Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the water heater controlled by the present invention is exemplified by an electric water heater, which includes an inner container 200 for storing water, a heating device 300 for heating water, a casing 100 disposed outside the inner container 200 for protecting the inner container 200 and the insulation water, a water temperature detecting device for detecting a water temperature, and a display panel 500 for displaying the water temperature. The temperature detection device 400 is used for detecting the temperature of water in the water heater liner 200; the temperature detecting device 400 may be a temperature sensing probe or any other temperature sensor capable of detecting the temperature of water. The result of the water temperature detection can be the result of the latest detection or the average value of a plurality of detections in unit time. For example, the temperature detection device 400 may use the last detected temperature as the detected temperature, or may detect the last detected temperature for 5 times within 2 seconds, and then use the detection result of the 5 times as the detection value.
The following control method of the electric water heater provided according to the above structure of the electric water heater comprises the following steps:
s10, acquiring the initial hot water quantity and the initial hot water temperature of hot water in the electric water heater;
in this embodiment, a temperature detection device and a water amount detection device are disposed in an inner container of the electric water heater to detect a current water amount and a current water temperature in the inner container. The temperature detection device can be a temperature sensing probe or other temperature sensors capable of detecting the water temperature. The water amount detecting means may be a contact type water level detecting sensor or a non-contact type capacitive water level detecting sensor. The initial hot water quantity and the initial hot water temperature in the electric water heater are obtained to obtain the hot water parameter before water consumption.
S20, calculating the total water consumption time according to the initial hot water quantity, the initial hot water temperature, the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate;
in this embodiment, after the initial hot water amount and the initial hot water temperature are obtained, the total time length of the current hot water usage is calculated according to the initial hot water amount, the initial hot water temperature, the preset mixed water temperature, and the preset mixed water flow rate. That is, before the user prepares the electric water heater, the total time length (total time length) that the hot water in the inner container can be used is calculated according to the initial hot water quantity and the initial hot water temperature under the water using state of the preset mixed water temperature and the mixed water flow rate.
The initial hot water temperature is higher than the preset mixed water temperature, and the initial hot water amount is smaller than or equal to the capacity of the inner container. Of course, in some embodiments, the initial amount of hot water may be greater than the capacity of the bladder, and it is desirable to add water to the bladder and heat the water in the bladder during the water use process. The total water consumption time is positively correlated with the initial hot water quantity and the initial hot water temperature, namely the more the initial hot water quantity is, the higher the initial hot water temperature is, and the longer the total water consumption time is; the total water consumption duration is inversely related to the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate, namely, the higher the preset mixed water temperature is, the faster the preset mixed water flow rate is, the shorter the total water consumption duration is. Wherein, muddy water temperature and muddy water velocity of flow are for presetting, certainly, in some embodiments, the user also can adjust according to actual conditions.
When considering that the user adjusts muddy water temperature and muddy water velocity of flow, be equivalent to considering user's real-time water use condition, under the unchangeable condition of initial hot water temperature and initial hot water yield, the calculation of the total duration of water use will be more accurate.
S30, recording the used water time of the user;
the electric water heater also comprises a timing module, and when the user starts to use water, the current water use duration of the user is recorded. The length of water usage was recorded on a single set basis. The starting point of the time recording is the starting point of the user's water usage. The timing module is electrically connected with a water switch of the electric water heater, and starts timing when the water switch is turned on; of course, in some embodiments, the computing module and the water using switch are both electrically connected to the main control board of the electric water heater, and when the main control board detects that the water using switch is turned on, the computing module is controlled to start timing.
And S40, calculating the current residual water using time length according to the total water using time length and the used water using time length, and sending out a warning when the current residual water using time length is less than or equal to the preset residual time length.
In the embodiment, the residual water using time is calculated according to the total water using time and the used water using time; the electric water heater also comprises a calculation module, and the calculation module subtracts the used water time length from the total water time length to obtain the residual water time length. Of course, in some embodiments, the user may increase the remaining time period according to the actual situation. And when the residual water using time length is less than or equal to the preset residual time length, sending a prompt message outwards.
In this embodiment, the electric water heater further includes a prompting device, and the prompting device may be a sound prompting device, a light prompting device, a vibration prompting device, or a communication prompting device. The corresponding prompt message may be a sound, a light, a vibration, a short message, or a combination thereof. When the residual water duration is less than or equal to the preset residual water duration, the prompting device works to remind a user of water consumption, and the preset residual water duration takes 5 minutes as an example. Firstly, recording the used water time length, and then calculating the residual water time according to the total water time length and the used water time length; when the residual water using time length is less than or equal to the preset residual time length, a prompt message is sent outwards to prompt a user that the total water using time length reaches and the hot water in the electric water heater is used up.
In the embodiment, the initial hot water quantity and the initial hot water temperature of hot water in the electric water heater are firstly obtained; calculating the total water consumption time according to the initial hot water quantity, the initial hot water temperature, the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate; recording the used water time of the user; then calculating the difference between the total water consumption time and the used water time, calculating the current residual water consumption time according to the total water consumption time and the used water time, and sending out a warning when the current residual water consumption time is less than or equal to the preset residual time; according to the technical scheme, the initial hot water temperature and the initial hot water quantity are firstly obtained, the total available water time is calculated according to the obtained initial hot water parameters and the preset water use parameters, and the current water use state of the user is reminded according to the difference between the recorded water use time and the total water use time, so that when the hot water in the inner container is about to be used up, the user is timely reminded, the user can conveniently take corresponding countermeasures, and the control of the water quantity by the user is facilitated.
For more accurate timing and more timely reminding the user, the step of calculating the total water consumption time according to the initial hot water amount, the initial hot water temperature, the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate comprises the following steps:
s21, receiving an adjusting instruction for adjusting the preset mixed water temperature and/or the preset mixed water flow rate;
in this embodiment, there are various ways for a user to send mixed water temperature and/or mixed water flow rate to the electric water heater, for example, the user may use a mobile terminal (e.g., a remote controller, a mobile phone, tablet electric energy, a smart band, a smart watch, etc.) to send through a wireless network, or may directly adjust the mixed water temperature and/or mixed water flow rate through a physical button. After the electric water heater obtains the mixed water temperature and/or mixed water flow speed adjusting instruction, the set mixed water temperature and/or mixed water flow speed corresponding to the mixed water temperature and/or mixed water flow speed adjusting instruction is obtained according to the preset mixed water temperature and/or mixed water flow speed adjusting instruction and the set mixed water temperature and/or mixed water flow speed mapping table. Namely, the user can adjust the water mixing temperature and/or the water mixing flow rate through a wireless network or a physical key according to actual requirements.
S22, adjusting the preset mixed water temperature to be the set mixed water temperature and/or adjusting the preset mixed water flow rate to be the set mixed water flow rate according to the adjusting instruction;
the electric water heater adjusts the water mixing temperature to the set water mixing temperature according to the adjusting instruction, and adjusts the water mixing flow rate to the set water mixing flow rate. At this time, the water outlet speed (corresponding to the water mixing flow rate) and the water outlet temperature (corresponding to the water mixing temperature) are set according to the requirements of users.
And S23, calculating the total water consumption time according to the initial hot water quantity, the initial hot water temperature, the set mixed water temperature or the preset mixed water temperature and the set mixed water flow rate or the preset mixed water flow rate.
The water mixing temperature and the water mixing flow rate in the embodiment are both, the water mixing temperature and the water mixing flow rate after being adjusted according to the actual water use condition of a user are calculated, namely, the total time length of the water is calculated as a real-time parameter, so that the total time length of the water is changed in real time according to the water use condition of the user, the calculation of the residual water length of the electric water heater is more accurate, more accurate prompt of the user is facilitated, and better water control amount of the user is facilitated.
In order to improve the safety performance of water, the set mixed water temperature is less than or equal to the preset mixed water temperature upper limit, and the set mixed water flow rate is less than or equal to the preset mixed water flow rate upper limit. In this embodiment, the mixed water temperature set by the user cannot be higher than the upper limit of the preset mixed water temperature (taking 57.8 degrees celsius as an example), the upper limit of the preset mixed water temperature is the protection temperature for the human body, and when the water temperature is higher than this temperature, the irreversible damage to the human body will be caused. Similarly, the mixed water flow rate should not be higher than the preset mixed water flow rate upper limit (taking 10 meters per second as an example), and the preset mixed water flow rate upper limit is the protection impact flow rate to the human body, and when the water flow rate is higher than the preset mixed water flow rate upper limit, the human body is injured. Through the setting of predetermineeing muddy water temperature upper limit and predetermineeing muddy water velocity of flow upper limit for user's water is safer.
In order to facilitate the user to observe the current water usage in real time, the method further comprises, after the step of recording the water usage duration of the user:
generating and displaying a progress bar according to the total water consumption time;
in this embodiment, the electric water heater further includes a progress bar generation module and a display screen, the progress bar generation module generates the total length of the progress bar according to the total water consumption duration, the progress bar extends along the length direction of the display screen, and the color of the progress bar can be set according to the user selection, and can also be changed along with the change of the water consumption condition. For example, when the current remaining water consumption is large, the progress bar is displayed in green, and when the current water consumption is small, the color of the progress bar is switched to red.
And generating and displaying a residual time length node on the progress bar according to the used water time length.
In this embodiment, the principle of generation and display of the node with the remaining duration is the same as that of the progress bar. Except that the remaining duration node moves with water usage. For example, when the user has not used hot water, the remaining time node is located at the left end of the progress bar; when the hot water is used for a half, the residual time node is positioned in the middle of the progress bar; when the hot water is going to be used up, the remaining time node is located at the right end of the progress bar.
In this embodiment, through the generation and the display of progress bar and remaining time node for the user is at the water use in-process, can be real-timely according to the position of remaining time node on the progress bar and learn the remaining water consumption, so that the better to the water use condition of user carries out the accuse.
In order to make the user notice the water use prompt more easily, the current remaining water use time length is calculated according to the total water use time length and the used water time length, and when the current remaining water use time length is less than or equal to the preset remaining time length, the step of sending out a warning comprises the following steps:
presetting the remaining time length when the difference between the total water using time length and the used water using time length is less than or equal to the preset remaining time length; the electric water heater sends out one or more of sound prompt, light prompt and vibration prompt;
in this embodiment, the electric water heater further includes a prompting device, and the prompting device may be a sound prompting device, a light prompting device, a vibration prompting device, or a communication prompting device. The corresponding prompt message may be a sound, a light, a vibration, a short message, or a combination thereof. When the residual water duration is less than or equal to the preset residual water duration, the prompting device works to remind a user of water consumption, and the preset residual water duration takes 5 minutes as an example. Firstly, recording the used water time length, and then calculating the residual water time according to the total water time length and the used water time length; when the residual water using time is less than or equal to the warning time, a prompt message is sent outwards to prompt a user that the total water using time is reached and the hot water in the electric water heater is used up.
Of course, in some embodiments, the prompting device may also prompt the user by flashing the remaining time-length nodes at a preset frequency. This kind of suggestion mode can no longer set up equipment such as light, sound, vibration in addition, make full use of current structure, be favorable to improving the utilization ratio of the long node of progress strip and surplus.
In order to make the total heating time more accurate, so that the user can obtain a prompt according to the accuracy, the step of calculating the total water consumption time according to the initial hot water amount, the initial hot water temperature, the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate includes:
acquiring heating power and heating time of the electric water heater; calculating the current real-time hot water temperature according to the initial hot water quantity, the initial hot water temperature, the heating power and the heating duration of the electric water heater; and calculating the total water consumption time according to the real-time hot water temperature, the initial hot water quantity, the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate. Firstly, the heating power and the heating time of a heating component of the electric water heater are obtained, and the total heat energy is calculated according to the heating power and the heating time. The heating power of the heating component is multiplied by the heating duration to obtain the heat energy, the heat energy is transmitted to the water through the heating formula of the water, the temperature of the water can be increased, and the water temperature when the heating component is not used is added to the increased temperature of the water, so that the real-time water temperature can be calculated. And then calculating the total water consumption time according to the real-time water temperature, the initial hot water amount, the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate. Namely, the heat energy generated by the heating component compensates the water temperature.
It should be noted that the real-time hot water temperature in the above embodiment can be obtained by calculation, and in some embodiments, can also be obtained by direct detection. Namely, the real-time hot water temperature of the hot water in the inner container can be detected by a detection device (taking a temperature sensor as an example) along with the working time of a heating component of the electric water heater.
The present invention further provides an electric water heater comprising:
the acquisition module 10 is used for acquiring an initial hot water amount and an initial hot water temperature of hot water in the electric water heater;
in this embodiment, a temperature detection device and a water amount detection device are disposed in an inner container of the electric water heater to detect a current water amount and a current water temperature in the inner container. The temperature detection device can be a temperature sensing probe or other temperature sensors capable of detecting the water temperature. The water amount detecting means may be a contact type water level detecting sensor or a non-contact type capacitive water level detecting sensor. The current hot water parameters are obtained by obtaining the current hot water quantity and the current hot water temperature in the electric water heater.
The calculation module 20 is configured to calculate a total water usage time according to the initial hot water amount, the initial hot water temperature, a preset mixed water temperature, and a preset mixed water flow rate;
in this embodiment, after the initial hot water amount and the initial hot water temperature are obtained, the total time length of the current hot water usage is calculated according to the target initial hot water amount, the initial hot water temperature, the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate.
When the user is considered to adjust the mixed water temperature and the mixed water flow rate, the real-time water consumption condition of the user is considered equivalently, and under the condition that the initial hot water temperature and the initial hot water quantity are not changed, the total water consumption time length is calculated accurately.
A recording module 30, configured to record a water usage duration of a user;
the electric water heater also comprises a timing module, and when the user starts to use water, the current water use duration of the user is recorded.
And the warning module 40 is used for calculating the current remaining water use time length according to the total water use time length and the used water time length, and sending a warning outwards when the current remaining water use time length is less than or equal to the preset remaining time length.
