a first obtaining unit 401, configured to obtain an ICCID number of a subscriber identity module card from which a communication event originates when the communication event occurs;
a storage unit 402, configured to store the ICCID number in a database of a communication record corresponding to the communication event;
a second obtaining unit 403, configured to obtain an ICCID number of a subscriber identity card currently located in the first card slot and/or the second card slot;
a comparing unit 404, configured to compare the ICCID number in the database with the ICCID number of the subscriber identity card currently located in the first card slot and/or the second card slot; and
an operation unit 405, configured to restart, by using the subscriber identity card in the first card slot, a communication event corresponding to the communication record if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the subscriber identity card currently located in the first card slot; and if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the user identification card currently positioned in the second card slot, restarting the communication event corresponding to the communication record through the user identification card in the second card slot.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the first obtaining unit 401 further includes a third obtaining unit 406, configured to obtain card slot information corresponding to a card slot from which a communication event originates when the communication event occurs, where the card slot information is used to distinguish a first card slot from a second card slot; and an inquiring unit 407, configured to inquire, according to the card slot information, an ICCID number of the subscriber identification card corresponding to the card slot information.

Claims (10)

1. A communication record management method of a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal is provided, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a first card slot, a second card slot and at least one user identification card, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps: when a communication event occurs, acquiring an ICCID number of a user identification card from which the communication event comes; storing the ICCID number in a database of communication records corresponding to the communication event; acquiring the ICCID number of a user identification card currently positioned in a first card slot and/or a second card slot; comparing the ICCID number in the database of the communication record with the ICCID number of the user identification card currently positioned in the first card slot and/or the second card slot, and if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the user identification card currently positioned in the first card slot, displaying that the source of the communication record is from the first card slot; and if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the user identification card currently positioned in the second card slot, displaying that the source of the communication record is from the second card slot.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: when the communication event occurs, the obtaining of the ICCID number of the subscriber identity card from which the communication event originates includes: acquiring card slot information corresponding to a card slot of a communication event source when the communication event occurs, wherein the card slot information is used for distinguishing a first card slot from a second card slot; and inquiring the ICCID number of the user identification card corresponding to the card slot information according to the card slot information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the communication events include communication events relating to voice messaging services and data transmission services.
4. A communication record management method of a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal is provided, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a first card slot, a second card slot and at least one user identification card, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps: when a communication event occurs, acquiring an ICCID number of a user identification card from which the communication event comes; storing the ICCID number in a database of communication records corresponding to the communication event; acquiring the ICCID number of a user identification card currently positioned in a first card slot and/or a second card slot; comparing the ICCID number in the database of the communication record with the ICCID number of the user identification card currently positioned in the first card slot and/or the second card slot, and if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the user identification card currently positioned in the first card slot, restarting a communication event corresponding to the communication record through the user identification card in the first card slot; and if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the user identification card currently positioned in the second card slot, restarting the communication event corresponding to the communication record through the user identification card in the second card slot.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein: when the communication event occurs, the obtaining of the ICCID number of the subscriber identity card from which the communication event originates includes: acquiring card slot information corresponding to a card slot of a communication event source when the communication event occurs, wherein the card slot information is used for distinguishing a first card slot from a second card slot; and inquiring the ICCID number of the user identification card corresponding to the card slot information according to the card slot information.
6. The method according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that: the communication events include communication events relating to voice messaging services and data transmission services.
7. A dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal, comprising: a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain an ICCID number of a subscriber identity module card from which a communication event originates when the communication event occurs; a storage unit, configured to store the ICCID number in a database of communication records corresponding to the communication event; a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain an ICCID number of a subscriber identity card currently located in the first card slot and/or the second card slot; a comparing unit, configured to compare the ICCID number in the database of the communication record with the ICCID number of the subscriber identity card currently located in the first card slot and/or the second card slot; and a display unit, configured to display that the source of the communication record is from the first card slot if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the subscriber identity card currently located in the first card slot; and if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the user identification card currently positioned in the second card slot, displaying that the source of the communication record is from the second card slot.

The terminal of claim 7, wherein the first obtaining unit further comprises: a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain card slot information corresponding to a card slot from which a communication event originates when the communication event occurs, where the card slot information is used to distinguish a first card slot from a second card slot; and the inquiry unit is used for inquiring the ICCID number of the user identification card corresponding to the card slot information according to the card slot information.
9. A dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal, comprising: a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain an ICCID number of a subscriber identity module card from which a communication event originates when the communication event occurs; a storage unit, configured to store the ICCID number in a database of communication records corresponding to the communication event; a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain an ICCID number of a subscriber identity card currently located in the first card slot and/or the second card slot; a comparing unit, configured to compare the ICCID number in the database of the communication record with the ICCID number of the subscriber identity card currently located in the first card slot and/or the second card slot; and an operation unit, configured to restart, by using the subscriber identity card in the first card slot, a communication event corresponding to the communication record if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the subscriber identity card currently located in the first card slot; and if the ICCID number in the database of the communication record is the same as the ICCID number of the user identification card currently positioned in the second card slot, restarting the communication event corresponding to the communication record through the user identification card in the second card slot.
10. The terminal of claim 9, wherein the first obtaining unit further comprises: a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain card slot information corresponding to a card slot from which a communication event originates when the communication event occurs, where the card slot information is used to distinguish a first card slot from a second card slot; and the inquiry unit is used for inquiring the ICCID number of the user identification card corresponding to the card slot information according to the card slot information.
