Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to a detergent box. Along with the improvement of living standard, the washing machine is widely applied gradually, and a detergent box is arranged in the washing machine and comprises a box body and a washing agent box body, wherein the box body is internally stored with the washing agent; the siphon liquid discharge pipe and the siphon cap are arranged in the box body; wherein, the washing water inlet formed by the siphon cap and the siphon liquid discharge pipe is positioned at the bottom end of the box body and communicated with the inner cavity of the box body, and the outlet of the siphon liquid discharge pipe is communicated with the washing machine barrel. The washing water enters a space formed by the siphon cap and the siphon liquid discharge pipe from the washing water inlet at the bottom end, flows upwards to the top end of the siphon liquid discharge pipe, and then flows downwards to enter the washing machine barrel.
The detergent box realizes the function of storing the detergent under the condition of not washing clothes, and meanwhile, the detergent can overflow to the washing cylinder along with water flow under the water inlet condition. In the detergent box, after the water supply is stopped, residual washing water is discharged by the siphon pipe, but since a certain gap is formed between the bottom of the siphon pipe and the bottom of the detergent box, it is difficult to completely discharge the washing water in the detergent box. In addition, because the washing water is dissolved with the detergent, the viscosity of the washing water is much higher than that of common water, the mobility of the washing water is reduced due to the surface tension in the detergent box, so that the washing water in the detergent box cannot be completely discharged, a part of the washing water is remained in the detergent box, and the remained washing water is not easy to evaporate and dry in a relatively sealed environment and is easy to breed bacteria.
Therefore, how to avoid the residual washing water in the detergent box is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

As a preferred scheme of the detergent box, a sealing gasket matched with the leakage port is arranged on the water temporary storage device, and a slow release port is formed at the bottom of the water temporary storage device; the temporary water storage device is connected with the box body through a reset mechanism, and the reset mechanism moves up and down along with the amount of liquid in the temporary water storage device.
As a preferred scheme of the detergent box, the cross-sectional area of the slow-release opening is smaller than that of a space enclosed by the siphon cap and the siphon drain pipe.
As a preferred scheme of the detergent box, a plurality of limiting rods with downward free ends are arranged at the bottom of the box body, and the temporary water storage device slides up and down along the limiting rods; the resetting mechanism is sleeved on the limiting rod and is positioned between the water temporary storage device and the bottom end of the limiting rod.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a detergent box, which includes a box body 11, a siphon liquid discharge pipe 12 and a siphon cap 13 are arranged at the bottom of the box body 11, a leakage port 14 is further arranged at the bottom of the box body 11, and a temporary water storage device 15 is arranged below the siphon liquid discharge pipe 12 and the leakage port 14; the temporary storage water device 15 opens and closes the leak port 14 by its own weight and by the weight of the liquid flowing in from the siphon drain and the leak port 14.
The temporary water storage device 15 includes a baffle 151, a side wall 152, a bottom wall 153 and a slow release opening 154. The bottom of the box body 11 is provided with a plurality of limiting rods 18 with downward free ends, and the limiting rods 18 are slidably sleeved in through holes formed in the baffle 151, so that the temporary water storage device 15 can slide up and down along the limiting rods 18. Specifically, the water temporary storage device 15 is provided with a sealing gasket 19 matched with the leakage port 14, when the liquid level in the water temporary storage device 15 is higher than 1/3 of the height of the water temporary storage device 15, the elastic force of a spring is smaller than the sum of the gravity of the water temporary storage device 15 and the gravity of the liquid in the water temporary storage device 15, the water temporary storage device 15 moves downwards, the sealing gasket 19 is far away from the leakage port 14, the leakage port 14 is opened, the liquid in the box body 11 can flow into an inner barrel of the washing machine from the leakage port 14 until the liquid is completely discharged, and therefore the breeding of bacteria can be avoided; when the liquid level in the water temporary storage device 15 is lower than 1/3, the elastic force of the spring is larger than the sum of the gravity of the water temporary storage device 15 and the liquid in the water temporary storage device, the water temporary storage device 15 is reset, the sealing gasket 19 shields the leakage opening 14, and therefore the phenomenon that the detergent directly flows into the inner barrel of the washing machine can be avoided when the detergent is put in next time. Of course, the liquid level in the water temporary storage device 15 of the start-up resetting mechanism 17 can be selected not only to be 1/3, but also to be set to other values according to requirements, such as the height of the water temporary storage device 15 is selected from 1/3-2/3, and the height value is related to the type of the selected spring. The sealing gasket 19 is a rubber gasket fixed on the baffle 151, and the rubber gasket can effectively seal the leakage port 14, so that when the rubber gasket blocks the leakage port 14, liquid in the box body 11 does not flow out of the leakage port 14.
The invention also provides a washing machine, and the washing machine is internally provided with the detergent box. A detergent box comprises a box body (11), wherein the bottom of the box body (11) is provided with a siphon liquid discharge pipe (12), a siphon cap (13) and a leakage port (14), and is characterized in that a temporary water storage device (15) is arranged below the siphon liquid discharge pipe (12) and the leakage port (14); the temporary water storage device (15) realizes the opening and closing of the leakage port (14) by means of the gravity of the temporary water storage device and the liquid flowing in from the siphon drainage pipe (12) and the leakage port (14).
2. The detergent box according to claim 1, wherein the temporary water storage device (15) is provided with a sealing gasket (19) matched with the leakage port (14), and the bottom of the temporary water storage device (15) is provided with a slow release port (154); the temporary water storage device (15) is connected with the box body (11) through a reset mechanism (17), and the reset mechanism (17) moves up and down along with the amount of liquid in the temporary water storage device (15).
3. The detergent box according to claim 2, wherein the cross-sectional area of the slow-release opening (154) is smaller than the cross-sectional area of a space surrounded by the siphon drain pipe (12) and the siphon cap (13).
