Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of one embodiment of a method of recording a call according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, step 101, a call signaling from a user is received, and a calling number or a called number in the call signaling is extracted.
And 102, judging whether the calling number or the called number is a recording target. If yes, triggering the call signaling to a recording service AS (step 104); otherwise, the call is not recorded (step 103). For example, the calling number or called number may be filtered by triggering ifcs.
And 105, the recording service AS indicates a media resource management network element of the IMS to respectively store the calling media stream and the called media stream. For example, the separation and storage of the calling and called media streams may be implemented by MRFC and MRFP.
In the above embodiment, the present invention utilizes the characteristic that the IMS network media stream and the signaling stream are separated, and directly retains the sound information in the media stream at the network side through the media resource management network element, without interfering with the communication flow, without changing the call flow direction, without generating a secondary call, thereby realizing the separation of the original calling and called recording at the network side and the user imperceptibility.
Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of another embodiment of a method of recording a call according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, step 201, a call signaling from a user is received, and a calling number or a called number in the call signaling is extracted.
Step 202, implementing the subscription of the recording service of the recording target in the IMS. For example, a Web interface may be designed, an enterprise administrator self-service orders a recording number or other parameters, and issues the telephone number of the recording target to the UPortal through the Web interface; and the UPortal calls an IT system reverse interface to modify the trigger rule of the recording target IMS iFC, so as to realize the subscription of the recording service of the recording target in the IMS.
In one embodiment, an enterprise account for a recording service is set on UPortal, and a user login interface is opened to be docked with an enterprise-side recording management system; distributing the enterprise account on a Network Attached Storage (NAS), and configuring the butting data of the NAS on a multimedia resource processor (MRFP); and the recording management system at the enterprise side logs in the recording service AS through the user login interface to realize the subscription at the IMS.
Step 203, determine whether the calling number or the called number is the recording target. If yes, triggering the call signaling to a recording service AS (step 205); otherwise, the call is not recorded (step 204).
Step 206, determine whether the recording target participates in the teleconference. If so, step 207 is continued, otherwise, step 208 is continued.
And step 207, recording the call in which the recording target participates and storing the recorded call in the NAS.
In one embodiment, firstly, according to an instruction issued by a recording service AS, the sound heard by a calling user (called party voice) and the sound heard by a called user (calling party voice) are transcoded into PCMA through MRFC and MRFP respectively, and are recorded and stored in an NAS cache together with a mixed sound; then, the recording service AS pushes the recording to the recording management system on the enterprise side.
And step 208, recording the teleconference in which the recording target participates and storing the recorded teleconference in the NAS.
In one embodiment, according to an instruction issued by a recording service AS, three participants with the largest sound are selected for recording through MRFC and MRFP, the sound heard by a non-speaking party is the sound emitted by the current speaking party, and the sound heard by the speaking party is the mixed sound of other speaking parties; respectively transcoding into PCMA, recording and storing in NAS cache together with the mixed sound; then, the recording service AS pushes the recording to the recording management system on the enterprise side.
In the embodiment, the invention realizes the call recording of the separation of the calling party and the called party on the core network side of an operator through the IMS media resource management network element, so that a recording object is not sensed and the recorded voice is clear.
Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of recording a call in the embodiment of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, the voices of the calling subscriber 301 and the called subscriber 302 are encoded into PCMA as the voice 303 heard by the called subscriber and the voice 304 heard by the calling subscriber, respectively; before outputting, decoding the voice 303 heard by the called user and the voice 304 heard by the calling user; the voice 303 heard by the called user, the voice 304 heard by the calling user, and the mixed sound 305 are stored as sound recording files in a network file system 306, respectively.
Fig. 4 shows a flow chart of yet another embodiment of a method of recording a call according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, step 401 receives a call signaling from a user, and extracts a calling number or a called number in the call signaling.
And step 402, realizing the contract signing of the recording service of the recording target in the IMS.
In one embodiment, the recording management system at the enterprise side logs in the recording service AS from an interface in a Websocket mode; the recording service provides self-service management interface and recording service AS interface or enterprise telephone traffic management interface for customer through operator, finally realizes the subscription in IMS.
Step 403, determine whether the calling number or the called number is the recording target. If yes, triggering the call signaling to a recording service AS (step 405); otherwise, the call is not recorded (step 404).
In one embodiment, if the telephone number of a certain user is determined AS a recording target by an enterprise administrator, UPortal calls an IT system reverse interface to modify the IMS iFC of the user, so that the user call triggers the original business AS and the recording business AS of the enterprise at the same time.
Step 406, determine whether the recording target participates in the teleconference. If so, step 407 continues, otherwise, step 408 continues.
Step 407, recording the call in which the recording target participates and storing the recording in the NAS.
And step 408, recording the teleconference in which the recording target participates and storing the recorded teleconference in the NAS.
And step 409, the recording management system at the enterprise side inquires and tunes the recording file by self through the web interface. For example, the recording management system at the enterprise side is connected with the NAS in an FTP mode, and the recording file in the NAS is downloaded; or the recording management system at the enterprise side triggers the recording service AS in an HTTP mode, and the recording service AS downloads the recording file in the NAS.
In the embodiment, the calling and called separated recording is realized on the network side, any construction or change is not needed on the phone terminal side, the using habit of a calling party does not need to be changed, the calling party and the called party do not have perception, and the monitoring requirements of enterprises can be met; the original separation recording of the calling party and the called party is realized, the definition cannot be influenced due to the sound mixing, the sound can be stored in the cloud, and the sound can be adjusted through the interface at any time.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of implementing separate recording of the calling party and the called party on the network side in the embodiment of fig. 4. As shown in fig. 5, the IMS core control layer 503 issues the telephone number of the calling subscriber 501 or the called subscriber 502 to the UPortal 506, and the recording service implements the subscription of the IMS; UPortal 506 filters the telephone number of the calling party or the called party according to the iFC, confirms the recording target, then calls an IT system reverse interface to modify the triggering rule of the recording target IMS iFC, and simultaneously triggers the original business AS 504 and the recording business AS 505 of the enterprise; MRFC/MRFP 507 creates a recording endpoint to record the calling and called media streams respectively, pushes a recording notification to self-management platform 509, and then caches the calling and called recording files in NAS 508; the self-management platform 509 downloads the sound recording file from the NAS 508 and then dumps into the permanent NAS 510; the enterprise manager inquires the recording record from the enterprise management Portal 511, extracts the recording file and plays the file.
