The invention relates to the field of radiotherapy medical instruments, in particular to a radiotherapy positioning machine tool for a radiotherapy department.
Background
Cancer is treated by radiation therapy, called radiotherapy for short. After a century of development history, after X-rays are found by the roentgen, and radium is found by curies, the roentgen can be quickly and respectively applied to treatment of clinical malignant tumors, until the radiotherapy is still an important local treatment method for the malignant tumors, about 70% of cancer patients need to be treated by radiotherapy in the process of treating the cancer, about 40% of the cancer patients can be cured by the radiotherapy, but the tumor tissue area of the patient is firstly marked in the current treatment process, but the patient can be shifted in the treatment process, or the patient needs to be laterally laid by the radiotherapy on the side of the patient, so that the positioning of the radiotherapy is inaccurate, the treatment is inaccurate, and meanwhile, certain damage is caused to the patient.
In order to achieve accurate illumination, many fixtures have been designed, such as: the device comprises a foundation ring, a mask, a vacuum fixing cushion, a pleura and the like, and aims to limit the random movement of a human body to the maximum extent and ensure the high repeatability and consistency of body surface positioning marks, thereby realizing accurate positioning. However, the existing radiotherapy positioning frame is mostly local, such as: a head and neck radiotherapy fixing frame, a chest radiotherapy positioning frame and the like, so that the radiotherapy in each time is difficult to reset consistently in clinical work. Each patient is irradiated for about 30 times in a treatment course, and the change of the treatment posture causes the displacement of irradiation in each irradiation, which can cause the radiation damage of normal tissues and the radiation omission of tumor tissues.
