发明属于一种竖缝为暗搭式且水平缝为暗键式的人造石材太阳能一体板,集建筑外墙装饰与太阳能发电两种功能于一体,人造石材太阳能一体板的特征是:外侧面为太阳能电池板,外侧面以太阳能电池板的外观作为整体装饰效果;内侧面为人造石材;板的右端设L型台阶,板左端设的L型台阶与右端L型台阶相互倒映,板的上端面设通长的凸键,且上端面按一定间距设置适量数量的金属挂件,板的下端面设通长的凹槽,金属或非金属网可内配或不配入人造石材内,本发明提供人造石石材太阳能一体板的竖向暗搭方式,可去掉勾缝工序,板与板之间的缝很小,能形成整体且连续的装饰效果。

本发明属于竖缝为暗搭式且水平缝为暗键式的人造石材太阳能一体板,属于太阳能技术和人造石材应用领域。
背景技术
太阳能与建筑一体化工程成为未来低碳建筑的一种发展趋势,因此各种替代封装太阳能电池结构的材料应运而生,产生多种多样的太阳能电池板,但他们仍然是属于太阳能电池板的范畴,不是真正意义上的与建筑一体式安装,市场上用于建筑上的太阳能电池板的安装主要还是以屋顶安装系统为主,太阳能电池板在建筑外墙体的应用程度很较低。
发明内容
根据以上太阳能电池板在建筑上的应用范围不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:采用竖缝为暗搭式且水平缝为暗键式的人造石材太阳能一体板,挂装在建筑外墙体上,可同时用于外墙装饰和太阳能电池板发电,集外墙保温、装饰、太阳能发电利用于一体。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种竖缝为暗搭式且水平缝为暗键式的人造石材太阳能一体板,集建筑外墙装饰与太阳能发电两种功能于一体,人造石材太阳能一体板的特征是:外侧面为太阳能电池板,外侧面以太阳能电池板的外观作为整体装饰效果;内侧面为人造石材,该人造石材组成基料为树脂或水泥或无机结合料;板的右端设L型台阶,即板的外侧面有一定厚度外延且外延一定的宽度,板相对应的内侧面不外延伸;板左端设的L型台阶与右端L型台阶相互倒映,即板的外侧面有一定厚度内缩进且内缩进一定的宽度,板相对应的内侧面不缩进;板的上端面设通长的凸键,且上端面按一定间距设置适量数量的金属挂件,板的下端面设通长的凹槽,金属或非金属网可内配或不配入人造石材内,并在板的适当位置预留孔或和凹槽,太阳能电池板的接线盒和电线置于预留的孔或和凹槽位置;所述的人造石材太阳能一体板施工组装时,水平方向的搭接是:上一排板的下端面正对叠合于下一排板的上端面上,下一排板的上端面通长的凸键嵌入上一排板下端面通长的凹槽内,构成暗键式接缝;竖向搭接是:左边一排板右端面的L型台阶搭在右边一排板左端面的L型台阶上,即左边一排板的右边外侧面外延伸的部分搭接在右边一排板的左边外侧面内缩进的部分;板的左右两边暗搭式接缝的做法是:板与板相互搭接的接触面涂抹适量的密封胶或专用粘合剂;板的上下两边暗键式接缝的做法是:板与板相互搭接的接触面可涂抹或不涂抹适量的密封胶或专用粘合剂。
对于板左右端面的L型台阶,存在两种情况,第一种是板右端面外侧面外延一定宽度,内侧面不外延,板左端面外侧面缩进一定宽度,内侧面不缩进;第二种是板的左端面外侧面外延一定宽度,内侧面不外延,板的右端面外侧面缩进一定宽度,内侧面不缩进。上述人造石材太阳能一体板的特征是采用的第一种方式,当板的左右端面L型台阶属于第二种方式时,板的其他特征与第一种一样,施工组装时,水平方向搭接的方式相同,其竖向搭接是:右边一排板左端面的L型台阶搭在左边一排板右端面的L型台阶上,即右边一排板的左侧面外延伸的部分搭接在左边一排板右边外侧面内缩进部分,板的左右两边暗搭式接缝的接触面涂抹适量的密封胶或专用粘合剂的做法与第一种情况一样。
本发明主要有以下有益效果:
1.板的人造石材部分成型后平整度刚度稳定,可替代目前市场上的太阳能电池板用的金属边框,稳定性更好且降低成本。
2.人造石材太阳能一体板在建筑外墙连续挂装,能让外墙形成整体的装饰效果。
3.人造石材太阳能一体板的竖向L型相互搭接,可避免勾缝,板与板搭接紧密,缝很小,可形成整体连续的装饰效果。
4.板的水平向暗键式接缝,一方面可避免勾缝,板与板搭接紧密,缝很小,可形成整体连续的装饰效果,另一方面使单块板与多块板组装的板墙形成一个整体,当单块板受到垂直于板面的力时,可将部分力传递到整个板墙,提高了安全系数。
5.人造石材太阳能一体板增加了建筑上的太阳能应用领域。

1.一种竖缝为暗搭式且水平缝为暗键式的人造石材太阳能一体板,集建筑外墙装饰与太阳能发电两种功能于一体,人造石材太阳能一体板的特征是:外侧面为太阳能电池板,外侧面以太阳能电池板的外观作为整体装饰效果;内侧面为人造石材;板的右端设L型台阶,即板的外侧面有一定厚度外延且外延一定的宽度,板相对应的内侧面不外延伸;板左端设的L型台阶与右端L型台阶相互倒映,即板的外侧面有一定厚度内缩进且内缩进一定的宽度,板相对应的内侧面不缩进;板的上端面设通长的凸键,且上端面按一定间距设置适量数量的金属挂件,板的下端面设通长的凹槽,金属或非金属网可内配或不配入人造石材内,并在板的适当位置预留孔或和凹槽,太阳能电池板的接线盒和电线置于预留的孔或和凹槽位置;所述的人造石材太阳能一体板施工组装时,水平方向的搭接是:上一排板的下端面正对叠合于下一排板的上端面上,下一排板的上端面通长的凸键嵌入上一排板下端面通长的凹槽内,构成暗键式接缝;竖向搭接是:左边一排板右端面的L型台阶搭在右边一排板左端面的L型台阶上,即左边一排板的右边外侧面外延伸的部分搭接在右边一排板的左边外侧面内缩进的部分;板的左右两边暗搭式接缝的做法是:板与板相互搭接的接触面涂抹适量的密封胶或专用粘合剂;板的上下两边暗键式接缝的做法是:板与板相互搭接的接触面可涂抹或不涂抹适量的密封胶或专用粘合剂。
