The inclined plane forms an acute angle alpha with the length direction of the needle selecting sheets, and the inclined angle alpha corresponding to the inclined plane of the needle selecting sheets is gradually increased according to the arrangement sequence of the needle selecting sheets from top to bottom. Background
Jacquard circular knitting machines are becoming increasingly popular because of their ability to weave more abundant patterns. The needle selector is an important part of the jacquard circular knitting machine, and in the weaving process, the motion of the needle selector is controlled by a control system according to the design of the fabric pattern, so that a jacquard sheet on the jacquard circular knitting machine is driven to move, and a thread changing mechanism is used for thread changing weaving at proper time. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the prior art, the jacquard sheet is operated around the central axis of the jacquard circular machine, which is parallel to the length direction of the jacquard sheet 50, and the selector 10 is driven to swing up and down by the stitch bond 40 (the stitch bond is shown in fig. 3 and 4), and during the operation of the jacquard sheet 50, if the cutter head 21 of the selector 20 corresponds to the position of the striker 51 protruding on the jacquard sheet 50, the jacquard sheet 50 swings with its lower end as a fulcrum by the cutter head 21 when passing through the selector 20, thereby performing yarn-changing knitting. Each selector jack 20 has a cutter head 21 extending out of the housing 10, preferably the cutter head 21 is integrally formed with the selector jack 20.
The cutter head 21 has a bevel 22, and the cutter head 21 is in sliding contact with a corresponding striker 51 on the jacquard sheet 50 via the bevel 22. The cutter head 21 has at least two working positions, when the cutter head 21 is in the first working position, the inclined surface 22 of the cutter head is in corresponding and sliding contact with the corresponding position of the firing pin 51, and when the cutter head 21 is in the second working position, the inclined surface 22 of the cutter head is staggered up and down with the corresponding position of the firing pin 51. As shown in fig. 5, the bevel 22 forms an acute angle α with the longitudinal direction of the selector blade 20. The inclined planes 22 of the plurality of selector jacks 20 gradually increase in the corresponding included angle α according to the arrangement sequence from top to bottom.
In a more preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the plurality of selector jacks 20 are sequentially divided into a plurality of pairs, the inclined planes 22 on the plurality of pairs of selector jacks 20 gradually increase in the included angle α according to the arrangement order thereof from top to bottom, and the inclined planes 22 on the two selector jacks 20 in each pair correspond to the same included angle α.
In this embodiment, the included angle α is 60 ° to 70 °.
In a more preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 4, when all selector jacks 20 are in the same working position, a plane parallel to selector jacks 20 is set as M, so that the projections of the ends of all tool bits 21 on plane M are at the same point, the projections of the ends of all inclined planes 22 at the ends of tool bits 21 on plane M are at the same point, and the projections of the other ends of inclined planes 22 are different due to different inclination angles.
In this embodiment, a connection structure between the selector jack 20 and the housing 10 is provided, and referring to fig. 1 to 3, each selector jack 20 is fixedly connected to a base 60, a rotating shaft 30 is pivotally disposed on the base 60, and two ends of the rotating shaft 30 are respectively connected to the housing 10. Both ends of the rotating shaft 30 extend out of the base 60 and are spliced with the housing 10.
The other end of the selector jack 20 opposite to the end where the bit 21 is located has a connecting portion 23, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting portion 23 being connected to the inside of the base 60. The precision of the fit between the two ends of the shaft 30 and the insertion holes on the base 60 is high, so that the shaft and the insertion holes cannot slide axially, no clearance should be ensured between the shaft and the insertion holes, and interference fit or transition fit is preferably adopted.
A bipolar magnet 70 is attached to the base 60, the magnet 70 being opposite the needle selector coil coupling 40. The magnet 70 and the cutter head 21 are located on opposite sides of the base 60, respectively. The magnet 70 is formed into a first side portion 71 and a second side portion 72 by bipolar magnetization, both ends of the first side portion 71 are respectively N-pole and S-pole, one end of the second side portion 72 adjacent to the N-pole of the first side portion 71 is S-pole, and one end adjacent to the S-pole of the first side portion 71 is N-pole. The coil coupling 40 attracts the first side portion 71 or the second side portion 72 of the magnet 70 to drive the base 60 to rotate around the rotation shaft 30 to change the position, thereby swinging the cutter head 21 of the selector jack 20. By improving the prior art two spliced single pole magnetized magnets to a complete double pole magnetized magnet 70, the magnet is easier and more convenient to install and saves labor.
According to the needle selecting sheet group of the needle selecting device, the inclined planes 22 on the cutter heads 21 of the needle selecting sheets 20 are set to different inclined angles according to different upper and lower positions, so that the friction contact stroke between the original cutter heads and the firing pins 51 on the jacquard sheet 50 is shortened, the friction force between the original cutter heads and the firing pins is reduced, the wear degrees of the firing pins at different positions on the jacquard sheet are consistent, the problem that individual firing pins on the jacquard sheet are seriously worn in the prior art is solved, and the service life of the jacquard sheet is prolonged.
