9. A method of operating an automatic tightening device for bolted construction according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
(1) Fixing the nut on the nut fixing plate (2), and fixing the bolt on the bolt fixing piece (4);
(2) In the process that the rotary driving device (10) drives the bolt fixing piece (4) to rotate so as to tighten the bolt, the rotary driving device (10) continuously increases the torque value output by the rotary driving device to the bolt fixing piece (4) under the action of the variable-voltage power supply device (5), meanwhile, the strain signal collecting device (7) collects the strain signal of the strain collecting poking piece (6) constantly and feeds the strain signal back to the signal analysis processing module (1) so as to judge whether the strain collecting poking piece (6) is in a static state or a poking state, and when the strain collecting poking piece (6) is in the static state, the signal analysis processing module (1) sends a poking stopping signal to the variable-voltage power supply device (5), and at the moment, the output torque value of the rotary driving device (10) to the bolt fixing piece (4) is continuously increased, and after a set period, the final torque value is used for constant torque output until the bolt is tightened; in the process that the rotary driving device (10) drives the bolt fixing piece (4) to rotate so as to loosen the bolt, the rotary driving device (10) continuously increases the torque value output by the rotary driving device to the bolt fixing piece (4) under the action of the variable voltage power supply device (5), meanwhile, the strain signal collecting device (7) collects the strain signal of the strain collecting poking piece (6) constantly and feeds the strain signal back to the signal analysis processing module (1) so as to judge whether the strain collecting poking piece (6) is in a static state or a poking state, when the strain collecting poking piece (6) is in the poking state, the signal analysis processing module (1) sends poking signals to the variable voltage power supply device (5), and at the moment, the rotary driving device (10) uses the torque value when the variable voltage power supply device (5) receives the poking signals to make constant torque output until nuts are separated from the bolts.
