In another embodiment, the polyphenylene sulfide is further added with glass fiber GF accounting for 45% of the total weight, and due to the addition of the glass fiber, the mutual movement among polymer chains of the plastic is limited, the shrinkage rate of the reinforced plastic is greatly reduced, and the rigidity is greatly improved.
During production and assembly, the first sealing element 30 and the second sealing element 40 may be directly produced and then respectively filled in the first abutting groove and the second abutting groove, but in order to better seal the middle plate 10 with the frame 20, during production, the middle plate 10 is reserved with the first step 111 and the second step 112, and then the first sealing element 30 and the second sealing element 40 are integrally formed with the middle plate 10 and the frame 20 by injection molding, so that the middle frame of the mobile phone is formedThe waterproof mobile phone cover has good waterproof performance, the influence of external water seepage on the interior of the mobile phone is structurally avoided, and the problem that the product is waterproof due to the fact that the product is externally worn is solved, so that the waterproof life of the product can be greatly prolonged. During injection molding, the technological parameters of the injection molding machine are as follows: the ambient temperature is 15-35 ℃; the temperature of the raw material is 280-330 ℃; the temperature of the die is 140-160 ℃; the temperature of the blank is 140-160 ℃; the temperature of the hot runner is 250-270 ℃. The filling speed is 60 mm/s-180 mm/s; the glue melting time is 8-10 s; filling time is 0.15 s-0.25 s; cooling for 10-15 s; the pressure maintaining time is 1-5 s; the mold opening and closing time is 2-3.5 s; the taking-out time is 5-10 s; the back pressure (melt pressure) is 5MPa to 10 MPa; the injection pressure is 100MPa to 250 MPa; the pressure maintaining pressure is 50MPa to 150 MPa; the mold locking pressure is 12MPa to 16 MPa; the ejection pressure is 3MPa to 5 MPa; glue amount 50cm3~60cm3
