本发明公开了一种通用硬度计测量工件内壁硬度的检测工具,包括通用硬度计、弓形检具、压头及工件构成。弓形检具一端同通用硬度计的滑柱联接,另一端固定联接压头;工件平放于通用硬度计检测平板,其压头通过弓形检具的弓形伸入工件的内壁,与工件待检测面相抵,达到工件的内壁硬度检测工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工件硬度的测量,具体讲涉及一种在通用硬度计上测量工件内壁硬度的工具。
背景技术
目前通用的硬度计测量工件硬度时,均是测头在上部往下压工件而测得压痕显示硬度值。但有些工件因机械构造的需要,须保证工件内壁的硬度,要测量硬度值.如用通用硬度计测工件内壁硬度就十分困难,因上部压头下行时被工件上部外壁阻挡,不好测量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种在通用硬度计上测量工件内壁硬度的工具。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明一种通用硬度计测量工件内壁硬度的检测工具,包括通用硬度计、弓形检具、压头及工件构成。弓形检具一端同通用硬度计的滑柱联接,另一端固定联接压头;工件平放于通用硬度计检测平板,其压头通过弓形检具的弓形伸入工件的内壁,与工件待检测面相抵,达到工件的内壁硬度检测工作。
作为优选的技术方案,所述弓形检具为U形结构,其U形的弓形面下端装夹压头,通过弓形伸入工件内壁。
本发明一种通用硬度计测量工件内壁硬度的检测工具的有益效果是:结构简单,操作方便,成本低,维护方便,用于硬度计测量工件内壁硬度的检测工具,检测可靠。

具体实施方式
参阅图1所示的一种通用硬度计测量工件内壁硬度的检测工具,包括所述的通用硬度计1、弓形检具2、压头3及工件4构成。弓形检具2一端同通用硬度计1的滑柱联接,另一端固定联接压头3;工件4平放于通用硬度计1检测平板,其压头3通过弓形检具2的弓形伸入工件4的内壁,与工件待检测面相抵,达到工件的内壁硬度检测工作。
作为优选的技术方案,所述弓形检具2为U形结构,其U形的弓形面下端装夹压头3,通过弓形伸入工件4内壁。
其工作过程:将弓形检具的上端接在通用硬度计原来装夹压头处,其下端装夹压头,通过弓形伸入工件内壁,当用通用硬度计测量硬度时,硬度计通过弓形检具将压头压在工件内壁,使工件内壁产生压痕而测得硬度值。

1.一种通用硬度计测量工件内壁硬度的检测工具,其特征在于:包括所述的通用硬度计1、弓形检具2、压头3及工件4构成。弓形检具2一端同通用硬度计1的滑柱联接,另一端固定联接压头3;工件4平放于通用硬度计1检测平板,其压头3通过弓形检具2的弓形伸入工件4的内壁,与工件待检测面相抵,达到工件的内壁硬度检测工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通用硬度计测量工件内壁硬度的检测工具,其特征在于:所述弓形检具2为U形结构,其U形的弓形面下端装夹压头3,通过弓形伸入工件4内壁。
