本发明公开了基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,其成分及其重量份为:60‑80份乙醇,3‑5份乙烯利,1‑4份蒜泥汁,1‑2份烷基磷酸酯盐,0.2‑0.3份氨基酸,8‑10份水溶性壳聚糖。有益效果为:本发明所公布的生长强化剂能够有效促进植物生长,同时具有良好的催芽效果;制备方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉;乙烯利的合成方法简便、成本低、生产压力适中且产品含量高达94%,适于我国工业化的生产工艺,同时解决了老工艺中存在的污染问题。

基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂
技术领域
本发明涉及农业领域,尤其是涉及基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂。
背景技术
枣树具有水土适应及抗逆性强、管理简易、早果速丰、果实营养丰富用途多样等特点,能同时满足国家生态建设和农民增加经济收入的双重需要,成为近年来最受欢迎我的经济林树种之一,是我国经济林发展中的重要关注点,枣树种植业也呈现了快速增长的势头。随着对科学管理枣树的认识,生长强化剂的使用已经成为枣树优质高产的重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,该强化剂能够有效促进植物生长,同时具有良好的催芽效果。
为了达到上述目的本发明提供的技术方案为:基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,其成分及其重量份为:60-80份乙醇,3-5份乙烯利,1-4份蒜泥汁,1-2份烷基磷酸酯盐,0.2-0.3份氨基酸,8-10份水溶性壳聚糖。该强化剂能够有效促进植物生长,同时具有良好的催芽效果。
作为优选,生长强化剂的制备方法为:在60-80份乙醇的存在下使3-5份乙烯利、1-4份蒜泥汁、1-2份烷基磷酸酯盐、0.2-0.3份氨基酸以及8-10份水溶性壳聚糖混合,形成生长强化剂。该方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,且所加入的水溶性壳聚糖具有良好的抑菌效果,既能给植物杀虫,抗病,起到肥料的作用,又能分解微量金属元素,从而转化为植物的营养素,增强植物的免疫力。
作为优选,乙烯利的合成方法为:向反应釜中加入双(2-氯乙基)-(2-氯乙基)膦酸酯,在搅拌的情况下通入氯化氢气体反应以合成乙烯利。乙烯利的合成方法简便、成本低、生产压力适中且产品含量高达94%,适于我国工业化的生产工艺,同时解决了老工艺中存在的污染问题。
作为优选,乙烯利的合成反应温度为152-158℃。该条件下,反应速度快,但剧烈程度小,过程中产生的杂质少,反应所得的产物中乙烯利的含量大。
作为优选,乙烯利的合成反应时间为13-14h。该条件下,产物中乙烯利的含量高,收率大,且所加入的原料得到了充分利用,具有良好的经济环保效益。
作为优选,乙烯利的合成反应压力为0.51-0.56MPa。该条件下,反应不易对设备造成损害,且反应时间少,从而缩短了反应的周期,提高了最终产品生长强化剂的竞争力。
作为优选,乙烯利的合成搅拌速度为630-640r/min。反应原料中双(2-氯乙基)-(2-氯乙基)膦酸酯粘度较大,若转速过低,不利于反应物的混合,若转速过高,不利于两相的反应。
作为优选,氨基酸为天门冬氨酸或甘氨酸或脯氨酸。氨基酸是作物生长所必需的营养物质,其对作物的光合作用具有促进作用,氨基酸能够增加植物叶绿素含量,提高植物组织内酶的活性,促进二氧化碳的渗透,使光合作用更加旺盛,能够极大地提高植物的品质。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明所公布的生长强化剂能够有效促进植物生长,同时具有良好的催芽效果;制备方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉;乙烯利的合成方法简便、成本低、生产压力适中且产品含量高达94%,适于我国工业化的生产工艺,同时解决了老工艺中存在的污染问题。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例进一步详细描述:
实施例1:基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,包括以下步骤:
1)乙烯利的合成:向反应釜中加入双(2-氯乙基)-(2-氯乙基)膦酸酯,在搅拌的情况下通入氯化氢气体反应以合成乙烯利,其中反应温度为152℃,反应时间为13h,反应压力为0.51MPa,搅拌速度为630r/min,乙烯利的合成方法简便、成本低、生产压力适中且产品含量高达94%,适于我国工业化的生产工艺,同时解决了老工艺中存在的污染问题;
2)生长强化剂的制备:在60份乙醇的存在下使3份乙烯利、1份蒜泥汁、1份烷基磷酸酯盐、0.2份天门冬氨酸以及8份水溶性壳聚糖混合,形成生长强化剂,制备方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,所制备的生长强化剂能够有效促进植物生长,同时具有良好的催芽效果。
实施例2:基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,包括以下步骤:
1)乙烯利的合成:向反应釜中加入双(2-氯乙基)-(2-氯乙基)膦酸酯,在搅拌的情况下通入氯化氢气体反应以合成乙烯利,其中反应温度为158℃,反应时间为14h,反应压力为0.56MPa,搅拌速度为640r/min,乙烯利的合成方法简便、成本低、生产压力适中且产品含量高达94%,适于我国工业化的生产工艺,同时解决了老工艺中存在的污染问题;
2)生长强化剂的制备:在80份乙醇的存在下使5份乙烯利、4份蒜泥汁、2份烷基磷酸酯盐、0.3份甘氨酸以及10份水溶性壳聚糖混合,形成生长强化剂,制备方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,所制备的生长强化剂能够有效促进植物生长,同时具有良好的催芽效果。
实施例3:基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,包括以下步骤:
1)乙烯利的合成:向反应釜中加入双(2-氯乙基)-(2-氯乙基)膦酸酯,在搅拌的情况下通入氯化氢气体反应以合成乙烯利,其中反应温度为153℃,反应时间为13h,反应压力为0.52MPa,搅拌速度为632r/min,乙烯利的合成方法简便、成本低、生产压力适中且产品含量高达94%,适于我国工业化的生产工艺,同时解决了老工艺中存在的污染问题;
2)生长强化剂的制备:在63份乙醇的存在下使4份乙烯利、2份蒜泥汁、2份烷基磷酸酯盐、0.25份脯氨酸以及9份水溶性壳聚糖混合,形成生长强化剂,制备方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,所制备的生长强化剂能够有效促进植物生长,同时具有良好的催芽效果。
实施例4:基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,包括以下步骤:
1)乙烯利的合成:向反应釜中加入双(2-氯乙基)-(2-氯乙基)膦酸酯,在搅拌的情况下通入氯化氢气体反应以合成乙烯利,其中反应温度为157℃,反应时间为14h,反应压力为0.55MPa,搅拌速度为638r/min,乙烯利的合成方法简便、成本低、生产压力适中且产品含量高达94%,适于我国工业化的生产工艺,同时解决了老工艺中存在的污染问题;
2)生长强化剂的制备:在78份乙醇的存在下使5份乙烯利、4份蒜泥汁、2份烷基磷酸酯盐、0.3份脯氨酸以及10份水溶性壳聚糖混合,再加入0.02份原乙酸三甲酯和0.013份三辛胺,搅拌20min以形成生长强化剂,制备方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,所制备的生长强化剂具有良好的催芽效果;所加入的原乙酸三甲酯和三辛胺具有协同作用,能够大大激活植物体内的阴离子,使植物电子与高能电子逆向感应,阻碍树体光合产物向下输送,促进内源乙烯产生,激化花芽分化,健壮成花基因及花器子房,孕育大量优质花芽。

1.基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,其特征在于:所述生长强化剂的成分及其重量份为:60-80份乙醇,3-5份乙烯利,1-4份蒜泥汁,1-2份烷基磷酸酯盐,0.2-0.3份氨基酸,8-10份水溶性壳聚糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,其特征在于:所述生长强化剂的制备方法为:在60-80份乙醇的存在下使3-5份乙烯利、1-4份蒜泥汁、1-2份烷基磷酸酯盐、0.2-0.3份氨基酸以及8-10份水溶性壳聚糖混合,形成生长强化剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,其特征在于:所述乙烯利的合成方法为:向反应釜中加入双(2-氯乙基)-(2-氯乙基)膦酸酯,在搅拌的情况下通入氯化氢气体反应以合成乙烯利。
4.根据权利要求3所述的基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,其特征在于:所述反应温度为152-158℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,其特征在于:所述反应时间为13-14h。
6.根据权利要求3所述的基于蒜泥汁的生长强化剂,其特征在于:所述反应压力为0.51-0.56MPa。
