Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
The invention provides a wireless arrival lamp device, which comprises a charging plate 3, arrival lamps, a power supply 2 and a main control board 1, wherein the charging plate 3 comprises at least one electric energy transmitter 31, the charging plate 3 is arranged on a wall plate of an elevator car, the arrival lamps comprise a light emitter and at least one electric energy receiver along with the up-and-down movement of the elevator car, the arrival lamps are arranged outside each floor hall, and the main control board 1 controls the connection or disconnection of the power supply 2 and the charging plate 3.
When the elevator runs to a certain floor to start decelerating, the main control board 1 outputs a deceleration signal and a power-on signal to the power supply 2, the charging board 3 is connected with the power supply 2 and is in a working state, and the electric energy transmitter 31 of the charging board 3 transmits electric energy to a certain surrounding space. When the charging board 3 enters the receiving range of the electric energy receiver, the arrival lamp is powered on, the light emitting device is turned on, and the arrival information of the elevator is displayed. When the elevator reaches the leveling position, the main control board 1 outputs an elevator door opening signal and simultaneously outputs a power supply disconnection signal to the power supply, the charging board 3 is disconnected from the power supply 2, the electric energy transmitter 31 of the charging board 3 does not transmit electric energy any more, the arrival lamp is powered off, and the illuminator is turned off.
As shown in fig. 1, the arrival lamp may include a lower arrival lamp 4 and an upper arrival lamp 5, the lower arrival lamp 4 including a lower light emitter 42 and at least one lower power receiver 41, and the upper arrival lamp 5 including an upper light emitter 52 and at least one upper power receiver 51. The up-down lamp is arranged, so that the down state or the up state of the elevator can be displayed, and passengers can conveniently take the elevator. The down-to-station lamp 4 and the up-to-station lamp 5 cannot be simultaneously lighted, so the charging plate does not simultaneously charge the down-to-station lamp 4 and the up-to-station lamp 5.
When the elevator descends to a certain floor and begins to decelerate, the main control board 1 outputs a deceleration signal and a power-on signal to the power supply 2, the charging board 3 is connected with the power supply 2 and is in a working state, and the electric energy transmitter 31 of the charging board 3 transmits electric energy to a certain surrounding space. When the charging pad 3 enters the receiving range of the lower power receiver 41, the lower arrival lamp 4 is powered on, and the lower light emitter 42 is turned on to display the information about the arrival of the descending elevator. When the elevator is about to reach the leveling position, the receiving range of the lower power receiver 41 is outside the transmitting range of the power transmitter 31 of the charging pad 3, the down-coming station lamp 4 is deenergized, and the lower light 42 is turned off. When the elevator reaches the leveling position, the main control board 1 outputs an elevator door opening signal and simultaneously outputs a power supply disconnection signal to the power supply, the charging board 3 is disconnected from the power supply 2, and the electric energy transmitter 31 of the charging board 3 does not transmit electric energy any more.
As shown in fig. 2, to ensure that the charging pad does not charge the down-to-station lamp 4 and the up-to-station lamp 5 at the same time, when the elevator is leveling, the position of the charging pad on the wall plate of the car 6 is at the intermediate position of the lower power receiver 41 and the upper power receiver 51, the receiving range of the lower power receiver 41 is out of the transmitting range of the power transmitter 31 of the charging pad 3, and the receiving range of the upper power receiver 51 is out of the transmitting range of the power transmitter 31 of the charging pad 3.
When the elevator descends and decelerates, the charging plate 3 is powered on and emits electric energy so that the lower station lamp 4 is lighted, the receiving range of the upper electric energy receiver 51 is out of the emitting range of the electric energy emitter 31 of the charging plate 3, the charging plate 3 does not charge the upper electric energy receiver 51, and the upper station lamp 5 is not lighted; when the elevator reaches the leveling position, the position of the charging pad 3 on the car wall plate is at the intermediate position of the lower power receiver 41 and the upper power receiver 51, and the receiving range of the upper power receiver 51 is out of the transmitting range of the power transmitter 31 of the charging pad 3, at this time, the charging pad 3 does not charge the upper power receiver 51, and the up-to-station lamp 5 is not lighted. When the charging panel 3 is de-energized after the elevator has reached the flat floor position, the up-to-stop lamp 5 is not yet charged when the elevator continues down from the flat floor position. Therefore, when the elevator goes down, the down-to-station lamp 4 can be lightened, the up-to-station lamp 5 is not lightened, and the down-to-station information of the elevator can be effectively prompted. Likewise, if the elevator goes up, the up-going lamp 5 is lighted, and the down-going lamp 4 is not lighted.
Preferably, the energy storage circuit can be integrated in the arrival lamp, and the energy storage circuit can temporarily store electric energy, so that the arrival lamp is extinguished in a delayed manner, and passengers can check the elevator state conveniently. When the up lamp may include the down lamp 4 and the up lamp 5, the down lamp 4 includes the lower tank circuit 43 and the up lamp 5 includes the upper tank circuit 53. The tank circuit may be an electromagnetic coupling charging circuit or a capacitive tank circuit. When the descending elevator is about to reach the leveling position, the receiving range of the lower electric energy receiver 41 is outside the transmitting range of the electric energy transmitter 31 of the charging plate 3, the descending lamp 4 is powered off, the lower illuminator 42 is turned off, and the energy storage circuit can charge the descending lamp 4 at the moment, so that the descending lamp 4 is ensured to be turned off in a delayed mode, and passengers can check the descending state of the elevator conveniently.
Preferably, the electric energy receiver can be built in the arrival lamp or can be externally connected in the elevator shaft. The external connection is beneficial to the arrival lamp to receive the electric energy sent by the electric energy transmitter in the elevator hoistway.
Preferably, the power supply is provided by the elevator car roof and can also be an external power supply.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
