the adjusting ring 15 is made of square tubes of 5mm x 5 mm; the fixing frame 16 is made of square tubes with the diameter of 6mm being 6 mm; the adjustment lever 14 is made of square tubes of 4mm x 4 mm.
The use principle of the multifunctional agricultural machine is as follows: the support frame 7 is provided with a bevel gear shaft 4 through a bearing, the bottom of the bevel gear shaft 4 is connected with a transmission shaft 2 through a guide shaft 3, and the transmission shaft 2 is connected with a gearbox 1 of a power device through a universal joint. The top of the bevel gear shaft 4 is fixed with a belt pulley 5, the small belt pulley group 9 is provided with a plurality of groups, and the small belt pulley groups are directly or indirectly driven to rotate through the belt pulley 5. The spacing between the supporting frames is adjusted, so that the spacing between the adjacent gear cutters 12 and the spacing between the guide wheels 17 are adjusted, crops with different ridge widths can be adapted, and the method is simple and suitable.
