1. An IMEI mark based fraud and disturbance prevention method for a mobile phone, comprising: an IMEI mark information query process and an IMEI mark information update process;
the IMEI tag information query process comprises:
in the process of establishing a call with a second mobile terminal, if an international mobile equipment identity code (IMEI) label information query function of an opposite terminal is started, a first mobile terminal sends an IMEI label information query request of the opposite terminal to a mobile communication network, wherein the first mobile terminal can be a calling mobile terminal or a called mobile terminal, and correspondingly, the second mobile terminal can be a called mobile terminal (when the first mobile terminal is the calling mobile terminal) or a calling mobile terminal (when the first mobile terminal is the called mobile terminal);
the mobile communication network receives the IMEI mark information query request of the opposite terminal sent by the first mobile terminal, queries the IMEI of the second mobile terminal, and then sends the IMEI mark information query request to an IMEI mark server, wherein the IMEI mark information query request comprises the IMEI of the second mobile terminal;
the IMEI mark server receives the IMEI mark information query request, queries data in the IMEI mark server according to the IMEI of the second mobile terminal, and then sends an IMEI mark information query response to the mobile communication network, wherein the IMEI mark information query response contains abnormal calling behavior information associated with the IMEI;
the mobile communication network receives the IMEI mark information inquiry response and sends the IMEI mark information inquiry response to the first mobile terminal;
the IMEI tag information updating process comprises the following steps:
when the called mobile terminal establishes a call with the calling mobile terminal, if the called mobile terminal starts an IMEI mark updating function of the calling mobile terminal, an IMEI mark updating capability indication is sent to the mobile communication network;
after receiving the IMEI mark updating capability indication sent by the called mobile terminal, the mobile communication network inquires the IMEI of the calling mobile terminal and sends a calling telephone number corresponding relation indication to an IMEI mark server;
the called mobile terminal sends IMEI updating information based on the telephone number of the calling mobile terminal to the IMEI marking server in the communication process or after the communication with the calling mobile terminal is finished;
the IMEI marking server receives the IMEI updating information based on the telephone number of the calling mobile terminal, judges whether a preset time condition is met, if so, updates the IMEI marking information corresponding to the IMEI of the calling mobile terminal according to the IMEI updating information based on the telephone number of the calling mobile terminal and the IMEI and calling telephone number corresponding relation indication, and if not, does not update the IMEI marking information corresponding to the IMEI of the calling mobile terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein to support the IMEI label information query procedure and the IMEI label information update procedure, a new network element "IMEI label server" needs to be added to the existing mobile network;
the IMEI marking service records IMEI related fraud and harassment information, the information is updated by the called mobile terminal during or after the call, the process of updating the fraud or harassment information is optional for the called terminal user, in addition, IMEI marking server and mobile communication network can exchange IMEI related information to support the updating and query of IMEI marking information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the IMEI marking information query procedure further comprises:
and if the first mobile terminal receives the inquiry response containing the abnormal information of the IMEI of the opposite terminal, the first mobile terminal carries out reminding processing in a preset mode.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the alert processing comprises: at least one of vibrating, playing sound, illuminating an indicator light and displaying prompt information on a screen.
