Abstract

止晕栓制备方法是:将170~150克混合脂肪甘 油酯(34型)切成细末置于夹套加热锅内,控制温度 在34℃~38℃熔化,当熔化至2/3时,停止加热,搅 拌使其自行熔化完全,另将50~70克碳酸氢钠通过 100~120目筛网,边加边搅拌,使上、中、下混合均 匀,各点取量作含量测定,调节温度30℃~33℃,进 行灌模制粒。本发明给药途径合理,使用方便、安全, 便于携带,用于治疗美尼尔氏病、突发性耳聋、以及某 些血管因素引起的眩晕或头痛疗效明显。

Description

本发明属医药领域。
用碳酸氢钠治疗美尼尔氏病已被公知,它能使周围血管扩张,改善微循环、纠正血液中的酸碱平衡,但用于患者的只限于静脉注射。如:CA(chemical        Abstrcts)114:35931d,通过静脉给药7%碳酸氢钠溶液,抑制中部前庭区神经的兴奋性治疗眩晕。国外文献报道:Bernard        welt,Arch        of        Otolaryngology        63(25-30)1956;Roberts        S·E        Ear,Nose        and        Throat        Dysfunctions        Thomas        Publishers,1957。通过人体静脉给药碳酸氢钠,可以治疗美尼尔氏病,前庭系周围部及前庭系耳蜗疾病。静脉注射治疗美尼尔氏病,需要一定的医疗条件,静脉滴注时必须缓慢进行,速度慢,时间长,使患者既有精神痛苦又有皮肉痛苦。国外罗马尼亚专利RO72361止眩晕栓剂也用于治疗眩晕症,但该栓剂不含碳酸氢钠成分。
本发明的目的是针对上述的问题,对用碳酸氢钠治疗美尼尔氏病的栓剂制备方法进行改进,以碳酸氢钠加基质制成止晕栓剂。
本发明的止晕栓的制备方法为:
碳酸氢钠(100目-3000目)50-70克        最佳值66克
混合脂肪甘油酸(34型)        170-150        最佳值154克
将混合脂肪甘油酯(34型)切成细末置于夹套加热锅内,控制温度在34℃~38℃熔化,当熔化至2/3时,停止加热,搅拌使其自行熔化完全,另将碳酸氢钠通过100-120目筛网,边加边搅拌,使上、中、下混合均匀,各点取量作含量测定,调节温度30℃-33℃,进行灌模制粒。
本发明的优点是:
给药途径合理,使用方便、安全,便于携带,用于治疗美尼尔氏病、突发性耳聋、以及某些血管因素引起的眩晕或头痛,如颈性眩晕、偏头痛疗效明显。
实施例:
称取混合脂肪甘油酯(34型)154克切成细末置于夹套加热锅内,调温度在36℃,当混合脂肪甘油酯熔化至2/3时,停止加热,搅拌使其自行熔化完全,另将称好的碳酸氢钠66克并通过120目筛网,边加边搅拌,使上、中、下混合均匀,各点取量作含量测定(测上、中、下混合均匀度),调节温度在32℃,进行灌模制成100粒。

Claims (3)

1、一种止晕栓制备方法,其特征是止晕栓组分的配比为:碳酸氢钠:50~70克,混合脂肪酸甘油酯:170~150克,将上述混合脂肪甘油酯(34型)切成细末置于夹套加热锅内,控制温度在34℃~38℃熔化,当熔化至2/3时,停止加热,搅拌使其自行熔化完全,另将碳酸氢钠通过100~120目筛网,边加边搅拌,使上、中、下混合均匀,各点取量作含量测定,调节温度30℃~33℃,进行灌模制粒。
2、根据权利要求1所述的止晕栓制备方法,其特征是止晕栓组分的最佳配比为:碳酸氢钠:66克,混合脂肪酸甘油酯:154克。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的止晕栓制备方法,其特征是碳酸氢钠的粒目为100目~3000目。
