It should be noted that the determination of whether to enable the monitoring event feature of the ue by the home subscriber server may be performed by the following two methods:
the first method comprises the following steps: storing the configuration information of the monitoring event of the user equipment in the home subscriber server, and directly judging that the user equipment needs to start the monitoring event characteristic;
the second method comprises the following steps: and if the configuration information of the monitoring event of the user equipment is stored in the home subscriber server and the subscription information of the user equipment indicates that the monitoring event characteristic of the user equipment is activated, judging that the user equipment needs to activate the monitoring event characteristic.
304. The mobility management network element stores configuration information of the monitoring event of the user equipment sent by the home subscriber server.
305. The mobile management network element sends a session management message to the gateway device, wherein the session management message carries configuration information of monitoring events of the user equipment.
The Session management message may be, for example, a Create PDP Context Request (Create PDP Context Request) message or a Create Session Request (Create Session Request) message, and the mobility management element sends configuration information of the monitoring event of the slave user equipment to the gateway device through the Session management message.
306. And the gateway equipment sends a session management response message to the mobile management network element.
After receiving the session management message sent by the mobility management element, the gateway device stores the configuration information of the monitoring event of the ue carried in the session management message, and executes a corresponding session management operation according to the requirement of the session management message, for example, creating a PDP context or creating an Evolved Packet System (EPS) bearer for the ue.
The Session management Response message may be a Create PDP Context Response (english) message or a Create Session Response (english) message.
307. The home subscriber server sends add monitoring configuration request information to the intermediary device.
Wherein, the added monitoring configuration request information includes the internal identifier and the external identifier of the user equipment and the identifier or the address of the corresponding monitoring server.
It should be noted that, if the home subscriber server determines that the additional monitoring configuration request information has been sent to the intermediate device and the intermediate device has already stored the monitoring configuration information of the user equipment through a newly added identification information (for example, a monitoring configuration enabling identification) in the information about the user equipment stored locally, step 307 is not executed; if it is determined that the intermediate node does not save the addition monitoring configuration request information of the user equipment, step 307 is performed.
308. The intermediary sends an add monitoring configuration response message to the home subscriber server.
The intermediate device stores the internal identifier and the external identifier of the ue and the identifier or address of the corresponding monitoring server included in the addition monitoring configuration request message, and may send an addition monitoring configuration response message to the home subscriber server to confirm that the internal identifier and the external identifier of the ue and the identifier or address of the corresponding monitoring server have been received.
It should be noted that, after receiving the addition monitoring configuration response message sent by the intermediary device, the home subscriber server may indicate, through one identification information in the information about the user equipment stored by the home subscriber server, that the intermediary device has already stored the internal identification, the external identification, and the identification or address of the corresponding monitoring server of the user equipment. Therefore, when the user equipment is attached to the mobile communication network later, the home subscriber server does not send the addition monitoring configuration request message to the intermediate equipment any more, so that the phenomenon that the addition monitoring configuration request message is sent to the intermediate equipment repeatedly is avoided, and the signaling overhead can be reduced.
It should be noted that, if the home subscriber server in this embodiment is an intermediate device, the corresponding relationship between the internal identifier of the user equipment, the external identifier of the user equipment, and the identifier and/or address of the corresponding monitoring server may be set by itself.
When the user equipment is attached to the mobile communication network, the embodiment of the invention sends the configuration information of the monitoring event of the user equipment to the monitoring equipment through the home subscriber server so that the monitoring equipment stores the configuration information of the monitoring event of the user equipment; and sending the internal identifier, the external identifier and the identifier or the address of the corresponding monitoring server of the user equipment to the intermediate equipment through the home subscriber server, so that the intermediate equipment can obtain the corresponding external identifier and the corresponding monitoring server address according to the internal identifier of the user equipment when receiving the monitoring event report of the user equipment and the internal identifier of the user equipment, which are sent by the monitoring equipment, thereby sending the monitoring event report and the external identifier of the user equipment to the corresponding monitoring server, and improving the sending accuracy of the monitoring event report of the user equipment.

Fig. 7 is a signaling diagram of a method for monitoring user equipment information according to another embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment describes that a monitoring device sends a monitoring event report of a user equipment to a monitoring server through an intermediate device after detecting a monitoring event of the user equipment, as shown in fig. 7, the method includes:
701. the monitoring device detects a monitoring event of the user device.
The monitoring device may be a mobility management network element or a gateway device, the monitoring device obtains configuration information of a monitoring event of the user equipment from the monitoring configuration information storage entity through the embodiment shown in fig. 3, monitors the user equipment according to the configuration information of the monitoring event of the user equipment, and when a behavior of the user equipment conforms to the monitoring event set in the monitoring configuration information, the monitoring device sends a monitoring event report of the user equipment to the intermediate device.
702. The monitoring device transmits a monitoring event report request message of the user device to the intermediate device.
The monitoring event report request message of the user equipment comprises the monitoring event report of the user equipment and the internal identification of the user equipment.
It should be noted that the monitoring device obtains the identifier of the intermediate device by the following four methods:
the first method is that the configuration information of the monitoring event of the user equipment, which is obtained by the monitoring equipment from the monitoring configuration information storage entity of the user equipment, comprises an intermediate equipment identifier, the intermediate equipment identifier comprises a FQDN or an address, and if the FQDN is included, the monitoring equipment can obtain the address of the intermediate equipment through DNS query;
the second method is that the monitoring device determines the Domain Name (english: Domain Name) of the home network Domain of the user equipment according to the internal identifier of the user equipment, such as IMSI, and then determines the fully qualified Domain Name FQDN of the intermediate device, for example, the FQDN of the intermediate device may be: the monitoring equipment carries out DNS query through the determined FQDN of the intermediate equipment so as to obtain the address of the intermediate equipment;
the third method is that the monitoring device determines that the user equipment is attached to the home network according to the internal identifier of the user equipment, such as IMSI, that is, the user equipment is non-roaming user equipment, and the monitoring device monitors configuration information according to the user equipment which is locally and fixedly stored, wherein the monitoring configuration information includes the identifier of the intermediate device, so as to obtain the identifier of the intermediate device;
the fourth method is that the monitoring device determines that the user equipment is attached to the visited network according to the internal identifier of the user equipment, such as IMSI, that is, the user equipment is roaming user equipment, the monitoring device queries roaming agreement information between the visited network and the home network of the user equipment, the roaming agreement information includes the identifier of the intermediate device, and the identifier of the intermediate device is obtained.
703. The intermediate device sends a monitoring event report acknowledgement message of the user equipment to the monitoring device.
The intermediate device confirms to the monitoring device that the monitoring event report of the user device has been received through the message.
It should be noted that, assuming that the intermediate device locally stores the external identifier of the user device and the identifier and/or address of the corresponding monitoring server, steps 704 and 705 need not be executed. Steps 704 and 705 are performed assuming that the intermediate node network element does not store the user equipment external identity and the identity and/or address of the corresponding monitoring server.
704. The intermediate device sends a monitoring configuration information request message to the monitoring configuration information storage entity.
The monitoring configuration information request message includes an internal identifier of the user equipment, and the intermediate device requests the monitoring configuration information storage entity to acquire an external identifier of the user equipment and an address of the corresponding monitoring server through the message.
705. The monitoring configuration information storage entity sends a monitoring configuration information response message to the intermediate device.
The monitoring configuration information storage entity stores the internal identification and the external identification of the user equipment and the identification and the address information of the corresponding monitoring server. The monitoring configuration information storage entity inquires the information of the user equipment stored locally according to the internal identification of the user equipment carried in the received subscription information request message, and determines the external identification of the user equipment and the identification and address of the corresponding monitoring server; the monitoring configuration information storage entity sends the external identifier of the user equipment and the identifier or address of the corresponding monitoring server to the intermediate equipment through a monitoring configuration information response message.
706. The intermediate device obtains the address of the monitoring server of the user device.
If the subscription information response message received by the intermediate device contains the external identifier of the user device and the identifier of the corresponding monitoring server, the intermediate device uses the identifier of the monitoring server to perform DNS query, so as to obtain the address of the monitoring server.
707. The intermediate device sends a user equipment monitoring event report request message to the monitoring server.
The monitoring event report request message of the user equipment comprises an external identifier of the user equipment and a monitoring event report of the corresponding user equipment, and specifically, the intermediate equipment establishes communication with the corresponding monitoring server according to the acquired address of the monitoring server, and sends the external identifier of the user equipment and the corresponding monitoring event report to the monitoring server through the monitoring event report request message of the user equipment.
708. The monitoring server sends a user equipment monitoring event report response message to the intermediate device.
Since the monitoring server stores the external identifier of the user equipment, when the monitoring server receives the monitoring event report request message of the user equipment, the monitoring server can identify the corresponding user equipment through the external identifier of the user equipment in the monitoring event report request message of the user equipment. And the monitoring server sends a user equipment monitoring event report response message to the intermediate equipment and confirms that the user equipment monitoring event report sent by the intermediate equipment is received.
The embodiment of the invention detects the monitoring event of the user equipment needing to be monitored through the monitoring equipment, and generates the monitoring event report of the user equipment; determining intermediate equipment for forwarding the monitoring event report of the user equipment according to the internal identifier of the user equipment; sending the internal identifier of the user equipment and the monitoring event report of the user equipment to an intermediate device, so that the intermediate device obtains the external identifier of the user equipment and the address of a corresponding monitoring server according to the internal identifier of the user equipment, and sends the external identifier of the user equipment and the monitoring event report of the user equipment to the monitoring server according to the obtained address of the monitoring server, thereby obtaining the external identifier of the user equipment and the address of the corresponding monitoring server through the intermediate device, and correctly sending the monitoring event report of the user equipment to the monitoring server corresponding to the user equipment, and therefore, the sending accuracy of the monitoring event report of the user equipment can be improved;
further, the embodiment does not need to directly establish communication connection between the monitoring device and the monitoring server, reduces the possibility that the monitoring device is attacked by an external network, and therefore can improve the network security of the monitoring device.
