Abstract

本发明提供一种用于识别铝合金压铸轮毂的设备及方法,所述的设备包括激光扫描装置、控制器和计算机,所述的激光扫描装置包括图像传感器,并且设置为从铝合金压铸轮毂的表面拍摄图像;所述的控制器和计算机与图像传感器处于数据连接,并且从条码信息中读取轮毂的型号信息。本发明的有益效果是,采用激光读取方式,有效克服圆角、粗糙度、光亮度等表面缺陷。通过高度差方式,转换成条码并读取信息内容。保证了条码对比度,有效提高识别率。

Description

一种用于识别铝合金压铸轮毂的设备及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,具体地涉及一种铝合金压铸轮毂识别设备及方法。
背景技术
汽车实行三包法后,铝合金轮毂生产过程中对在质量、信息、管理等要求越来越严苛。需要在轮毂上增加永久性标识作为追溯管理的载体,来实行生产过程中的管理和出厂后的追溯。目前采用的方式为:在轮毂生产过程中,即压铸工序。毛坯成型后,在轮毂表面用激光刻字机刻蚀二维码。其它工序通过扫码器进行读码,记录相关信息。扫码器通过图像拍照方式识别二维码。产生如下问题:轮毂在热处理工序需要经过水池,进行淬火。淬火后有些二维码黑色部位脱落,对比度下降,降低识别率。在机加工序,乳化液对轮毂二维码黑色部位进行腐蚀,对比度下降,降低识别率。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种有效读取铝合金轮毂表面条码的设备和方法。在模具内腔采用工业条码方式加工条码。轮毂压铸成型后,在轮毂轮辋位置形成工业条码。其它工序采用激光高度差方法读取条码。克服对比度下降对识别率的影响。即使光线黑暗或者非常明亮时,仍可有效读取条码信息。
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于识别铝合金压铸轮毂的设备,所述的设备包括激光扫描装置、控制器和计算机,所述的激光扫描装置包括图像传感器,并且设置为从铝合金压铸轮毂的表面拍摄图像;所述的控制器和计算机与图像传感器处于数据连接,并且从条码信息中读取轮毂的型号信息。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的激光扫描装置设置为读取轮毂表面条码的高度、宽度或者颜色的变化。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的激光扫描装置包括带有物镜一的激光头和带有物镜二的图像传感器。
在本发明优选的方向,所述的物镜一和物镜二设置为将激光扫描装置的激光头出射的激光光路经由物镜一、待测轮毂表面条码、物镜二达到图像传感器,并且所述的物镜一和物镜二为可旋转式的物镜。
在本发明的其他方法,还公开了使用以上的设备来识别铝合金压铸轮毂的方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包括步骤:(1)使得激光头发射激光通过物镜一,并且随后在铝合金压铸轮毂的条码区域反射并且通过物镜二传递到图像传感器;(2)旋转物镜一和物镜二,使得激光光束扫过铝合金压铸轮毂的条码区域,并且通过图像传感器采集条码区域的高度变化值;(3)通过控制器将上述高度变化值处理为条码信息,并且读取该条码信息内容,将该条码信息内容传递到计算机。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的铝合金压铸轮毂的条码区域是通过激光刻字机刻蚀出的条码。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的铝合金压铸轮毂的条码区域位于铝合金压铸轮毂的轮辋外侧面或者轮辐法兰减重窝区域。
在本发明的其他方面,还提供了以下的技术方案。一种铝合金压铸轮毂识别设备及方法。主要由物镜、激光头、图像传感器、控制器、电脑等组成。其特征是:a.采用模具内腔加工条码方式;b.铸造成型后,车轮表面形成工业条码;c.工业条码通过高度差进行识别;d.采用激光读码方式。该设备中,采用铣床、激光等方式在车轮模具内腔加工条码。铸造成型后在车轮表面:轮辋、法兰、轮辐等位置形成工业条码。工业条码通过高度差进行识别。采用激光读码方式,快速,准确,成本低。条码信息内容包含轮型号、模具号等,方面识别系统的快速读取、辨识。
本发明的有益效果是,采用激光读取方式,有效克服圆角、粗糙度、光亮度等表面缺陷。通过高度差方式,转换成条码并读取信息内容。保证了条码对比度,有效提高识别率。

具体实施方式
在图1中,轮毂外轮辋(2)压铸条码(1)。
激光头(5)发射激光通过物镜一(4),激光传递至轮毂表面条码(1),条码(1)折射激光通过物镜二(6)传递至图像传感器(7)。物镜一(4)与物镜二(6)配合角度转动,激光经过激光扫描轨迹(3)从左向右依次传递至图像传感器(7)。图像传感器(7)记录高度变化值,并将高度变化值传递至控制器(8)。控制器(8)将高度变化值通过算法转化成条码,并读取条码信息内容。控制器(8)将条码信息内容传递至电脑(9)。
实施例1:压铸车间应用
在图2中,滚道(11)转动,传递压铸条码的轮毂(12)至激光刻字机(10)正上方。电动机(13)驱动旋转臂(14)旋转,激光读码装置(15)读取条码信息并传递至电脑。电脑识别出轮型号,并增加轮型生产序号信息内容,传递至激光刻字机(10)。激光刻字机(10)将信息内容转换成二维码刻蚀至轮毂法兰减重窝。
说明:压铸轮毂轮辋后续要进行机加工,因此要进行二维码位置转换。
可实现:轮毂的生产数量统计、生产时间记录、唯一性管理、追溯。记录每只轮毂的工艺、设备、人员等生产信息。压铸车间的信息化。信息的零延时传递。数据快速汇总,自动形成报告,便于分析。
实施例2:X光检验工序应用
在图3中,滚道(17)转动,传递压铸条码的轮毂(21)从左向右运动。压铸条码的轮毂(21)通过读码设备(18)时读取条码信息,并判断轮毂型号和所对应的检验设备。当判断压铸条码的轮毂(21)为X光设备二(20)对应的检验设备时,分选板(23)缩回,阻挡器(24)下降,轮毂传递至X光设备二(20)。当判断压铸条码的轮毂(21)为X光设备一(19)对应的检验设备时,阻挡器(24)升起,气缸(22)推动分选板(23),分选板(23)推动轮毂,使轮毂传递至X光设备一(19)。
可实现:轮毂的自动筛选,克服以前轮毂采用正面拍照识别时,误判、错判等缺陷。轮毂的检验数量统计、检验时间记录、轮毂的唯一性管理、追溯。X光设备根据产品模具分类编程,减少模具差异造成的误判、撞车等问题。信息的零延时传递。数据快速汇总,自动形成报告,便于分析。
实施例3:机加车间应用
在图4中,滚道(26)转动,传递压铸条码的轮毂(25)从左向右运动。压铸条码的轮毂(25)通过读码设备(27)时读取条码信息,并判断轮毂型号和模具号。机加车床(28)根据轮毂型号和模具号调取程序自动加工。
可实现:轮毂的自动筛选,克服以前轮毂采用正面拍照识别时,误判、错判等缺陷。轮毂的生产数量统计、生产时间记录、轮毂的唯一性管理、追溯。记录每只轮毂的工艺、设备、人员等生产信息。机加设备根据产品模具分类编程,减少模具差异造成的撞车、超差等问题。信息的零延时传递。数据快速汇总,自动形成报告,便于分析。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于识别铝合金压铸轮毂的设备,所述的设备包括激光扫描装置、控制器和计算机,所述的激光扫描装置包括图像传感器,并且设置为从铝合金压铸轮毂的表面拍摄图像;所述的控制器和计算机与图像传感器处于数据连接,并且从条码信息中读取轮毂的型号信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于识别铝合金压铸轮毂的设备,其特征在于,所述的激光扫描装置设置为读取轮毂表面条码的高度、宽度或者颜色的变化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于识别铝合金压铸轮毂的设备,其特征在于,所述的激光扫描装置包括带有物镜一的激光头和带有物镜二的图像传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于识别铝合金压铸轮毂的设备,其特征在于,所述的物镜一和物镜二设置为将激光扫描装置的激光头出射的激光光路经由物镜一、待测轮毂表面条码、物镜二达到图像传感器,并且所述的物镜一和物镜二为可旋转式的物镜。
5.使用权利要求1-4中任一项所述的设备来识别铝合金压铸轮毂的方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包括步骤:(1)使得激光头发射激光通过物镜一,并且随后在铝合金压铸轮毂的条码区域反射并且通过物镜二传递到图像传感器;(2)旋转物镜一和物镜二,使得激光光束扫过铝合金压铸轮毂的条码区域,并且通过图像传感器采集条码区域的高度变化值;(3)通过控制器将上述高度变化值处理为条码信息,并且读取该条码信息内容,将该条码信息内容传递到计算机。
6.根据权利要求5所述的识别铝合金压铸轮毂的方法,其特征在于,所述的铝合金压铸轮毂的条码区域是通过激光刻字机刻蚀出的条码。
7.根据权利要求5所述的识别铝合金压铸轮毂的方法,其特征在于,所述的铝合金压铸轮毂的条码区域位于铝合金压铸轮毂的轮辋外侧面或者轮辐法兰减重窝区域。
