Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the water heater controlled by the present invention is exemplified by an electric water heater, which includes an inner container 200 for storing water, a heating device 300 for heating water, a casing 100 disposed outside the inner container 200 for protecting the inner container 200 and the insulation water, a water temperature detecting device for detecting a water temperature, and a display panel 500 for displaying the water temperature. The temperature detection device 400 is used for detecting the temperature of water in the water heater liner 200; the temperature detecting device 400 may be a temperature sensing probe or any other temperature sensor capable of detecting the temperature of water. The result of the water temperature detection can be the result of the latest detection or the average value of a plurality of detections in unit time. For example, the temperature detection device 400 may use the last detected temperature as the detected temperature, or may detect the last detected temperature for 5 times within 2 seconds, and then use the detection result of the 5 times as the detection value.
The following control method of the electric water heater provided according to the above structure of the electric water heater comprises the following steps:
s10, receiving a time length control instruction, and acquiring a target water using time length according to the time length control instruction;
in this embodiment, there are various ways for a user to send a duration control instruction to an electric water heater, for example, the user may send the duration control instruction through a wireless network by using a mobile terminal (e.g., a remote controller, a mobile phone, a tablet electric energy, an intelligent bracelet, an intelligent watch, etc.), or may send the duration control instruction directly through a physical key. After the electric water heater obtains the duration control instruction, the target water usage duration corresponding to the duration control instruction is obtained according to a mapping table of a preset duration control instruction and the target water usage duration. The electric water heater knows how long the user needs to use the water according to the time length control instruction of the user, namely, the electric water heater obtains the time length of water supply needed for the user.
S20, heating the basic water quantity to the basic water temperature according to the target water consumption duration;
in this embodiment, the correspondence table between the target water usage duration and the basic water temperature and the basic water amount is preset in the storage device of the electric water heater. The longer the target water using time is, the higher the basic water temperature is, and the larger the basic water quantity is; the shorter the target water usage time is, the lower the base water temperature is, and the smaller the base water amount is. Of course, in some embodiments, the difference between the basic water amount and the basic water temperature can be adjusted according to actual needs. In this embodiment, the basic water amount is the capacity of the inner container of the electric water heater, that is, the basic water amount is constant, and at this time, the target water usage duration is positively correlated to the basic water temperature.
The basic water temperature can be obtained by calculation in the following manner, or the relationship between the basic water temperature and the target water usage time can be obtained by the following analysis, and the basic water temperature is matched according to the bathing time length and is not the preset water temperature.
And calculating the basic water quantity and the basic water temperature of the required hot water according to the target water using time, the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate. The basic water temperature is higher than the preset mixed water temperature, and the basic water amount is less than or equal to the capacity of the inner container. Of course, in some embodiments, the base water volume (the required hot water volume) may also be greater than the bladder capacity, at which point the entire water usage period may need to be scheduled. The basic water temperature and the basic water amount are in direct proportion to the target water using time, the preset mixed water temperature and the preset mixed water flow rate, namely, when the target water using time is longer, the preset mixed water temperature is higher, and the preset mixed water flow rate is faster, the basic water temperature is higher, and the basic water amount is larger. That is, the longer the user needs to use water, the higher the temperature of the water, and the faster the flow rate of the water, the higher the temperature of the water to be heated, and the more the amount of water to be heated. It should be noted that the base water temperature may be a specific temperature value or a temperature range. The temperature range of the basic water temperature is 40-50 degrees centigrade.
S30, when the water temperature of the inner container of the electric water heater is larger than or equal to the basic water temperature, acquiring the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate;
in this embodiment, after the basic water amount is heated to the basic water temperature, the electric water heater starts to operate, and at this time, the hot water and the cold water at the basic water temperature are mixed in the water mixing valve. Namely, the current mixed water temperature is determined by the base water temperature and the current water use condition of the user. The current water mixing flow rate is determined by the current water use condition of the user. In the water heater, a temperature detection device and a flow velocity detection device are installed corresponding to the position of the water outlet of the water mixing valve, the temperature detection device detects the current water mixing temperature in the water mixing valve in real time, and the flow velocity detection device detects the water mixing flow velocity in real time (namely the flow velocity of cold water and hot water flowing out of the water mixing valve after mixing, namely the water outlet flow velocity). The temperature detection device can be in various forms, such as a temperature sensor, and the like, and the flow rate detection device can be in various forms, such as a flow rate sensor, a flow rate valve, and the like. The water temperature of the inner container of the electric water heater is the hot water temperature, and the value of the hot water temperature which is larger than the basic water temperature is within a certain range, such as within 2 ℃.
And S40, selecting a preset heating assembly according to the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate.
In this embodiment, the current water temperature of mixing and the current velocity of mixing water of corresponding difference are provided with different heating element. Because the heating duration (the target water usage duration) is fixed, the current mixed water flow rate and the current mixed water temperature are in positive correlation with the power of the heating assembly. Namely, the higher the current mixed water flow rate is, the higher the current mixed water temperature is, the higher the heating power of the heating component corresponding to the current mixed water temperature is; the lower the current mixed water flow rate and the lower the current mixed water temperature, the lower the heating power of the heating assembly corresponding to the current mixed water flow rate and the lower the current mixed water temperature. Namely, the proper heating component is selected according to the water consumption condition of the user in real time.
In the embodiment, a time length control instruction is received firstly, and the target water using time length is obtained according to the time length control instruction; heating the basic water quantity to the basic water temperature according to the target water consumption time; acquiring the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate according to the current water use condition, the basic water quantity and the basic water temperature; then, selecting a preset heating assembly according to the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate; according to the technical scheme, the water consumption time length required by a user is taken as a basis, the water consumption condition of the user collected in real time is combined, and the heating component corresponding to the water temperature, the water flow rate and the target water consumption time length of the user is selected, so that the water consumption requirement of the user is met, and meanwhile, the energy consumption of the electric water heater is reduced.
In order to more accurately select the heating assembly to further reduce the energy consumption of the electric water heater, the step of selecting the preset heating assembly according to the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate includes:
when the current water mixing flow rate is greater than or equal to a first preset water mixing flow rate and the current water mixing water temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset water temperature, selecting a first heating assembly to heat for a first preset time;
in this embodiment, the water consumption of the user is large, the water temperature is high, and at this time, a large amount of high-temperature hot water needs to be provided for the user. The heating power of the first heating assembly is 1500W for example.
It is worth to be noted that the first preset time period and the second to ninth preset time periods appearing in the following embodiments are all less than or equal to the target water usage time period. When all water parameters are not changed, the water heater uses the same group of heating components from the beginning to the end of heating, at the moment, the preset time length is equal to the target water using time length, namely, the water is heated until the user stops using the water, and at the moment, the hot water is just used up. When the water use parameter of the user is changed, the working heating assembly is switched from the first heating assembly to the ninth heating assembly, and at the moment, the sum of the first preset time length to the ninth preset time length is equal to the target water use time length. Therefore, the energy consumption of the water heater is reduced to the minimum while water consumption of a user is guaranteed.
When the current water mixing flow rate is greater than or equal to a first preset water mixing flow rate, and the current water mixing water temperature is less than the first preset water temperature and greater than or equal to a second preset water temperature, selecting a second heating assembly to heat for a second preset time;
in this embodiment, the water consumption of the user is large, and the water temperature is relatively high, and at this time, a large amount of medium temperature hot water needs to be provided for the user. The heating power of the second heating element is 1200W, for example.
And when the current water mixing flow rate is greater than or equal to the first preset water mixing flow rate and the current water mixing water temperature is less than the second preset water temperature, selecting a third heating assembly to heat for a third preset time.
In this embodiment, the water consumption of the user is large, the water temperature is low, and at this time, a large amount of low-temperature hot water needs to be provided for the user. The heating power of the third heating element is 1000W, for example.
In this embodiment, according to the relation between the current mixed water flow rate and the first preset mixed water flow rate, and the relation between the current mixed water flow rate and the first preset water temperature, the second preset water temperature, respectively select first heating element, second heating element and third heating element, so that the selection of the heating elements is more detailed and accurate, and the energy consumption of the water heater is further reduced.
In order to more accurately select the heating assembly to further reduce the energy consumption of the electric water heater, the step of selecting the preset heating assembly according to the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate includes:
when the current mixed water flow rate is greater than or equal to a second preset mixed water flow rate and less than a first preset mixed water flow rate, and the current mixed water temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset water temperature, selecting a fourth heating assembly to heat for a fourth preset time;
in this embodiment, the target hot water amount is large, and the target hot water temperature is high, and at this time, the user needs a large amount of high-temperature hot water, and should select a heating assembly with a higher heating power. The heating power of the fourth heating assembly is 1300W as an example.
When the current mixed water flow rate is greater than or equal to a second preset mixed water flow rate and less than a first preset mixed water flow rate, and the current mixed water temperature is less than a first preset water temperature and greater than or equal to a second preset water temperature, selecting a fifth heating assembly to heat for a fifth preset time;
in this embodiment, the target hot water amount is large, and the target hot water temperature is high, and at this time, the user needs more medium-temperature hot water, and should select a heating component with higher heating power. The heating power of the fifth heating element is 1100W, for example.
When the current mixed water flow rate is greater than or equal to the second preset mixed water flow rate and less than the first preset mixed water flow rate, and simultaneously the current mixed water temperature is less than the second preset water temperature, the sixth heating assembly is selected to heat for a sixth preset time.
In this embodiment, the target hot water amount is large, and the target hot water temperature is low, and at this time, the user needs large amount of low-temperature hot water, and should select a heating component with low heating power. The heating power of the sixth heating element is 900W for example.
In order to more accurately select the heating assembly to further reduce the energy consumption of the electric water heater, the step of selecting the preset heating assembly according to the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate includes:
when the current water mixing flow rate is less than a second preset water mixing flow rate and the current water mixing water temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset water temperature, selecting a seventh heating assembly to heat for a seventh preset time;
in this embodiment, the target hot water amount is small, and the target hot water temperature is high, and at this time, the user needs less high-temperature hot water, and should select a heating assembly with higher heating power. The heating power of the seventh heating assembly is 1250W for example.
When the current water mixing flow rate is less than a second preset water mixing flow rate, and the current water mixing water temperature is less than the first preset water temperature and greater than or equal to the second preset water temperature, selecting an eighth heating assembly to heat for an eighth preset time;
in this embodiment, the target hot water amount is small, and the target hot water temperature is higher, at this time, the user needs less medium temperature hot water, and should select a heating component with a heating power on the middle. The heating power of the eighth heating element is 1050W for example.
And when the current water mixing flow rate is smaller than the second preset water mixing flow rate and the current water mixing water temperature is smaller than the second preset water temperature, selecting the ninth heating assembly to heat for a ninth preset time.
In this embodiment, the target hot water amount is small, and the target hot water temperature is low, and at this time, the user needs less low-temperature hot water, and should select the heating component with low heating power. The heating power of the ninth heating element is 950W for example.
In order to ensure the water safety of users, the control method of the electric water heater further comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the current water mixing temperature, and stopping heating of a heating assembly when the current water mixing temperature is larger than or equal to a second preset temperature; the second preset water temperature is 48-58 ℃.
In this embodiment, in user's water use in-process, real-time current muddy water temperature that detects to compare the muddy water temperature that detects with second preset water temperature, when the current muddy water temperature that detects is greater than or equal to second preset water temperature, disconnection heating element's power, so that heating element stops the heating, prevents the temperature and continues to rise. The second preset water temperature is 48-58 ℃, and optionally 50-55 ℃. Because the second preset water temperature is higher, when the current mixed water temperature reaches the second preset water temperature, the outlet water temperature reaches the safe water temperature which can be borne by a general user, and if the water temperature continues to rise, the user can be damaged. Therefore, when the current mixed water temperature is detected to be greater than or equal to the second preset water temperature, the heating assembly is stopped timely, and the safety of water consumption of a user is improved.
In order to avoid that the user forgets the set target water usage duration, after the step of selecting the preset heating assembly according to the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate, the method further comprises the following steps:
s50, recording the current water consumption time;
the electric water heater also comprises a timing module, and when the water consumption is opened by a user, the current water consumption duration of the user is recorded. The length of water usage was recorded on a single set basis. The starting point of the time recording is the starting point of the user's water usage.
S60, calculating the residual water using time according to the target water using time and the current water using time;
the electric water heater also comprises a calculation module, and the calculation module subtracts the current water consumption time from the target water consumption time to obtain the residual water consumption time. Of course, in some embodiments, the user may increase the remaining time period according to the actual situation.
And S70, when the residual water using time length is less than or equal to the warning time length, sending a prompt message to the outside.
In this embodiment, the electric water heater further includes a prompting device, and the prompting device may be a sound prompting device, a light prompting device, a vibration prompting device, or a communication prompting device. The corresponding prompt message may be a sound, a light, a vibration, a short message, or a combination thereof. When the remaining time is less than or equal to the warning time, the prompting device works to remind the user of using water, and the warning time is 5 minutes as an example.
In the embodiment, the current water consumption time is recorded, and the residual water consumption time is calculated according to the target water consumption time and the current water consumption time; when the residual water using time is less than or equal to the warning time, prompt information is sent outwards to prompt a user that the target water using time is reached and the electric water heater stops supplying water.
The present invention further provides an electric water heater comprising:
the receiving module 10 is used for receiving the duration control instruction and acquiring the target water consumption duration according to the duration control instruction;
in this embodiment, there are various ways for a user to send a duration control instruction to an electric water heater, for example, the user may send the duration control instruction through a wireless network by using a mobile terminal (e.g., a remote controller, a mobile phone, a tablet electric energy, an intelligent bracelet, an intelligent watch, etc.), or may send the duration control instruction directly through a physical key.
The first heating module 20 is used for heating the basic water quantity to the basic water temperature according to the target water consumption time length;
in this embodiment, the correspondence table between the target water usage duration and the basic water temperature and the basic water amount is preset in the storage device of the electric water heater.
The basic water temperature may be calculated and obtained in the following manner, or the relationship between the basic water temperature and the target water usage time period may be obtained by the following analysis.
The acquiring module 30 is used for acquiring the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate when the water temperature in the electric water heater is greater than or equal to the basic water temperature;
in this embodiment, after the basic water amount is heated to the basic water temperature, the electric water heater starts to operate, and at this time, the hot water and the cold water at the basic water temperature are mixed in the water mixing valve.
And the second heating module 40 is used for selecting a preset heating group according to the current water mixing temperature and/or the current water mixing flow rate.

In this embodiment, the target hot water amount is large, and the target hot water temperature is low, and at this time, the user needs large amount of low-temperature hot water, and should select a heating component with low heating power. The heating power of the sixth heating element is 900W for example.
In order to select the heating component more accurately so as to further reduce the energy consumption of the electric water heater, the second heating module comprises:
the seventh heating unit is used for selecting a seventh heating assembly to heat for a seventh preset time when the current water mixing flow rate is less than the second preset water mixing flow rate and the current water mixing temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset water temperature;
in this embodiment, the target hot water amount is small, and the target hot water temperature is high, and at this time, the user needs less high-temperature hot water, and should select a heating assembly with higher heating power.
