Abstract

本发明提供一种轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置。所述的装置包括气门嘴,气管,阀门,气动滑环,轮毂,泄压阀,轮胎,主轴,储气罐,车载气源等。该装置采用的轮毂上加工有两个气门孔,一个气门孔安装有带胎压传感器的气门嘴,另一个气门孔安装泄压阀。通过胎压传感器检测胎压,控制阀门通过气门嘴充气,控制泄压阀泄压。该装置具有检测原理科学、结构简单合理等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置,用于汽车轮毂及轮胎系统自动恒压降温,防止轮毂轮胎因行驶过程中高温累积发生轮胎爆胎现象,属于汽车自动控制技术领域。
背景技术
轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置是一种专门用于汽车轮毂及轮胎系统自动恒压降温的装置,防止轮毂轮胎因行驶过程中高温累积发生轮胎爆胎现象,属于汽车自动控制技术领域。
轮胎在高速行驶过程中及夏季气温高的情况下,胎内气压升高,容易发生爆胎现象,严重的会造成交通事故。尤其是目前快速发展的新能源汽车中,轮毂电机得到快速发展,但是目前轮毂电机占据了轮毂轮辋内的大量空间,更不利于轮胎系统散热。
通常情况下,轮毂轮胎系统多采用淋水降温降压的方法防止轮胎爆胎,采用这种方式浪费水资源,且水不能回收利用。中国申请号200910215960.9,发明名称《水冷磁阻定子绕组车轮电机》的专利,公开了在新能源汽车轮毂电机内置的循环水降温降压装置,但是该装置构造比较复杂,而且电路与水路交错,不易于安装、维修,而且水管内容易堵塞,造成冷却效果下降。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供了一种轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置,该装置能恒定轮毂轮胎系统内的气体压力,避免发生因胎压升高而产生的爆胎现象,同时也可以自动补充气压,防止胎压过低造成怠速。
一种轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置,包括气门嘴,气管A,阀门,气动滑环,轮毂,泄压阀,轮胎,主轴,储气罐,气管B,阀门,车载气源。
本发明的轮毂设置双气门孔,一个气门孔安装气门嘴,另外一个气门孔安装有泄压阀,两个气门孔相位差180°。
气动滑环安装在主轴上,气动滑环的旋转部分可以与轮毂保持同步旋转。
气门嘴带有胎压传感器,可以同时集成胎温传感器。气门嘴的充气端通过螺纹连接安装有气管A,气管A上安装有单向阀,单向阀的另一端连接气管A,气管A连接到气动滑环上。车载气源安装主轴上,车载气源安装在汽车底盘悬挂上。
气路中安装有阀门,用于给车载气源充气;阀门用于通过气门嘴给轮胎充气。
储气罐固定在主轴上,储气罐上安装有气管B,气管B的另外一端安装有阀门,阀门为电磁阀,阀门的另外一端通过气管B连接到车载气源。
本发明轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置,采用胎压传感器自动检测胎压,采用自动控制原理实现自动胎压控制。其工作原理是,当轮胎内的气压高于设定值,比如胎压设定200kPa±20 kPa,当胎压高于220 kPa,可以通过泄压阀泄压至200kPa±20 kPa范围内;当胎压低于180 kPa,可以通过阀门向轮胎内充气至200kPa±20 kPa范围内。
本发明轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置,采用胎压传感器可以集成温度传感器,自动检测胎胎温,采用自动控制原理实现自动胎温控制。其工作原理是,当轮胎内的温度高于设定值,比如胎温设定70℃±10℃,当胎温高于80℃,可以通过让轮胎内的气体流通的方式实现降温,即打开泄压阀泄压,同时打开阀门向轮胎内充气,降温过程中同时保持胎压200kPa±20 kPa范围内;当胎温低于60℃,可以关闭阀门停止向轮胎内充气,同时关闭泄压阀停止泄压。
本发明能自动恒定轮毂轮胎系统内的气体压力,避免发生因胎压升高而产生的爆胎现象,同时也可以自动补充气压,防止胎压过低造成怠速。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置。
轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置,包括气门嘴1,气管A2,阀门3,气动滑环4 ,轮毂5,泄压阀6,轮胎7,主轴8,储气罐9,气管B10,阀门11,车载气源12。
泄压阀6由橡胶垫601,阀体602,弹簧603,阀芯604,螺母605组成。橡胶垫601紧固装配在阀体602上,阀体602为中空,设置阶梯圆,阀芯604的锥形端安装在阀体602的内部阶梯圆上,同时,阀芯604上安装有弹簧603,阀芯604的另外一端安装有螺母605,螺母605通过螺纹连接安装在阀体602的内壁。
轮毂5上安装有轮胎7,本发明的轮毂5设置双气门孔,一个气门孔安装气门嘴1,另外一个气门孔安装有泄压阀6,两个气门孔相位差180°,轮毂5的中心孔上安装有主轴8。
气门嘴1的充气端通过螺纹连接安装有气管A2,气管A2上安装有单向阀3,单向阀3的另一端连接气管A2,气管A2连接到气动滑环4上。
气动滑环4安装主轴8上,气动滑环4的旋转部分可以与轮毂5保持同步旋转。
储气罐9固定在主轴8上,储气罐9上安装有气管B10,气管B10的另外一端安装有阀门11,阀门11为电磁阀,阀门11的另外一端通过气管B10连接到车载气源12。
轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置自动恒压的方法是,当气门嘴1自带的胎压传感器自动检测胎压后,采用自动控制原理实现自动胎压控制。其工作原理是,当轮胎7内的气压高于设定值,比如胎压设定200kPa±20 kPa,当胎压高于220 kPa,可以通过泄压阀6泄压至200kPa±20 kPa范围内;当胎压低于180 kPa,可以通过阀门3向轮胎7内充气至200kPa±20kPa范围内。
所述的轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置中,采用胎压传感器可以集成温度传感器,自动检测胎胎温,采用自动控制原理实现自动胎温控制。其工作原理是,当轮胎7内的温度高于设定值,比如胎温设定70℃±10℃,当胎温高于80℃,可以通过让轮胎7内的气体流通的方式实现降温,即打开泄压阀6泄压,同时打开阀门3向轮胎7内充气,降温过程中同时保持胎压200kPa±20 kPa范围内;当胎温低于60℃,可以关闭阀门3停止向轮胎7内充气,同时关闭泄压阀6停止泄压。
本领域的技术人员很容易可以得知,汽车轮毂轮胎系统中的胎压很容易受外界环境影响,容易出现爆胎现象,采用轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置后,可以从根本上解决这一问题。该装置不但适用于普通汽车,更适用于新能源汽车的轮毂电机中。

1.一种轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置,由气门嘴(1),气管A(2),阀门(3),气动滑环(4),轮毂(5), 泄压阀(6),轮胎(7),主轴(8),储气罐(9),气管B(10),阀门(11),车载气源(12),其特征在于,所述的轮毂(5)设置有两个气门孔,两个气门孔相位差为180°,其中一个气门孔安装气门嘴(1),另外一个气门孔安装有泄压阀(6);
气动滑环(4)安装在主轴(8)上,气动滑环(4)的旋转部分可以与轮毂(5)保持同步旋转;
气门嘴(1)带有胎压传感器,可以同时集成胎温传感器;气门嘴(1)的充气端通过螺纹连接安装有气管A(2),气管A(2)上安装有单向阀(3),单向阀(3)的另一端连接气管A(2),气管A(2)连接到气动滑环(4)上;车载气源(12)安装主轴(8)上,车载气源(12)安装在汽车底盘悬挂上;
气路中安装有阀门(11),用于给车载气源(12)充气;阀门(3)用于通过气门嘴给轮胎(7)充气;
储气罐(9)固定在主轴(8)上,储气罐(9)上安装有气管B(10),气管B(10)的另外一端安装有阀门(11),阀门(11)的另外一端通过气管B(10)连接到车载气源(12)。
2.权利要求1所述的轮毂轮胎系统自动恒压装置,其特征在于,泄压阀(6)包括橡胶垫(601),阀体(602),弹簧(603),阀芯(604),螺母(605),其特征在于,橡胶垫(601)紧固装配在阀体(602)上,阀体(602)为中空,设置有阶梯圆,阀芯(604)的锥形端安装在阀体(602)的内部阶梯圆上,同时,阀芯(604)上安装有弹簧(603),阀芯(604)的另外一端安装有螺母(605),螺母(605)通过螺纹连接安装在阀体(602)的内壁。
