本发明属于一种内侧双边缘暗槽对缝且预留孔槽的太阳能人造石材一体板,用于建筑外墙面集装饰和发电两种用途于一体的太阳能人造石材一体板,其特征是内侧面为人造石材,且在内侧面平行对应的两个边缘适当位置各预留暗槽,暗槽在施工时与建筑外墙体形成的空间用于置放太阳能电池板发电配套的其他部件;外侧面为太阳能电池板;金属或非金属网可内配或不配入人造石材内,两块太阳能人造石材一体板对接时,预留暗槽的边对缝拼接,两个暗槽合并与建筑外墙体形成较大的空间。本发明内侧单边缘设的暗槽能很好的解决太阳能电池板部分配套的线路系统安装位置问题,减少对基层墙体破坏。

本发明属于一种内侧双边缘暗槽对缝且预留孔槽的太阳能人造石材一体板,属于太阳能技术和人造石材应用领域。
背景技术
太阳能与建筑一体化工程成为未来低碳建筑的一种发展趋势,因此各种替代封装太阳能电池结构的材料应运而生,产生多种多样的太阳能电池板,但他们仍然是属于太阳能电池板的范畴,不是真正意义上的与建筑一体式安装,市场上用于建筑上的太阳能电池板的安装主要还是以屋顶安装系统为主,建筑外墙体太阳能电池板发电系统的布线对外墙整体装饰效果有影响,是个难题,太阳能电池板在建筑外墙体的应用程度很较低。
发明内容
根据以上太阳能电池板在建筑上的应用范围不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:采用内侧双边缘设暗槽且预留孔槽的太阳能人造石材一体板,黏贴在建筑外墙体上,可同时用于外墙装饰和太阳能电池板发电,集外墙保温、装饰、太阳能发电利用于一体,同时也解决与太阳能电池板结合的太阳能人造石材板的布线位置选择的难题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种内侧双边缘暗槽对缝且预留孔槽的太阳能人造石材一体板,用于建筑外墙面集装饰和发电两种用途于一体的太阳能人造石材一体板,其特征是内侧面为人造石材,该人造石材的组成基料为树脂或水泥或无机结合料,且在内侧面平行对应的两个边缘适当位置各预留暗槽,暗槽在施工时与建筑外墙体形成的空间用于置放太阳能电池板发电配套的其他部件;外侧面为太阳能电池板;金属或非金属网可内配或不配入人造石材内,并在板中的适当位置预留孔或和凹槽,太阳能电池板的接线盒和电线置于预留的孔或和凹槽位置。所述的结合太阳能电池板的太阳能人造石材一体板施工组装时,正式黏贴前,先将太阳能电池板的接线盒与暗埋在待施工墙体上的传输主电线连接,且该主电线在墙上的位置与板内侧边缘预设暗槽相对应,接线盒与主电线连接的电线超出实际上墙后需求的长度部分,卷置成适当形状适当大小嵌入太阳能人造石材一体板预留的孔或和凹槽内,再将太阳能人造石材一体板黏贴建筑物外墙面,两块太阳能人造石材一体板对接时,预留暗槽的边对缝拼接,两个暗槽合并与建筑外墙体形成较大的空间,两块板对缝的接缝处使用专用的填缝剂填嵌密实,有暗槽对接的缝的做法是:部分填缝剂需嵌挤进板两边的暗槽与建筑外墙体围成的空间内,无暗槽对接的缝的做法是:填嵌密实,两块板的接缝处勾成凹缝。
本发明主要有以下有益效果:
1.板的人造石材部分成型后平整度刚度稳定,可替代目前市场上的太阳能电池板用的金属边框,稳定性更好且降低成本。
2.太阳能人造石材一体板在建筑外墙连续铺贴,接缝处进行勾缝处理,能让外墙形成整体的装饰效果。
3.太阳能人造石材一体板增加了建筑上的太阳能应用领域。
4.暗槽与建筑外墙体形成的空间能很好的满足太阳能电池板发电所配套的线路安装需求,且不影响太阳能人造石材一体板的整体装饰效果。
5.暗槽对缝与建筑外墙体形成的较大空间可同时满足布线和布多级接线端子盒的需求。

1.一种内侧双边缘暗槽对缝且预留孔槽的太阳能人造石材一体板,用于建筑外墙面集装饰和发电两种用途于一体的太阳能人造石材一体板,其特征是内侧面为人造石材,且在内侧面平行对应的两个边缘适当位置各预留暗槽,暗槽在施工时与建筑外墙体形成的空间用于置放太阳能电池板发电配套的其他部件;外侧面为太阳能电池板;金属或非金属网可内配或不配入人造石材内,并在板中的适当位置预留孔或和凹槽,太阳能电池板的接线盒和电线置于预留的孔或和凹槽位置。所述的结合太阳能电池板的太阳能人造石材一体板施工组装时,正式黏贴前,先将太阳能电池板的接线盒与暗埋在待施工墙体上的传输主电线连接,且该主电线在墙上的位置与板内侧边缘预设暗槽相对应,接线盒与主电线连接的电线超出实际上墙后需求的长度部分,卷置成适当形状适当大小嵌入太阳能人造石材一体板预留的孔或和凹槽内,再将太阳能人造石材一体板黏贴建筑物外墙面,两块太阳能人造石材一体板对接时,预留暗槽的边对缝拼接,两个暗槽合并与建筑外墙体形成较大的空间,两块板对缝的接缝处使用专用的填缝剂填嵌密实,有暗槽对接的缝的做法是:部分填缝剂需嵌挤进板两边的暗槽与建筑外墙体围成的空间内,无暗槽对接的缝的做法是:填嵌密实,两块板的接缝处勾成凹缝。
