Abstract

本发明提供的是一种环形LED照明灯石墨散热器。在环形上板上连接有挂环,在上板与电路基板之间固定有穿杆,穿杆上套装有石墨环形锯齿散热片,在电路基板下部装有环形灯罩,在环形灯罩内的电路基板上安装有LED发光器组。所述石墨环形锯齿散热片上设有穿杆穿孔,石墨环形锯齿散热片内外环周设有锯齿散热尖。由于本发明使用石墨环形锯齿散热片组成的散热器进行散热,因此散热效果好,造价低,并能够延长LED照明灯使用寿命。适宜作为环形LED照明灯散热器使用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是照明领域的一种环形LED照明灯石墨散热器。
背景技术
LED照明灯发热量较高,如果没有有效的散热部件,难以保证照明灯正常工作状态。现有大型LED照明灯通常采用铝质灯罩进行散热,由于铝质结构的灯罩散热效果差,所以难以保证散热效能,而且铝需要融化铸形,耗费能源多,制造困难。
发明内容
为了提高LED照明灯的散热效果,本发明供了环形LED照明灯石墨散热器。该散热器通过在环形LED照明灯上部设置有石墨散热器,解决LED照明灯散热的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在环形上板上连接有挂环,在上板与电路基板之间固定有穿杆,穿杆上套装有石墨环形锯齿散热片,在电路基板下部装有环形灯罩,在环形灯罩内的电路基板上安装有LED发光器组。
所述石墨环形锯齿散热片上设有穿杆穿孔,石墨环形锯齿散热片内外环周设有锯齿散热尖。
积极效果,由于本发明使用石墨片组成的散热器进行散热,因此散热效果好,造价低,并能够延长LED照明灯使用寿命。适宜作为环形LED照明灯散热器使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在环形上板2上连接有挂环1,在上板与电路基板5之间固定有穿杆3,穿杆上套装有石墨环形锯齿散热片4,在电路基板下部装有环形灯罩6,在环形灯罩内的电路基板上安装有LED发光器组7。
所述石墨环形锯齿散热片设有穿杆穿孔5.1,石墨环形锯齿散热片内外环周设有锯齿散热尖。
所述石墨环形锯齿散热片在电路基板上设置多组,排列在电路基板上。
所述石墨环形锯齿散热片每片设置有四个穿杆穿孔。
所述石墨环形锯齿散热片采用石墨粉和树脂粘合压制成的片状体。
技术原理:
LED发光器组装在电路基板上,当发光时,产生电阻热,电阻热汇集在电路基板上,由于在电路基板上部通过穿杆层叠套装有石墨环形锯齿散热片,所以电路基板上产生的热量通过穿杆和石墨环形锯齿散热片对外散热,因此能够快速充分地将热量散出,从而降低电路基板的温度,致使延长LED发光器组的使用寿命,产生良好的散热效果。
散热途径:电路基板通过穿杆层叠套装石墨环形锯齿散热片,热量从电路基板通过穿杆将热量传导到石墨环形锯齿散热片上,分层散热。
特点:
由于采用石墨环形锯齿散热片进行散热,而且通过穿杆层叠装配石墨环形锯齿散热片,因此散热通道顺畅,尤其在大功率环形的LED照明灯上使用,更有突出的优点。
石墨环形锯齿散热片为片状结构,与整体的铝散热罩相比,制造容易,组装方便。
由于在石墨环形锯齿散热片的内外环设有锯齿,不但有散热片的平面散热效果,而且也有锯齿尖端散热的效果,因此散热效果好。
由于由多片石墨环形锯齿散热片层叠组合,所以散热面积大。

Claims (4)

1.一种环形LED照明灯石墨散热器,在环形上板(2)上连接有挂环(1),在电路基板下部装有环形灯罩(6),在环形灯罩内的电路基板上安装有LED发光器组(7);其特征是:
在上板与电路基板(5)之间固定有穿杆(3),穿杆上套装有石墨环形锯齿散热片(4),构成石墨散热器;
所述石墨环形锯齿散热片上设有穿杆穿孔(5.1),石墨环形锯齿散热片内外环周设有锯齿散热尖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环形LED照明灯石墨散热器,其特征是:所述石墨环形锯齿散热片在电路基板上设置多组,排列在电路基板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环形LED照明灯石墨散热器,其特征是:所述石墨环形锯齿散热片每片设置有四个穿杆穿孔。
