本发明涉及面料,尤其涉及透气面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着物质生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的要求不再局限于保暖、舒适等原有的基本特性,转而将目光集中在具有保健、安全等特殊功能的功能性面料上,除菌面料就是其中的。
除菌面料具有良好的安全性,它可以高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,并能防止细菌再生和繁殖。目前市场上主流的处理方式有两种:是内置的银离子除菌面料,采用纺丝级除菌技术把除菌剂直接做到化学纤维里面;另是后处理技术即通过面料后续定型工艺加进去。后处理的工艺相对简单成本容易根据客户的具体要求进行控制,是市场上应用最多的。
由纤维组成的纺织品面料,由于其多孔式物体形状和高分子聚合物的化学结构利于微生物附着,成为微生物生存、繁殖的良好寄生体。寄生体除了对人体的危害之外还会污染纤维,因而除菌面料的主要目的就是消除这些不利影响。
现在市场上的除菌面料一般采用棉纤维、竹炭纤维等材料纺织而成,但是面料的效果不尽如人意,特别在医疗方面,一般的面料除菌效果不明显,保健效果功能更是微乎其微,完全不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供透气面料,以解决上述现有技术中尚未解决的难题。
本发明的技术方案为:透气面料,由经线和纬线相互交织而成,其创新点在于:所述经线为粘胶纤维混纺纱;所述纬线为聚酯纤维混纺纱。
进一步的,所述粘胶纤维为竹纤维。
进一步的,所述经线还可以为醋酸纤维或铜氨纤维。
进一步的,所述聚酯纤维为聚酰胺酯纤维、聚乙烯醇酯纤维或聚氯乙烯酯纤维。
进一步的,所述粘胶纤维纤度为6~13dtex。
进一步的,所述粘胶纤维细度为1.5~1.7dtex。

透气面料,由经线和纬线相互交织而成,其创新点在于:经线为醋酸纤维混纺纱;纬线为聚乙烯醇酯纤维混纺纱。
其中,粘胶纤维纤度为7dtex,粘胶纤维细度为1.0dtex。
本实施例的产品具有除菌抑菌,吸湿透气、放紫外线的特点,同时也具有除菌消毒,抗静电的特点;本发明的透气面料,还具有除菌消炎、除臭透气的功效,还具有防紫外线、手感舒适柔滑,吸湿保湿、抗静电等优点。
