The data processing method, the server and the network element of the embodiment of the invention are characterized in that a roaming user server is arranged at a roaming place for carrying out centralized registration on the position of a local roaming user and carrying out unified query and distribution on the user subscription data and the service strategy of the roaming user, thus when the roaming user deploys a roaming place with the roaming user server to frequently change service network elements, the roaming user can realize the purposes of providing visited place network service for the roaming user and carrying out session management on the roaming user only by acquiring the user subscription data and the service strategy from a roaming user server without acquiring the user subscription data of the roaming user from a home subscription data server, such as a home HLR or an HSS, of the home network of the roaming user for many times and acquiring the service strategy of the roaming user from a home strategy server of the home network of the roaming user for many times, therefore, the method reduces the cost of roaming signaling, improves the session efficiency of the roaming user, and is suitable for the flow simplification target under the 5G network architecture.

Example one
FIG. 1 is a first schematic flow chart illustrating an implementation of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method is applied to a roaming user server; as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: acquiring user subscription data and a service strategy corresponding to at least one roaming user from a home network, and storing the user subscription data and the service strategy corresponding to the at least one roaming user;
step 102: acquiring first position information and second position information corresponding to the at least one roaming user from a roaming service network element and a roaming session management network element, and recording the first position information and the second position information corresponding to the at least one roaming user; the first location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming service network element currently visited by the roaming user; the second location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming session management network element currently accessed by the roaming user;
step 103: according to the first position information and the second position information corresponding to the at least one roaming user, distributing user subscription data and a service strategy corresponding to the at least one roaming user so as to assist a roaming service network element and a roaming session management network element in providing visited network service and session management for the at least one roaming user;
the roaming service network element, the roaming session management network element and the roaming user server belong to a roaming network.
The data processing method of the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a roaming user server is deployed at a roaming place and is used for carrying out centralized registration on the position of a local roaming user and carrying out unified query and distribution on the user subscription data and the service strategy of the roaming user, thus when the roaming user frequently changes a service network element at the roaming place where the roaming user server is deployed, the user subscription data of the roaming user does not need to be acquired from a home subscription data server, such as a home HLR or an HSS, of a home network to which the roaming user belongs for many times, the service strategy of the roaming user does not need to be acquired from the home strategy server of the home network to which the roaming user belongs for many times, and the purposes of providing visited network service for the roaming user and carrying out session management on the roaming user can be realized only by acquiring the user subscription data and the service strategy from the roaming user server, therefore, the method reduces the cost of roaming signaling, improves the session efficiency of the roaming user, and is suitable for the flow simplification target under the 5G network architecture.
In this embodiment, a specific process of the roamer server acquiring the user subscription data of the roamer from the home network of the roamer is as follows:
the roaming user server receives a position updating request corresponding to the target user equipment, which is sent by the roaming service network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the location updating request is generated by the roaming service network element according to the received mobility-related request message sent by the target user equipment; here, the roaming service network element may specifically be a visited service network element of a roaming place where the target device is currently located, for example, an MME, an MSC, and an SGSN. The mobility-related request message may particularly characterize a location update or a location registration.
Further, when the mobility-related request message corresponding to the location update request represents location update or location registration, the roaming subscriber server determines whether user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored in the roaming subscriber server according to the location update request; and further processing the user subscription data and the first position information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the judgment result.
Specifically, in a specific embodiment, when the determination result indicates that the user subscription data and the first location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored, the roaming subscriber server obtains current first location information of the target user equipment from a received location update request sent by the roaming service network element, and updates the stored first location information corresponding to the target user equipment when determining that the current first location information is different from the stored first location information; here, since the roaming service network element sends a location update request to the roaming user server, that is, the location of the target user equipment in the roaming network changes, so that the roaming service network element visited by the target user equipment in the roaming network changes, the first location information stored in the roaming user server, that is, the first location information of the visited roaming service network element before the location of the target user equipment changes, is obviously different from the first location information of the currently visited roaming service network element, and therefore, in practical applications, the current first location information acquired by the roaming user server is necessarily different from the stored first location information.
Further, the roaming user server obtains user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment from user subscription data stored in the roaming user server, and sends the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment to the currently visited roaming service network element according to the updated first location information corresponding to the target user equipment, that is, the first location information of the currently visited roaming service network element of the target user equipment, so that the currently visited roaming service network element provides a visited place network service for the target user equipment through the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment. That is to say, in practical application, when the location of the target user equipment in the roaming network changes, that is, the roaming service network element visited by the target user equipment in the roaming network changes, at this time, the roaming service network element currently visited by the target user equipment only needs to acquire the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment from the roaming user server, and can provide the visited network service for the target user equipment.
In another embodiment, when the determination result indicates that the user subscription data corresponding to the target ue is not stored, the roamer server obtains the user subscription data corresponding to the target ue from a home subscription data server in a home network of the target ue, stores the user subscription data corresponding to the target ue, and informs a home subscription data server of the target ue of an address of the roamer server;
the roaming user server acquires the current first position information of the target user equipment from the received position updating request sent by the roaming service network element, and records the current first position information of the target user equipment; and then according to the current first position information of the target user equipment, sending the stored user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming service network element, so that the roaming service network element provides the visited network service for the target user equipment through the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment.
Here, the home subscription data server may specifically be an HLR or an HSS to which the target user equipment belongs, that is, the HLR or the HSS of the home network of the target user equipment.
In another specific embodiment, the roaming subscriber server receives a registration deletion request corresponding to the target user equipment, which is sent by the roaming service network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming subscriber; the registration deletion request is generated by the roaming service network element according to the received detach message sent by the target user equipment; and the roaming user server deletes the user subscription data and the first position information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the registration deletion request.
In this embodiment, the specific process of the roaming user server obtaining the service policy of the roaming user from the home network of the roaming user is as follows:
the roaming user server receives a session management request corresponding to the target user equipment, which is sent by a roaming session management network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the session management request is generated by the roaming session management network element according to the detected session state related information corresponding to the target user equipment; here, the roaming session management network element may specifically be a service network element capable of providing a service policy in a roaming location where the target user equipment is located, that is, a service network element capable of providing a service policy in a roaming network where the target user equipment is currently accessed, for example, a PCEF; the session state related information may particularly characterize a session establishment, a session change or a session deletion.
Further, in a specific embodiment, when the session state related information corresponding to the session management request represents session establishment or session change, the roaming user server determines, according to the session management request, whether a service policy and second location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored in the roaming user server;
and processing the service strategy and the second position information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the judgment result.
Specifically, when the judgment result represents that the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored, the roaming user server obtains the current second location information of the target user equipment from the received session management request sent by the roaming session management network element, and updates the stored second location information corresponding to the target user equipment when determining that the current second location information is different from the stored second location information; here, since the roaming session management network element sends the session management request to the roamer server, that is, the location of the target ue in the roaming network changes, so that the roaming session management network element accessed by the target ue in the roaming network changes, the second location information stored in the roamer server, that is, the second location information of the roaming session management network element accessed before the location of the target ue changes, is obviously different from the second location information of the currently accessed roaming session management network element, and therefore, in actual application, the current second location information acquired by the roamer server is inevitably different from the stored second location information.
Further, a service policy corresponding to the target user equipment is acquired from the service policies stored in the roaming session management network element, and the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment is sent to the roaming session management network element according to the updated second location information, so that the roaming session management network element performs session management on the target user equipment through the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment. That is to say, in practical application, when the position of the target user equipment in the roaming network changes, that is, the roaming session management network element accessed by the target user equipment in the roaming network changes, at this time, the roaming session management network element currently accessed by the target user equipment only needs to acquire the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment from the roaming user server, and then session management can be performed on the target user equipment.
Further, when the determination result indicates that the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target ue are not stored, the roamer server obtains the service policy corresponding to the target ue from a home policy server in a home network of the target ue, stores the service policy corresponding to the target ue, and informs the home policy server of the target ue of the address of the roamer server;
the roaming user server acquires the current second position information of the target user equipment from the received session management request sent by the roaming session management network element, and records the current second position information of the target user equipment;
and sending the stored service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming session management network element according to the current second position information of the target user equipment, so that the roaming session management network element performs session management on the target user equipment through the service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment.
In another specific embodiment, the roaming subscriber server receives a session management request corresponding to the target user equipment, which is sent by the roaming session management network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming subscriber; the session management request is generated by the roaming session management network element according to the detected session state related information corresponding to the target user equipment;
and when the session state related information corresponding to the session management request represents session deletion, the roaming user server deletes the service policy and the second position information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the session management request. Here, the home policy server may specifically be a PCRF of a home network to which the target user equipment belongs.
In practical application, when the user subscription data of a roaming user changes, the roaming user server also needs to synchronize the updated user subscription data; in particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
the roaming user server receives a user subscription data modification request sent by a home subscription data server corresponding to a first roaming user in the at least one roaming user when the user subscription data corresponding to the first roaming user is determined to be changed; updating the user subscription data corresponding to the first roaming user according to the user subscription data modification request; the roaming user server acquires first position information of the first roaming user recorded by the roaming user server; and sending the updated user subscription data corresponding to the first roaming user to a current roaming service network element of the first roaming user according to the first position information of the first roaming user recorded by the user subscription data synchronization device, so as to synchronize the user subscription data.
Similarly, when the service policy of the roaming user changes, the roaming user server also needs to synchronize the updated service policy; in particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
the roaming user server receives a service policy modification request which is stored by the roaming user server and sent by an attribution policy server corresponding to a second roaming user in the at least one roaming user when the service policy is determined to be changed; updating the service policy corresponding to the second roaming user according to the request for modifying the service policy; the roaming user server acquires second position information of the second roaming user recorded by the roaming user server; and sending the updated service policy corresponding to the second roaming user to a current roaming session management network element of the second roaming user according to the second position information of the second roaming user recorded by the self so as to synchronize the service policy.
In practical application, when a roaming user serves as a short message receiving party, a network needs to inquire the position registered by the roaming user, so that the method provided by the embodiment of the invention can change a short message receiving scene; in particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
the roaming user server receives a short message issuing message sent by a short message service center; the short message issuing message represents a request message of sending the short message to a third roaming user in the at least one roaming user by the short message service center; here, the first location information of the third roaming subscriber has been stored in the roaming subscriber server; further, the roaming subscriber server acquires the first location information of the third roaming subscriber according to the information corresponding to the third roaming subscriber as the called subscriber in the received short message issuing message, modifies the destination address in the short message issuing message into the first location information of the third roaming subscriber, and sends the short message issuing message to the current roaming service network element of the third roaming subscriber according to the first location information of the third roaming subscriber, so as to issue the short message corresponding to the short message issuing message through the roaming service network element.
In practical application, when a roaming user is used as a called user, a network needs to inquire the position registered by the roaming user, so the method of the embodiment of the invention can change the called flow; in particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
the roaming user server receives routing query information; the route query information represents route query information which is generated according to route request information of a calling party and sent by a home subscription data server to which a fourth roaming user belongs in the at least one roaming user; here, the first location information of the fourth roaming subscriber has been stored in the roaming subscriber server; further, the roaming user server obtains first location information corresponding to the fourth roaming user according to the routing query information, obtains target routing information from a roaming service network element currently visited by the fourth roaming user according to the first location information corresponding to the fourth roaming user, and sends the target routing information to an attribution subscription data server to which the fourth roaming user belongs, so that the calling user and the roaming service network element of the fourth roaming user establish a call through the target routing information.
To implement the method described in the first embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a roaming user server, as shown in fig. 2, including:
a first obtaining unit 21, configured to obtain, from a home network, user subscription data and a service policy corresponding to at least one roaming user, and store the user subscription data and the service policy corresponding to the at least one roaming user;
a second obtaining unit 22, configured to obtain the first location information and the second location information corresponding to the at least one roaming user from the roaming service network element and the roaming session management network element, and record the first location information and the second location information corresponding to the at least one roaming user; the first location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming service network element currently visited by the roaming user; the second location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming session management network element currently accessed by the roaming user;
a first processing unit 23, configured to perform distribution processing on user subscription data and a service policy corresponding to the at least one roaming user according to the first location information and the second location information corresponding to the at least one roaming user, so as to assist a roaming service network element and a roaming session management network element in providing visited network service and session management for the at least one roaming user;

In this embodiment, the roaming subscriber server further includes:
a first receiving unit, configured to receive a location update request corresponding to a target user equipment, sent by a roaming service network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the location updating request is generated by the roaming service network element according to the received mobility-related request message sent by the target user equipment;
the first processing unit is further configured to, when it is determined that the mobility-related request message corresponding to the location update request represents location update or location registration, determine, according to the location update request, whether user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored in the first processing unit, and process, according to a determination result, the user subscription data and the first location information corresponding to the target user equipment.
In this embodiment, the first processing unit is further configured to, when determining that the user subscription data and the first location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored according to the determination result, obtain the current first location information of the target user equipment from a location update request sent by the received roaming service network element, and trigger the second obtaining unit when determining that the current first location information is different from the stored first location information;
the second obtaining unit is further configured to update the stored first location information corresponding to the target user equipment;

the first obtaining unit is further configured to obtain, from a home subscription data server in a home network of the target user equipment, user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment, store the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment, and notify the home subscription data server of the target user equipment of an address of the roaming user server;

Example two
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a second implementation flow of the data processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention; the method is applied to a roaming service network element; as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 301: receiving a mobility-related request message sent by target user equipment, and generating a location updating request according to the mobility-related request message;
in this embodiment, the roaming service network element may specifically be a visited service network element of a roaming location where the target device is currently located, for example, an MME, an MSC, and an SGSN.
Step 302: analyzing the mobility related request message, and sending the location updating request to a roaming user server when the target user equipment corresponds to the roaming user is determined according to the analysis result; the location update request is used for controlling a roaming user server to process user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment; the first location information is used to characterize an identity of a roaming service network element currently visited by the roaming user.
In practical application, the roaming service network element is further configured to receive a detach message sent by a target user equipment, and generate a registration deletion request according to the detach message; further analyzing the detaching message, and sending the registration deleting request to a roaming user server when determining that the target user equipment corresponds to the roaming user according to the analysis result; the registration deletion request is used for controlling the roaming user server to delete the user subscription data and the first location information of the target user equipment.
In this embodiment, the mobility-related request message represents location update or location registration; correspondingly, the location update request is used for controlling a roaming user server to acquire user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment; at this time, after the roaming user server obtains the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment, the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment is sent to the roaming service network element; and the roaming service network element receives user subscription data which is sent by the roaming user server and corresponds to the target user equipment, and provides visited place network service for the target user equipment through the received user subscription data.
The data processing method of the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that as the roaming user server is arranged in the roaming place, and the roamer server is used to centrally register the location of a local roamer, and the user subscription data and the service strategy of the roaming-in user are uniformly inquired and distributed, so that, when the roaming user changes the service network element frequently in the roaming place with the roaming user server, the home subscription data server of the home network to which the roaming user belongs is not required to be carried out for many times, for example, the home HLR or HSS, to obtain the subscriber subscription data of the roaming subscriber, only needs to obtain the subscriber subscription data to the roaming subscriber server, the method can realize the purpose of providing the visited network service for the roaming user, thus reducing the cost of roaming signaling, improving the session efficiency of the roaming user and being suitable for the flow simplification target under the 5G network architecture.
To implement the method described in the second embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a roaming service network element, as shown in fig. 4, including:
a third receiving unit 41, configured to receive a mobility-related request message sent by a target user equipment, and generate a location update request according to the mobility-related request message;
a second processing unit 42, configured to parse the mobility-related request message, and send the location update request to a roaming user server when determining, according to a parsing result, that the target user equipment corresponds to a roaming user; the location update request is used for controlling a roaming user server to process user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment; the first location information is used to characterize an identity of a roaming service network element currently visited by the roaming user.
In this embodiment, the third receiving unit is further configured to receive a detach message sent by the target user equipment, and generate a registration deletion request according to the detach message;
the second processing unit is further configured to analyze the detach message, and send the registration deletion request to a roaming user server when determining that the target user equipment corresponds to the roaming user according to an analysis result; the registration deletion request is used for controlling the roaming user server to delete the user subscription data and the first location information of the target user equipment.
In this embodiment, the mobility-related request message represents location update or location registration; correspondingly, the location update request is used for controlling a roaming user server to acquire user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment;
correspondingly, the third receiving unit is further configured to receive user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment, which is sent by the roaming user server, so as to provide a visited network service for the target user equipment through the received user subscription data.
Those skilled in the art should understand that the functions of each processing unit in the roaming service network element in the embodiment of the present invention may be understood by referring to the related description of the data processing method described in the second embodiment, and are not described herein again.
EXAMPLE III
FIG. 5 is a third schematic flow chart illustrating an implementation of the data processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention; the method is applied to a roaming session management network element; as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step 501: after detecting the session state related information corresponding to the target user equipment in the communication network, generating a session management request according to the session state related information;
in this embodiment, the roaming session management network element may specifically be a service network element capable of providing a service policy in a roaming location where the target ue is located, that is, a service network element capable of providing a service policy in a roaming network where the target ue is currently accessed, for example, a PCEF.
Step 502: analyzing the session state related information, and sending the session management request to a roaming user server when determining that the target user equipment corresponds to a roaming user according to an analysis result; the session management request is used for controlling the roaming user server to process a service policy and second location information corresponding to the target user equipment; the second location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming session management network element currently accessed by the roaming user.
In practical applications, the session state related information may specifically characterize session establishment, session change, or session deletion; in particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
when the session state related information represents session establishment or session change, correspondingly, the session management request is used for representing and controlling the roaming user server to acquire a service policy and second location information corresponding to the target user equipment; at this time, after the roaming user server obtains the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment, the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment is sent to the roaming session management network element; and the roaming session management network element receives the service strategy which is sent by the roaming user server and corresponds to the target user equipment, so as to carry out session management on the target user equipment through the received service strategy.
Further, when the session state related information indicates that the session is deleted, correspondingly, the session management request is used for indicating and controlling the roaming user server to delete the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target user equipment.
In the data processing method of the embodiment of the invention, because the roaming user server is deployed in the roaming place and is used for carrying out centralized registration on the position of the local roaming user and carrying out unified query and distribution on the user subscription data and the service strategy of the roaming user, when the roaming user frequently changes the service network element in the roaming place where the roaming user server is deployed, the service strategy of the roaming user does not need to be acquired from the attribution strategy server of the attribution network of the roaming user for many times, and the purpose of session management on the roaming user can be realized only by acquiring the service strategy from the roaming user server, so that the cost of roaming signaling is reduced, the session efficiency of the roaming user is improved, and the method is suitable for the flow simplification target under a 5G network architecture.
To implement the method described in the third embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a roaming session management network element, as shown in fig. 6, including:
the detecting unit 61 is configured to generate a session management request according to session state related information after detecting the session state related information corresponding to the target user equipment in the communication network;
a third processing unit 62, configured to analyze the session state related information, and send the session management request to a roaming user server when determining, according to an analysis result, that the target user equipment corresponds to a roaming user; the session management request is used for controlling the roaming user server to process a service policy and second location information corresponding to the target user equipment; the second location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming session management network element currently accessed by the roaming user.
In this embodiment, when the session state related information indicates session establishment or session change, the session management request is correspondingly used to indicate and control the roaming user server to obtain a service policy and second location information corresponding to the target user equipment;
the roaming session management network element further comprises: a fourth receiving unit;
the fourth receiving unit is configured to receive the service policy corresponding to the target ue sent by the roaming user server, so as to perform session management on the target ue through the received service policy.
In this embodiment, when the session state related information indicates that a session is deleted, the session management request is used to indicate and control the roaming user server to delete the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target user equipment.
Those skilled in the art should understand that, the functions of each processing unit in the roaming session management network element according to the embodiment of the present invention may be understood by referring to the description related to the data processing method described in the third embodiment, and are not described herein again.
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to fig. 7 through specific application scenarios:
a first scene, a first registration scene; in particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
in the initial registration scenario, the process of the roaming service network element obtaining the user subscription data from the roaming user server is as follows:
step 1: when the target user equipment moves into a roaming place in a starting-up state or is started up and attached in the roaming place, requesting location registration to roaming service network elements such as MME, MSC and SGSN of a roaming network where the target user equipment is located;
step 2: the roaming service network element generates a location update request according to the location registration; at the same time, the roaming service network element analyzes the information corresponding to the position registration to obtain the user number of the target user equipment, and when the target user equipment is identified to correspond to the roaming user according to the user number, the roaming service network element sends the position updating request to the roaming user server according to the self-configured routing information;
and step 3: after receiving a location updating request corresponding to the target user equipment, the roaming user server inquires whether the target user equipment is registered, and if so, acquires user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment; simultaneously acquiring first position information of the target user equipment; according to the acquired first position information of the target user equipment, sending user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming service network element visited by the target user equipment in a roaming network currently;
otherwise, the roaming user server acquires the current first position information of the target user equipment and records the current first position information of the target user equipment; meanwhile, sending location update related information to a home HLR or HSS to which the target user equipment belongs, and writing an address corresponding to the roaming user server into the home HLR or HSS to which the target user equipment belongs; subsequently, step 4 is performed;
here, the first location information of the target user equipment may specifically be an identifier or an address of a roaming service network element currently visited by the target user equipment.
In practical application, the querying whether the target ue is registered may specifically be to find whether user subscription data, a service policy, first location information, and second location information corresponding to the target ue are stored in the roaming subscriber server.
And 4, step 4: the home HLR or HSS to which the target user equipment belongs inserts user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment into the roaming user server; and the roaming user server inserts user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment into a roaming service network element according to the recorded first position information corresponding to the target user equipment, so that the roaming service network element provides visited network services for the target user equipment through the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment.
Scene two: a session establishment scenario;
step 1: a roaming session management network element, for example, a PCEF of a roaming place where target user equipment is located, generates a session management request after detecting that a session corresponding to the target user equipment is established in a communication network; meanwhile, the roaming session management network element analyzes the information corresponding to the session establishment to obtain the subscriber number of the target user equipment, and when the target user equipment is identified to correspond to the roaming subscriber according to the subscriber number, the roaming session management network element sends the session management request to the roaming subscriber server according to the self-configured routing information;
step 2: after receiving a session management request corresponding to the target user equipment, the roaming user server searches whether a service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment is stored in the roaming user server; if yes, the roaming user server acquires a service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment from service strategies stored by the roaming user server; simultaneously acquiring second position information of the target user equipment; according to the obtained second position information of the target user equipment, sending a service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming session management network element which is accessed by the target user equipment in a roaming network currently;
otherwise, the roaming user server acquires the current second position information of the target user equipment and records the current second position information of the target user equipment; meanwhile, the roaming user server initiates session establishment related information to the home PCRF to which the target user equipment belongs; subsequently, step 3 is performed;
here, the second location information of the target user equipment may specifically be an identifier or an address of a roaming session management network element currently visited by the target user equipment.
And step 3: the home PCRF to which the target user equipment belongs sends a service policy corresponding to the target user equipment to the roaming user server according to the session establishment related information; and then, the roaming user server sends the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment to the roaming session management network element according to the recorded current second position information of the target user equipment, so that the roaming session management network element performs session management on the target user equipment through the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment.
Scene three, a roaming position changing scene; specifically, in a roaming location change scenario, a process of the roaming service network element obtaining the user subscription data from the roaming user server is as follows:
step 1: when the visited service network element is changed in the roaming place, the target user equipment requests a new visited service network element, for example, a roaming service network element for location update;
step 2: the roaming service network element generates a location update request according to the location update, and at the same time, the roaming service network element analyzes information corresponding to the location update to obtain a user number of the target user equipment, and when the target user equipment identifies a roaming user corresponding to the target user equipment according to the user number, the roaming service network element sends the location update request to the roaming user server according to self-configured routing information;
and step 3: after receiving a location updating request corresponding to the target user equipment, the roaming user server inquires whether the target user equipment is registered, and if so, acquires user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment; simultaneously acquiring current first position information of the target user equipment, and updating the first position information of the target user equipment when the current first position information of the target user equipment is determined to be different from the first position information which is stored by the roaming user server and corresponds to the target user equipment;
and sending the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment to a new roaming service network element currently visited by the target user equipment in a roaming network according to the updated first position information of the target user equipment, so that the new roaming service network element currently visited provides visited network services for the target user equipment through the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment.
Scene four, a session updating process;
step 1: a roaming session management network element, for example, a PCEF of a roaming place where target user equipment is located, generates a session management request after detecting a session change corresponding to the target user equipment in a communication network; at the same time, the roaming session management network element analyzes the information corresponding to the session change to obtain the user number of the target user equipment, and when the target user equipment is identified to correspond to the roaming user according to the user number, the roaming session management network element sends the session management request to the roaming user server according to the self-configured routing information;
step 2: after receiving a session management request corresponding to the target user equipment, the roaming user server searches whether a service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment is stored in the roaming user server; if so, the roaming user server acquires a service policy corresponding to the target user equipment from service policies stored in the roaming user server, and changes the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment according to the session change corresponding to the session management request; and simultaneously acquiring second position information of the target user equipment, and further sending the changed service policy corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming session management network element according to the acquired second position information of the target user equipment, so that the roaming session management network element performs session management on the target user equipment through the updated service policy corresponding to the target user equipment.
Scene five, roaming shutdown scene; specifically, in a roaming shutdown scenario, the process of deleting the user subscription data by the roaming user server is as follows:
step 1: the target user equipment sends a detach message to a visited service network element, such as a roaming service network element, when the roaming place is powered off;
step 2: the roaming service network element generates a registration deletion request according to the detachment message; at the same time, the roaming service network element analyzes the detaching message to obtain the user number of the target user equipment, and when the target user equipment is identified to correspond to the roaming user according to the user number, the roaming service network element sends the registration deleting request to the roaming user server according to the self-configured routing information;
and step 3: after receiving the registration deletion request, the roaming user server inquires whether the target user equipment is registered, if so, deletes the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment, meanwhile, deletes the first location information corresponding to the target user equipment, and notifies the home HLR or HSS to which the target user equipment belongs.
Scene six, a session deletion scene;
step 1: a roaming session management network element, such as a PCEF of a roaming place where target user equipment is located, generates a session management request after detecting that a session corresponding to the target user equipment is deleted in a communication network; at the same time, the roaming session management network element analyzes the session deletion to obtain the user number of the target user equipment, and when the target user equipment is identified to correspond to a roaming user according to the user number, the roaming session management network element sends the session management request to the roaming user server according to the configured routing information;
step 2: after receiving a session management request corresponding to the target user equipment, the roaming user server searches whether a service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment is stored in the roaming user server; and if so, deleting the service policy and the second position information corresponding to the target user equipment, and simultaneously informing the attributive PCRF to which the target user equipment belongs.
A seventh scene, a called scene of the user; here, because the network needs to inquire the location registered by the roaming user when the roaming user is called, the method of the embodiment of the present invention can change the called flow; the method comprises the following specific steps:
step 1: the calling subscriber sends routing request information to a home subscription data server of target user equipment, such as a home HLR or an HSS, through a visiting service network element corresponding to the calling subscriber;
here, the target user equipment is a roaming user and corresponds to a called user.
Step 2: the home HLR or HSS to which the target user equipment belongs obtains the address of the roaming user server registered by the target user equipment according to the routing request information, and sends routing query information to the roaming user server according to the address of the roaming user server;
and step 3: the roaming user server acquires first position information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the route query information, acquires target routing information from a roaming service network element corresponding to the target user equipment according to the first position information corresponding to the target user equipment, sends the acquired target routing information to a home HLR or HSS to which the target user equipment belongs, and further sends the target routing information to a visited service network element corresponding to the calling user through the home HLR or HSS to which the target user equipment belongs, so that the visited service network element of the calling user establishes a call to the roaming service network element of the target user equipment through the target routing information.
A scene eight, a short message receiving scene; here, when the roaming user is used as the short message receiver, the network needs to inquire the position registered by the roaming user, so the method of the embodiment of the invention can change the short message receiving scene; the method comprises the following specific steps:
step 1: a calling subscriber sends routing request information to a home subscription data server (such as a home HLR or HSS) of target user equipment through a Short Message Service Center (SMSC) to which the calling subscriber belongs;
here, the target user equipment is a roaming user and corresponds to a called user.
Step 2: the home HLR or HSS to which the target user equipment belongs obtains the address of the roaming user server registered by the target user equipment according to the routing request information, and sends the address of the roaming user server registered by the target user equipment to the SMSC to which the calling user belongs;
and step 3: the SMSC which the calling user belongs to modifies the destination address in the short message request message received from the calling user into the address of the roaming user server registered by the target user equipment, and sends a short message issuing message to the roaming user server registered by the target user equipment according to the address of the roaming user server registered by the target user equipment;
here, the short message request message is request information for the calling subscriber to send a short message to the target user equipment in advance through an SMSC to which the calling subscriber belongs;
and 4, step 4: after receiving the short message issuing message, the roaming user server acquires first position information of the target user equipment according to information corresponding to the target user equipment as a called user in the short message issuing message, and modifies a destination address in the short message issuing message into the first position information of the target user equipment; and then according to the modified destination address in the short message issuing message, sending the short message issuing message to the roaming service network element currently visited by the target user equipment, so as to issue the short message corresponding to the short message issuing message through the roaming service network element currently visited by the target user equipment.
A ninth scene, namely a synchronous scene of the user subscription data;
after the roaming user server registers in the home HLR or HSS of the roaming user, when the user subscription data of the home HLR or HSS is changed (such as being modified in the HLR/HSS through a BOSS), at the moment, the home HLR or HSS of the roaming user sends a request for modifying the user subscription data to the roaming user server;
after receiving the request for modifying the user subscription data, the roaming user server updates the user subscription data corresponding to the roaming user according to the request for modifying the user subscription data;
the roaming user server acquires the first position information of the roaming user recorded by the roaming user server, and sends the updated user subscription data corresponding to the roaming user to the roaming service network element according to the first position information of the roaming user recorded by the roaming user server, so that the roaming service network element synchronously updates the user subscription data.
A tenth scene, a service strategy synchronization scene;
after a roaming user server establishes a session with a home PCRF of a roaming user, when a service policy of the roaming user is changed (such as modification is carried out in the PCRF through a BOSS), the home PCRF of the roaming user sends a request for modifying the service policy to the roaming user server;
after receiving the request for modifying the service strategy, the roaming user server updates the service strategy corresponding to the roaming user according to the request for modifying the service strategy;
and the roaming user server acquires the second position information of the roaming user recorded by the roaming user server, and sends the updated service strategy corresponding to the roaming user to the roaming session management network element according to the second position information of the roaming user recorded by the roaming user server, so that the roaming session management network element synchronously updates the service strategy.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. Claims (32)

1. A data processing method is applied to a roaming user server; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring user subscription data and a service strategy corresponding to at least one roaming user from a home network, and storing the user subscription data and the service strategy corresponding to the at least one roaming user;
acquiring first position information and second position information corresponding to the at least one roaming user from a roaming service network element and a roaming session management network element, and recording the first position information and the second position information corresponding to the at least one roaming user; the first location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming service network element currently visited by the roaming user; the second location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming session management network element currently accessed by the roaming user;
according to the first position information and the second position information corresponding to the at least one roaming user, distributing user subscription data and a service strategy corresponding to the at least one roaming user so as to assist a roaming service network element and a roaming session management network element in providing visited network service and session management for the at least one roaming user;
the roaming service network element, the roaming session management network element and the roaming user server belong to a roaming network.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a position updating request corresponding to target user equipment, which is sent by a roaming service network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the location updating request is generated by the roaming service network element according to the received mobility-related request message sent by the target user equipment;
when the mobility-related request message corresponding to the location update request represents location update or location registration, the roaming user server judges whether user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored in the roaming user server according to the location update request;
and processing the user subscription data and the first position information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the judgment result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the processing the user subscription data and the first location information corresponding to the target ue according to the determination result comprises:
when the judgment result represents that the user subscription data and the first position information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored, the roaming user server acquires the current first position information of the target user equipment from a received position updating request sent by a roaming service network element, and updates the stored first position information corresponding to the target user equipment when the current first position information is determined to be different from the stored first position information;
and acquiring user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment from user subscription data stored in the roaming service network element, and sending the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment to the roaming service network element according to the updated first position information corresponding to the target user equipment.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the processing the user subscription data and the first location information corresponding to the target ue according to the determination result comprises:
when the judgment result represents that the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment is not stored, the roaming user server acquires the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment from a home subscription data server in a home network of the target user equipment, stores the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment, and informs a home subscription data server of the target user equipment of the address of the roaming user server;
the roaming user server acquires the current first position information of the target user equipment from the received position updating request sent by the roaming service network element, and records the current first position information of the target user equipment;
and sending the stored user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming service network element according to the current first position information of the target user equipment.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a registration deletion request corresponding to target user equipment, which is sent by a roaming service network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the registration deletion request is generated by the roaming service network element according to the received detach message sent by the target user equipment;
and the roaming user server deletes the user subscription data and the first position information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the registration deletion request.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
receiving a session management request corresponding to target user equipment, which is sent by a roaming session management network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the session management request is generated by the roaming session management network element according to the detected session state related information corresponding to the target user equipment;
when the session state related information corresponding to the session management request represents session establishment or session change, the roaming user server judges whether a service policy and second position information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored in the roaming user server according to the session management request;
and processing the service strategy and the second position information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the judgment result.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the processing the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target UE according to the determination result comprises:
when the judgment result represents that the service strategy and the second position information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored, the roaming user server acquires the current second position information of the target user equipment from the received session management request sent by the roaming session management network element, and updates the stored second position information corresponding to the target user equipment when the current second position information is determined to be different from the stored second position information;
and acquiring a service policy corresponding to the target user equipment from the service policies stored in the roaming session management network element, and sending the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment to the roaming session management network element according to the updated second position information.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the processing the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target UE according to the determination result comprises:
when the judgment result indicates that the service strategy and the second position information corresponding to the target user equipment are not stored, the roaming user server acquires the service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment from a home strategy server in a home network of the target user equipment, stores the service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment and informs the home strategy server of the target user equipment of the address of the roaming user server;
the roaming user server acquires the current second position information of the target user equipment from the received session management request sent by the roaming session management network element, and records the current second position information of the target user equipment;
and sending the stored service strategy corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming session management network element according to the current second position information of the target user equipment.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
receiving a session management request corresponding to target user equipment, which is sent by a roaming session management network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the session management request is generated by the roaming session management network element according to the detected session state related information corresponding to the target user equipment;
and when the session state related information corresponding to the session management request represents session deletion, the roaming user server deletes the service policy and the second position information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the session management request.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a user subscription data modification request sent by a home subscription data server corresponding to a first roaming user in the at least one roaming user when the user subscription data corresponding to the first roaming user is determined to be changed;
updating the user subscription data corresponding to the first roaming user according to the user subscription data modification request;
the roaming user server acquires first position information of the first roaming user recorded by the roaming user server;
and sending the updated user subscription data corresponding to the first roaming user to a current roaming service network element of the first roaming user according to the first position information of the first roaming user recorded by the user subscription data synchronization device, so as to synchronize the user subscription data.
11. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a service policy modification request which is stored by the roaming user and sent by an attribution policy server corresponding to a second roaming user when the service policy is determined to be changed;
updating the service policy corresponding to the second roaming user according to the request for modifying the service policy;
the roaming user server acquires second position information of the second roaming user recorded by the roaming user server;
and sending the updated service policy corresponding to the second roaming user to a current roaming session management network element of the second roaming user according to the second position information of the second roaming user recorded by the self so as to synchronize the service policy.
12. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a short message issuing message sent by a short message service center; the short message issuing message represents a request message of sending the short message to a third roaming user in the at least one roaming user by the short message service center;
acquiring first position information of a third roaming user according to information corresponding to the third roaming user serving as a called user in the received short message issuing message, and modifying a destination address in the short message issuing message into the first position information of the third roaming user;

13. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving route inquiry information; the route query information represents route query information which is generated according to route request information of a calling party and sent by a home subscription data server to which a fourth roaming user belongs in the at least one roaming user;
and acquiring first position information corresponding to the fourth roaming user according to the route query information, acquiring target route information from a roaming service network element currently visited by the fourth roaming user according to the first position information corresponding to the fourth roaming user, and sending the target route information to an attribution subscription data server to which the fourth roaming user belongs so as to enable the calling user to establish a call with the roaming service network element of the fourth roaming user through the target route information.
14. A data processing method is applied to a roaming service network element; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a mobility-related request message sent by target user equipment, and generating a location updating request according to the mobility-related request message;
analyzing the mobility related request message, and sending the location updating request to a roaming user server when the target user equipment corresponds to the roaming user is determined according to the analysis result; the location update request is used for controlling a roaming user server to process user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment; the first location information is used to characterize an identity of a roaming service network element currently visited by the roaming user.
15. The method of claim 14, further comprising:
receiving a detach message sent by target user equipment, and generating a delete registration request according to the detach message;
analyzing the detaching message, and sending the registration deleting request to a roaming user server when determining that the target user equipment corresponds to the roaming user according to the analysis result; the registration deletion request is used for controlling the roaming user server to delete the user subscription data and the first location information of the target user equipment.
16. The method according to claim 14, wherein the mobility-related request message characterizes a location update or a location registration; correspondingly, the location update request is used for controlling a roaming user server to acquire user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and receiving user subscription data which is sent by the roaming user server and corresponds to the target user equipment, and providing the visited network service for the target user equipment through the received user subscription data.
17. A data processing method is applied to a roaming session management network element; the method comprises the following steps:
after detecting the session state related information corresponding to the target user equipment in the communication network, generating a session management request according to the session state related information;
analyzing the session state related information, and sending the session management request to a roaming user server when determining that the target user equipment corresponds to a roaming user according to an analysis result; the session management request is used for controlling the roaming user server to process a service policy and second location information corresponding to the target user equipment; the second location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming session management network element currently accessed by the roaming user.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein when the session state related information indicates a session establishment or a session change, the session management request is used to indicate that the roaming subscriber server is controlled to obtain a service policy and second location information corresponding to the target ue, correspondingly;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and receiving a service policy corresponding to the target user equipment and sent by the roaming user server, so as to perform session management on the target user equipment through the received service policy.
19. The method of claim 17, wherein when the session state related information indicates a session deletion, the session management request is used to indicate that the roaming subscriber server is controlled to delete a service policy and second location information corresponding to the target ue, correspondingly.
20. A roaming subscriber server, comprising:
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain, from a home network, user subscription data and a service policy corresponding to at least one roaming user, and store the user subscription data and the service policy corresponding to the at least one roaming user;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain, from a roaming service network element and a roaming session management network element, first location information and second location information corresponding to the at least one roaming user, and record the first location information and the second location information corresponding to the at least one roaming user; the first location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming service network element currently visited by the roaming user; the second location information is used for representing the identifier of the roaming session management network element currently accessed by the roaming user;
a first processing unit, configured to perform distribution processing on user subscription data and a service policy corresponding to the at least one roaming user according to first location information and second location information corresponding to the at least one roaming user, so as to assist a roaming service network element and a roaming session management network element in providing visited network service and session management for the at least one roaming user;
the roaming service network element, the roaming session management network element and the roaming user server belong to a roaming network.
21. The roamer server of claim 20, wherein the roamer server further comprises:
a first receiving unit, configured to receive a location update request corresponding to a target user equipment, sent by a roaming service network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the location updating request is generated by the roaming service network element according to the received mobility-related request message sent by the target user equipment;
the first processing unit is further configured to, when it is determined that the mobility-related request message corresponding to the location update request represents location update or location registration, determine, according to the location update request, whether user subscription data and first location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored in the first processing unit, and process, according to a determination result, the user subscription data and the first location information corresponding to the target user equipment.
22. The roaming subscriber server of claim 21, wherein the first processing unit is further configured to, when determining that the user subscription data and the first location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored according to the determination result, obtain current first location information of the target user equipment from a received location update request sent by a roaming service network element, and trigger the second obtaining unit when determining that the current first location information is different from the stored first location information;
the second obtaining unit is further configured to update the stored first location information corresponding to the target user equipment;
correspondingly, the first processing unit is further configured to obtain, from the user subscription data stored in the first processing unit, user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment, and send, according to the updated first location information corresponding to the target user equipment, the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment to the roaming service network element.
23. The roaming subscriber server of claim 21, wherein the first processing unit is further configured to trigger the first obtaining unit when it is determined, according to the determination result, that the subscriber subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment is not stored;
the first obtaining unit is further configured to obtain, from a home subscription data server in a home network of the target user equipment, user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment, store the user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment, and notify the home subscription data server of the target user equipment of an address of the roaming user server;
the first processing unit is further configured to obtain current first location information of the target user equipment from a received location update request sent by a roaming service network element, and record the current first location information of the target user equipment; and the network element is further configured to send the stored user subscription data corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming service network element according to the current first location information of the target user equipment.
24. The roaming subscriber server of claim 21,
the first receiving unit is further configured to receive a registration deletion request corresponding to the target user equipment, which is sent by the roaming service network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the registration deletion request is generated by the roaming service network element according to the received detach message sent by the target user equipment;
the first processing unit is further configured to delete the user subscription data and the first location information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the deletion registration request.
25. The roamer server of any of claims 20-24, further comprising:
a second receiving unit, configured to receive a session management request corresponding to the target user equipment, where the session management request is sent by the roaming session management network element when the target user equipment is determined to be a roaming user; the session management request is generated by the roaming session management network element according to the detected session state related information corresponding to the target user equipment;
the first processing unit is further configured to determine whether a service policy and second location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored in the first processing unit according to the session management request when the session state related information corresponding to the session management request represents session establishment or session change, and process the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target user equipment according to a determination result.
26. The roaming subscriber server of claim 25, wherein the first processing unit is further configured to, when determining that the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target user equipment are stored according to the determination result, obtain current second location information of the target user equipment from a session management request sent by a roaming session management network element, and trigger the second obtaining unit when determining that the current second location information is different from the stored second location information;
the second obtaining unit is further configured to update the stored second location information corresponding to the target user equipment;
correspondingly, the first processing unit is further configured to obtain a service policy corresponding to the target user equipment from service policies stored in the first processing unit, and send the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming session management network element according to the updated second location information.
27. The roaming subscriber server of claim 25, wherein the first processing unit is further configured to trigger the first obtaining unit when determining, according to the determination result, that the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target ue are not stored;
the first obtaining unit is further configured to obtain a service policy corresponding to the target user equipment from a home policy server in a home network of the target user equipment, store the service policy corresponding to the target user equipment, and notify the home policy server of the target user equipment of an address of the roaming user server;
the first processing unit is further configured to obtain current second location information of the target user equipment from a received session management request sent by a roaming session management network element, and record the current second location information of the target user equipment; and the network element is further configured to send the stored service policy corresponding to the target user equipment to a roaming session management network element according to the current second location information of the target user equipment.
28. The roamer server of claim 25, wherein the second receiving unit is further configured to receive a session management request corresponding to the target ue, sent by the roaming session management network element when the target ue is determined to be a roamer; the session management request is generated by the roaming session management network element according to the detected session state related information corresponding to the target user equipment;
the first processing unit is further configured to delete the service policy and the second location information corresponding to the target user equipment according to the session management request when the session state related information corresponding to the session management request represents that the session is deleted.
29. The roaming subscriber server of claim 20, wherein the first processing unit is further configured to receive a user subscription data modification request sent by a home subscription data server corresponding to a first roaming subscriber of the at least one roaming subscriber, where the user subscription data modification request is sent by the home subscription data server when it is determined that user subscription data corresponding to the first roaming subscriber is changed;
the first obtaining unit is further configured to update the user subscription data corresponding to the first roaming user according to the user subscription data modification request; in a corresponding manner, the first and second electrodes are,
the first processing unit is further configured to obtain first location information of the first roaming user recorded by the first processing unit; and sending the updated user subscription data corresponding to the first roaming user to a current roaming service network element of the first roaming user according to the first position information of the first roaming user recorded by the user subscription data synchronization device, so as to synchronize the user subscription data.

The roaming subscriber server of claim 20, wherein the first processing unit is further configured to receive a service policy modification request sent by a home policy server corresponding to a second roaming subscriber of the at least one roaming subscriber when it is determined that a service policy is changed;
the first obtaining unit is further configured to update a service policy corresponding to the second roaming user according to the request for modifying the service policy;
correspondingly, the first processing unit is further configured to obtain, by the roamer server, second location information of the second roamer recorded by the roamer server; and sending the updated service policy corresponding to the second roaming user to a current roaming session management network element of the second roaming user according to the second position information of the second roaming user recorded by the self so as to synchronize the service policy.
31. The roaming subscriber server of claim 20, wherein the first processing unit is further configured to:
receiving a short message issuing message sent by a short message service center; the short message issuing message represents a request message of sending the short message to a third roaming user in the at least one roaming user by the short message service center;
acquiring first position information of a third roaming user according to information corresponding to the third roaming user serving as a called user in the received short message issuing message, and modifying a destination address in the short message issuing message into the first position information of the third roaming user;
and sending the short message issuing message to the current roaming service network element of the third roaming user according to the first position information of the third roaming user so as to issue the short message corresponding to the short message issuing message through the roaming service network element.
32. The roaming subscriber server of claim 20, wherein the first processing unit is further configured to:
receiving route inquiry information; the route query information represents route query information which is generated according to route request information of a calling party and sent by a home subscription data server to which a fourth roaming user belongs in the at least one roaming user;
and acquiring first position information corresponding to the fourth roaming user according to the route query information, acquiring target route information from a roaming service network element currently visited by the fourth roaming user according to the first position information corresponding to the fourth roaming user, and sending the target route information to an attribution subscription data server to which the fourth roaming user belongs so as to enable the calling user to establish a call with the roaming service network element of the fourth roaming user through the target route information.
