The ratchet claw 3 is alternately provided with first teeth 31 and first grooves 32 towards one end of the ratchet claw 4, two first teeth 31 are arranged between two adjacent first grooves 32, the ratchet claw 4 is alternately provided with second teeth 41 and second grooves 42 towards one end of the ratchet claw 3, two second teeth 41 are arranged between two adjacent second grooves 42, and the first teeth 31 are meshed with the second teeth 41; the first limiting part 11 is a rib, and the rib is parallel to the axis of the limiting sleeve 1.

There are various ways in which the spray head 5 may be detachably connected to the ratchet wheel 4, such as a screw or snap connection.
The water pipe 10 is connected with the spray head 5, and cleaning water is sent into the spray head 5 for spraying, and a sealing gasket 6 is arranged between the water pipe and the spray head 5, so that water is prevented from entering the limit sleeve 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, to protect the stop collar 1 and enhance the strength of the whole spray head structure, a washer steel pipe 7 is sleeved outside the stop collar 1, the end of the washer steel pipe 7 close to the spray head 5 is flush with the end of the stop collar 1, and a second through hole (not shown in the figure) is formed in the position of the washer steel pipe 7 corresponding to the first through hole.
