本发明涉及建筑材料领域，尤其涉及一种具有良好隔音效果的建筑用的墙砖。
背景技术
本发明涉及木质装饰板加工工艺技术领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃热成型板材专用材料，该阻燃热成型板材专用材料由于新型具有装饰效果的隔音层，从而不仅具有良好的隔音性能，而且可以代替普通陶瓷砖使用，无需增加任何施工工序和单独的隔声构造层次，构造和施工工艺简单，同时达到隔声和装饰的双重效果。
本发明提供的一种阻燃热成型板材专用材料，包括墙砖本体、装饰隔音层以及位于墙砖本体表面层和隔音层之间的粘结层，所述墙砖本体厚度为8~12mm，所述装饰隔音层厚度为3~5mm。
本发明的有益效果，该阻燃热成型板材专用材料由于新型具有装饰效果的隔音层，从而不仅具有良好的隔音性能，而且可以代替普通陶瓷砖使用，无需增加任何施工工序和单独的隔声构造层次，构造和施工工艺简单，同时达到隔声和装饰的双重效果。

具体实施方式
参考图1，本发明一种阻燃热成型板材专用材料，包括墙砖本体1、装饰隔音层2以及位于墙砖本体表面层和隔音层之间的粘结层3，所述墙砖本体1厚度为8~12mm，所述装饰隔音层2厚度为3~5mm。所述墙砖本体为普通墙砖。所述装饰隔音层底层为微发泡板材或卷材，面层为具有各种装饰图案的UV薄膜。所述的粘结层为三聚氰胺树脂层。
按照如下步骤进行制作：
墙砖本体的表面涂布三聚氰胺树脂层，在高温、高压环境下在墙砖本体表面面形成粘结层3；装饰隔音层底层为微发泡板材或卷材底层通过粘结层3粘帖粘结层3上，然后在装饰隔音层底层滚涂透明UV胶层、在透明UV胶层转印不同色彩的UV转印膜层和起保护板面的UV哑光面漆层。

1.一种阻燃热成型板材专用材料，其特征在于，包括墙砖本体、装饰隔音层以及位于墙砖本体表面层和隔音层之间的粘结层，所述墙砖本体厚度为8~12mm，所述装饰隔音层厚度为3~5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的的阻燃热成型板材专用材料，其特征在于，所述墙砖本体为普通墙砖。
3.根据权利要求2 所述的阻燃热成型板材专用材料，其特征在于，所述装饰隔音层底层为微发泡板材或卷材，面层为具有各种装饰图案的UV薄膜。
4.根据权利要求3 所述的阻燃热成型板材专用材料，其特征在于，所述的粘结层为三聚氰胺树脂层。
