Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline corrosion prevention, in particular to a high-performance adhesive capable of simultaneously bonding steel, polyethylene and epoxy resin powder.
Background
The 3PE anticorrosive coating is a pipeline anticorrosive coating with better performance at present, and the 3PE anticorrosive coating is formed by coating bottom epoxy resin powder on a steel pipe, then coating a middle-layer adhesive, and then coating surface polyethylene, wherein all the layers are tightly bonded to form a composite structure, and the advantages and the disadvantages are made up. The strong adhesive force between the epoxy powder and the surface of the steel pipe is utilized to improve the adhesion. That is, the adhesive plays a role in the 3PE anticorrosive coating to adhere the polyethylene and epoxy resin powders.
The 2PE anticorrosive coating comprises an inner layer adhesive and surface layer polyethylene, wherein the inner layer adhesive is firstly coated on the steel pipe, and then the surface layer polyethylene is coated. That is, the adhesive is used for adhering the steel pipe and the polyethylene.
The adhesives in the 3PE anticorrosive coating and the 2PE anticorrosive coating generally adopt copolymer primer, also called two-layer and three-layer adhesives, the main component is maleic anhydride graft copolymer, the active group of the maleic anhydride graft copolymer can form chemical bond combination with epoxy resin and polar wind molecular force combination with a steel substrate, and the polyolefin main chain and the polyethylene layer form homogeneous fusion combination, so that extremely high bonding strength is formed. The maleic anhydride graft copolymer has complex process and high product rejection rate, which leads to high production cost and high price.
The actual situation of the existing market is that different adhesives are adopted when the 2PE anticorrosive coating and the 3PE anticorrosive coating are coated, the 2PE anticorrosive coating only requires that the adhesives can bond the steel base material and the polyethylene, and the 3PE anticorrosive coating only requires that the adhesives can bond the epoxy resin powder and the polyethylene. Therefore, in practice, each manufacturer has its own dedicated binder formulation. In 2PE coatings, however, the temperature resistance of the binder is poor due to processing reasons.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for an adhesive with relatively low cost, which can simultaneously bond polyethylene, epoxy resin and steel substrates, and has performance no worse than that of the adhesive containing the maleic anhydride graft copolymer.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a 2PE anticorrosion and 3PE anticorrosion universal adhesive which has the advantages of relatively low cost and capability of simultaneously bonding epoxy resin, polyethylene and steel substrates.

The invention has the advantages that: the polysulfide rubber is characterized in that S atoms are arranged on a main chain of the polysulfide rubber to form a-C-S-S chain, the-C-S-S chain and the-C-S-S chain are subjected to a crosslinking reaction with EVA and combined with a side chain of the EVA, the silicone resin is a thermosetting polysiloxane polymer with a highly crosslinked structure, silicon atoms and oxygen atoms are alternately connected to form a framework in the structure, cobalt neodecanoate contains a large amount of cobalt ions, the cobalt ions are adsorbed by the framework and can enter gaps on the surface of a steel substrate to generate stronger van der Waals force, the zirconate coupling agent is used for increasing the surface activity, and the polysulfide rubber has stronger treatment effect on different materials compared with other coupling agents. Because a highly crosslinked structure is introduced into the EVA side chain, the van der Waals force generated by cobalt ions and ions in the steel substrate simultaneously ensures that the bonded steel has high peel strength, aging resistance and good temperature resistance.
And because the side chain has highly crosslinked structure, simultaneously because the silicone resin itself has compatibility with epoxy resin for the peel strength between with epoxy resin is high, realize that the gluing agent glues polyethylene promptly, glues epoxy resin again, still glues steel substrate, and the performance is good.
