Based on the above intelligent alarm method of the present invention, the following intelligent alarm processing system can be adopted, as shown in fig. 1, the intelligent alarm processing system includes the above intelligent terminal, a police platform and a monitoring device connected with the police platform, and an automatic case processing system is arranged on the police platform.
In the above embodiment, to ensure that the alarm is effectively implemented, the police service platform is preferably a control platform based on an existing 110 alarm center, the intelligent terminal and the police service platform are preferably connected through a wireless network, and the network connection is preferably wifi, 3G, 4G or 5G network connection, that is, the alarm device of the intelligent terminal is preferably connected with the police service platform through wifi, 3G, 4G or 5G network.
In the above embodiment, to ensure efficient and timely response to the alert condition, the monitoring device includes a video acquisition device, and/or an image acquisition device, and/or a voice prompt device, and/or a photoelectric prompt device; the video acquisition device is used for acquiring relevant video information of the emergency police place, the image acquisition device is used for acquiring relevant image information of the emergency police place, the voice prompt device is used for sending voice prompt information to relevant personnel of the emergency police place, and the photoelectric prompt device is used for sending photoelectric prompt information to relevant personnel of the emergency police place; that is, the monitoring device may be any one of the video capture device, the image capture device, the voice prompt device and the photoelectric prompt device, or may be a combination of any two or more of the video capture device, the image capture device, the voice prompt device and the photoelectric prompt device; specifically, the monitoring equipment can be signal acquisition facilities such as cameras around roads, alarm devices, police unmanned aerial vehicles and other specific equipment. In order to ensure that the emergency treatment can be carried out on the police condition of the critical emergency place, preferably, a networking information base provided with the monitoring equipment is pre-established on the police service platform on each road section and each street of each region, so that the automatic case processing system can efficiently call the monitoring equipment of the emergency place corresponding to the position information according to the case running number and the position information to comprehensively monitor the emergency place.

The basic implementation manner of the intelligent alarm method is the same as that of the embodiment 1, specifically, in order to ensure that the alarm condition is processed in time and emergency rescue measures are implemented in time, the recording program transmits the recorded information breakpoint to the police service platform; the monitoring equipment monitors the case place and transmits the monitoring information to the police platform at a break point; when the monitoring equipment automatically found by the automatic case processing system cannot monitor the case place, the automatic case processing system takes the case place as a center, calls all the monitoring equipment around the case place simultaneously to monitor the periphery of the case place and continuously transmits monitoring information breakpoints to the police service platform, meanwhile, searches an unmanned aerial vehicle storage place of a police party, sends the unmanned aerial vehicle closest to the case place as the monitoring equipment to autonomously fly to the case place, monitors the case place, and continuously transmits the acquired monitoring information breakpoints to the police service platform.
In the embodiment, the recording program in the intelligent terminal is started to record the field of the emergency place and the recording information is transmitted to the police platform, so that the problem that the emergency place and the monitoring equipment nearby the emergency place cannot monitor the emergency place in time due to too long distance or starting failure and the like can be effectively solved, the alarm condition is transmitted in time in a recording mode, the field information is provided for timely processing the alarm condition, and valuable time and opportunity are won for rescuing people in an emergency state; preferably, the recording program continuously transmits the recording information to the police service platform at a breakpoint in a unit of 10 seconds to 60 seconds, and the recording program continuously transmits the recording information to the police service platform at a breakpoint in a unit of 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds or 1 minute; preferably, the recording program continuously transmits the recording information to the police platform in a breakpoint manner by taking 30 seconds as a unit.
In the above embodiment, in order to more timely rescue the personnel in the emergency state, preferably, in the monitoring device executing the monitoring process, the monitoring device related to the emergency place is comprehensively mobilized and started, and the monitoring device includes video image monitoring devices such as a video acquisition device and an image acquisition device, and alarm devices such as a voice prompt device and a photoelectric prompt device, and monitors and records the emergency place, and gives an alarm to the staff, and the monitoring device executes the monitoring and feeds back the executing monitoring and the alarm condition to the police service platform. Preferably, when alarm devices such as a voice prompt device and a photoelectric prompt device in the monitoring equipment perform alarm prompt, firstly, a warning signal of 30 seconds is played through the voice prompt or the photoelectric prompt to warn the perpetrator to stop doing a case, meanwhile, transient defense and escape time is provided for victims, the masses are also warned to improve the vigilance, the surrounding case taking part in precaution is prevented from being sent out on site, the worsening of the case is avoided, and after the alarm prompt of 30 seconds, a warning vehicle patrol signal of 1 minute from far to near is played again, so that the criminals are further frightened and stronger sound aid is provided for the victims.
In the foregoing embodiment, preferably, to ensure the effect of alert handling and enable related people to be rescued efficiently, when monitoring a venue through video image monitoring equipment such as a video capture device and an image capture device in the monitoring equipment, different method steps are respectively executed according to the monitoring definition and the distance between the monitoring equipment and the venue, wherein: under the condition that the case place can be clearly monitored, information such as videos, images and the like collected by monitoring is continuously transmitted to the police service platform in a breakpoint manner by taking 5 seconds as a unit, so that high-efficiency feedback of execution information is realized; when the case automatic processing system automatically searches for the monitoring equipment closest to the case place in the networked information base and the case place, and the distance between the monitoring equipment and the case place exceeds 30 meters (the specific distance is determined according to the resolution of the video acquisition devices such as the cameras and the image acquisition devices) or the case place cannot be monitored, taking the case place as the center, simultaneously calling the video acquisition devices such as the cameras and the image acquisition devices of all the surrounding roads for monitoring and recording, continuously transmitting the information such as the video and the image which are monitored and acquired to the police platform at a breakpoint unit of 5 seconds, meanwhile searching a mini unmanned aerial vehicle storage place of a police, dispatching the mini unmanned aerial vehicle closest to the monitoring equipment to autonomously fly to the case place, monitoring the field condition, and continuously transmitting the acquired monitoring information to the police platform at a breakpoint unit of 5 seconds, the intelligent alarm processing system has the advantages that efficient feedback of monitoring information is achieved, meanwhile, effective reference is provided for deep and efficient processing of tracking alarm conditions, the specific equipment configuration of the monitoring equipment can be provided for cameras, alarms, mini unmanned aerial vehicles and the like, and if aiming at multi-occurrence areas of cases, the mini unmanned aerial vehicle library is arranged in a key mode, so that comprehensive coverage of the intelligent alarm processing system based on the intelligent terminal is effectively promoted, dangerous molecules are deterred effectively, accordingly, the occurrence of alarm conditions is effectively prevented and reduced, the alarm conditions are processed efficiently in real time, and accordingly, guarantee is provided for property and life safety of people.

The basic implementation manner of the intelligent alarm method is the same as that of the embodiment 2, specifically, after a case serial number is generated on the police platform, a folder with the case serial number as a name is generated on the police platform, and all information related to the same case is stored in the folder; the police platform receives the monitoring information of the monitoring equipment, then automatically combines the obtained monitoring information to form a monitoring file to be stored in the folder, and if an error file is encountered in the transmission process, the blank is filled in the combined file; and after receiving the recording information of the recording program, the police platform automatically merges the obtained recording information to form a recording file to be stored in the folder with the case serial number as the name, and if an error file is encountered in the transmission process, the recording file is filled in by a blank in the merged file.
In the above embodiment, in order to ensure that an alarm target is efficiently, conveniently and accurately achieved, an alarm input instruction for starting the alarm program is preset in the alarm program as holding down the volume adjustment key and the gesture, and a relevant person in emergency only needs to hold down the volume adjustment key to start the alarm program or immediately starts the alarm program after inputting a preset gesture on the intelligent terminal and being identified and confirmed by the gesture recognizer, wherein the time for holding down the volume adjustment key in the alarm input instruction set on the alarm program is preferably 3 seconds, so that the alarm information is ensured to be sent in time, and false alarm caused by accidental touch of the volume adjustment key is prevented, and the system is prevented from being disturbed; target contact persons sent by alarm information are preset in the alarm program, the number of the target contact persons is not limited, preferably, the number of the target contact persons is preferably 2, so that the alarm information can be effectively transmitted; in order to ensure that the alarm information is processed in time and the emergency measures are executed efficiently, preferably, the alarm program logs in the police platform through wifi, 3G, 4G or 5G network.
In the above embodiments, the case serial number is composed of arabic numerals, preferably 28 digits, and preferably, the case serial number at least includes 8 digits of date including year, month and day, 6 digits of time including the exact second, 11 digits of mobile phone number, and 3 digits of case serial number; after the case serial number is generated, all information related to the same case is automatically merged and stored in a file named by the case serial number according to alarm information of the same case, if an error file is encountered in the transmission process, the blank is filled in the merged file to ensure the video duration or the accuracy of the voice image, a complete monitoring file from alarm receiving to finishing of alarm handling is formed, therefore, the police service platform is convenient for the personnel handling the case to check and process in time, and the personnel 110 in the police service center as the police service platform can call the fixed camera equipment or the mini unmanned aerial vehicle and other monitoring equipment to monitor and carry out the analysis of the dangerous situation according to the information provided by the system, and determine whether to arrange the police to rush to the scene of the incident for investigation or to remove the dangerous situation or to protect the scene and contact 110 to rescue the police. Generally, the invention fully utilizes the common application condition that the prior basic people have intelligent terminals such as mobile phones or tablet computers and the internet, optimizes and integrates the prior 110 police service center, realizes self-service alarm simply, quickly and accurately through the intelligent terminals such as mobile phones and the like, and efficiently and automatically receives, processes, executes, feeds back and stores the alarm, can be used as a network police service self-service system for compiling patrol alarm signals and dispatching police arrangement, and has the key that the problems of alarm difficulty and delayed alarm processing in the prior critical state are effectively solved, the efficient alarm and the real-time and efficient response processing of alarm information are realized, and the real-time online case handling can be promoted, so that crimes are more efficiently attacked to carry out related rescue, and further guarantee protection is provided for the production, life and property safety of people.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and any obvious modifications or alterations to the above-described embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention and the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An intelligent alarm method, comprising: the intelligent terminal starts an alarm program after receiving a preset alarm input instruction; the alarm program includes:
acquiring a prestored target contact person, starting a short message sending program to send a short message to the target contact person, and starting a telephone dialing program to dial a telephone to the target contact person;
acquiring a prestored IP address of a police service platform, logging in the police service platform through a network, and generating a case running number on the police service platform;
starting a positioning program of an intelligent terminal to obtain current position information, and inputting the position information corresponding to the case running serial number into an automatic case processing system of a police platform;
starting a recording program of the intelligent terminal to acquire recording information of a case place corresponding to the position information, and transmitting the recording information to a police platform through a network;
and the case automatic processing system calls the monitoring equipment of the case place corresponding to the position information according to the case running serial number and the position information to comprehensively monitor the case place.
2. The intelligent alarm method according to claim 1, wherein when the intelligent terminal is in a power-on or standby or sleep state, the alarm program is started by:
the alarm input instruction is that any key on the intelligent terminal is continuously pressed, the alarm program is started by continuously pressing any key on the intelligent terminal, wherein the number of times of continuously pressing any key on the intelligent terminal is more than 3;
or the alarm input instruction is that any key on the intelligent terminal is pressed, and the alarm program is started after any key on the intelligent terminal is pressed for more than 3 seconds;
or the alarm input instruction is a gesture, and a preset gesture is input to the intelligent terminal to start the alarm program.
3. The intelligent alarm method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the recording program transmits the recorded information to the police platform at a breakpoint;
the monitoring equipment monitors the case place and transmits the monitoring information to the police platform at a break point; when the monitoring equipment automatically found by the automatic case processing system cannot monitor the case place, the automatic case processing system takes the case place as a center, calls all the monitoring equipment around the case place at the same time to monitor the periphery of the case place and continuously transmits monitoring information breakpoints to the police service platform, meanwhile, searches an unmanned aerial vehicle storage place of a police party, sends the unmanned aerial vehicle closest to the case place as the monitoring equipment to fly to the case place, monitors the case place, and continuously transmits the acquired monitoring information breakpoints to the police service platform.
4. The intelligent alarm method according to claim 3, wherein after a case serial number is generated on the police platform, a folder named by the case serial number is generated on the police platform, and all information related to the same case is stored in the folder; wherein,
after the police platform receives the monitoring information of the monitoring equipment, the monitoring information is automatically merged to form a monitoring file to be stored in the folder, and if an error file is encountered in the transmission process, the blank is filled in the merged file;
and after receiving the recording information of the recording program, the police platform automatically merges the obtained recording information to form a recording file to be stored in the folder, and if an error file is encountered in the transmission process, the recording file is filled in the merged file by a blank.
5. The intelligent terminal is characterized by comprising an alarm device for alarming and an alarm instruction input part for starting the alarm device.
6. The intelligent terminal according to claim 5, wherein the intelligent terminal is provided with one or both of a key and a gesture recognizer, and the alarm instruction input part is one or both of the key and the gesture recognizer.
7. The intelligent terminal according to claim 5, wherein the alarm device comprises an automatic short message sending module, an automatic call dialing module, an automatic positioning module and an automatic recording module.
8. The intelligent terminal according to claim 5, wherein the alarm device is a device installed and operated synchronously with an android system or an apple system.
9. An intelligent alarm processing system, which is characterized by comprising the intelligent terminal of any one of claims 5 to 8, a police platform and a monitoring device connected with the police platform, wherein the police platform is provided with an automatic case processing system.
10. The intelligent alarm processing system of claim 9, wherein the monitoring device comprises a video capture device, and/or an image capture device, and/or a voice prompt device, and/or a photoelectric prompt device; the video acquisition device is used for acquiring relevant video information of the emergency police place, the image acquisition device is used for acquiring relevant image information of the emergency police place, the voice prompt device is used for sending voice prompt information to relevant personnel of the emergency police place, and the photoelectric prompt device is used for sending photoelectric prompt information to relevant personnel of the emergency police place.
