Abstract

本发明涉及蓄热室用耐火材料领域,具体为一种电锅炉蓄热室用砖的制备方法。原料采用菱镁矿、氧化铁,包括如下步骤:(1)将菱镁矿在1500℃~1700℃下煅烧并保温3~6小时,产品为烧结镁砂;(2)将烧结镁砂破碎成5~3mm、3~1mm、1mm以下和<0.088mm的颗粒及细粉,按比例称量上述颗粒及细粉,其重量份数分别为:10~20份、30~40份、20~30份和25~35份,加入占上述颗粒及细粉重量5%~15%的铁红,再加入占上述颗粒及细粉重量3%~5%的亚硫酸纸浆废液作为结合剂,然后混料,原料混合均匀后用压砖机成型,经100~120℃烘干后,在1400~1700℃下煅烧1~5小时。本发明产品用于电锅炉蓄热室后,不仅有利于推动煤改电的实施,更有利于充分利用价格低廉的谷电。

Description

一种电锅炉蓄热室用砖的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及蓄热室用耐火材料领域,具体为一种电锅炉蓄热室用砖的制备方法。
背景技术
我国部分地区持续爆发雾霾天气,除去地形风力风向等客观原因外,在燃煤、机动车排放、沙尘和建筑扬尘等众多人为因素中,不合理的能源结构,特别是燃煤过度排放,是加剧雾霾天气的重要原因。我国煤炭消费占能源消费总量的67%,占全球煤炭消费量的40%,且仍以年均5%的速度增长。与此形成鲜明对比的是,我国可再生能源占能源消费的比重尚不足10%,且弃风、弃水问题突出。因此,加快转变能源利用方式,调整能源布局,优化能源结构,加快新型能源蓄热式电锅炉普及就成为应对雾霾之困、解决大气环境问题的优选之策。
我国已加入世界清洁能源行动,其目的在于调整能源结构和产业结构。在北方,一年中有4~6个月的时间是采暖期,由于燃煤在我国能源结构上占有重要比例,燃煤势必造成冬季环境污染,影响城市环境质量。要解决这个问题,就必须要引入固体蓄热电锅炉洁净能源。固体蓄热设备是一种先进、高效、清洁、环保、节能的热工产品。电蓄热系统,即利用价格便宜的低谷电将蓄能体加热以存储热能,然后把储存的热能向采暖或生活热水系统释放。
经检索可知:CN106051886A专利公开号涉及一种基于固体蓄热的供热系统;CN205747100U专利公开号涉及一种能循环蓄热的供热系统;但上述两发明均是对成套供热系统的描述,未具体涉及蓄热室用砖。因此,尚未有电锅炉蓄热室用砖的报导,该项目属于国内外首家研究发明的技术。此发明为电锅炉蓄热室提供一种新型蓄热材料,并且比液体蓄热降低成本,为大规模推广电锅炉创造了条件,相应地减轻了对环境的破坏。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种电锅炉蓄热室用砖的制备方法,该方法不仅有利于推动煤改电的实施,也有利于充分利用价格低廉的谷电,具有减少污染、减少排放、改善环境、提高电能利用率、改善电网负荷的多重效益。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种电锅炉蓄热室用砖的制备方法,原料采用菱镁矿、氧化铁(也称铁红),包括如下步骤:
(1)将菱镁矿在1500℃~1700℃下煅烧并保温3~6小时,产品为烧结镁砂;
(2)将烧结镁砂破碎成5~3mm、3~1mm、1mm以下和<0.088mm的颗粒及细粉,按比例称量上述颗粒及细粉,其重量份数分别为:10~20份、30~40份、20~30份和25~35份,加入占上述颗粒及细粉重量5%~15%的铁红,再加入占上述颗粒及细粉重量3%~5%的亚硫酸纸浆废液作为结合剂,然后混料;
(3)混合均匀的原料用压砖机成型,经100~120℃烘干后,在1400~1700℃下煅烧1~5小时。
本发明的优点及有益效果是:
1、电取暖取代煤炭取暖是国家产业结构调整的重要方向,有利于减轻环境污染、减少碳排放,也为充分利用清洁能源、减少弃风、弃光现象提供新的手段。但电锅炉如果不加装蓄热装置,而是直接从电网吸纳电能,会进一步加剧电网峰谷矛盾、增加调峰难度、恶化电能质量。因此,电锅炉配备蓄热室是大规模推广煤改电的基础。
2、蓄热体分液体材料和固体材料,其中:液体材料主要是熔融盐,其存在工作温度低(580℃以下)、需要伴热保温、容易冷却堵塞管道等不足。固体材料主要是蓄热砖,具有使用温度高(600~800℃)、热容大、易于小型化、布置灵活、免维护等优点,特别适合取暖面积几百平方米至几万平方米的场合。
3、本发明为蓄热式电锅炉提供一种高效的蓄热材料,对推广电热取暖具有重要意义和实际应用价值。
具体实施方式
下面,通过实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例中,原料来源于辽宁地区菱镁矿和唐山地区酸洗铁红。首先将菱镁矿在1550℃煅烧4小时,形成烧结镁砂。然后将烧结镁砂破碎成粒度分别为5~3mm、低于3~1mm、低于1mm和<0.088mm的颗粒及细粉备用,分别称量5~3mm、低于3~1mm、低于1mm和<0.088mm的颗粒及细粉,其重量份数分别为15份、35份、20份和30份,合计100份。然后外加占上述颗粒及细粉重量10%的铁红以及占上述颗粒及细粉重量3.5%的亚硫酸纸浆废液,投入搅拌机中搅拌20分钟,形成混合料。将混合料压成Φ60×100mm的圆柱,于110℃烘干4小时;在1400℃煅烧5小时,自然冷却蓄热室砖。蓄热室砖体积密度2.95g/cm3,荷重软化点1450℃,抗热震10次。
实施例2
本实施例中,原料来源于辽宁地区菱镁矿和唐山地区酸洗铁红。首先将菱镁矿在1600℃煅烧3小时,形成烧结镁砂。然后将烧结镁砂破碎成粒度分别为5~3mm、低于3~1mm、低于1mm和<0.088mm的颗粒及细粉备用,分别称量5~3mm、低于3~1mm、低于1mm和<0.088mm的颗粒及细粉,其重量百分含量分别为10份、35份、27份和28份,合计100份。然后外加占上述颗粒及细粉重量7%的铁红以及占上述颗粒及细粉重量4.5%的亚硫酸纸浆废液,投入搅拌机中搅拌20分钟,形成混合料。将混合料压成Φ60×100mm的圆柱,于110℃烘干4小时;在1500℃煅烧4小时,自然冷却蓄热室砖。蓄热室砖体积密度2.90g/cm3,荷重软化点1470℃,抗热震10次。
实施例3
本实施例中,原料来源于辽宁地区菱镁矿和唐山地区酸洗铁红。首先将菱镁矿在1650℃煅烧3小时,形成烧结镁砂。然后将烧结镁砂破碎成粒度分别为5~3mm、低于3~1mm、低于1mm和<0.088mm的颗粒及细粉备用,分别称量5~3mm、低于3~1mm、低于1mm和<0.088mm的颗粒及细粉,其重量百分含量分别为15份、35份、20份和30份,合计100份。然后外加占上述颗粒及细粉重量5%的铁红以及占上述颗粒及细粉重量3.5%的亚硫酸纸浆废液,投入搅拌机中搅拌20分钟,形成混合料。将混合料压成Φ60×100mm的圆柱,于110℃烘干4小时;在1650℃煅烧4小时,自然冷却蓄热室砖。蓄热室砖体积密度2.98g/cm3,荷重软化点1520℃,抗热震10次。

1.一种电锅炉蓄热室用砖的制备方法,其特征在于,原料采用菱镁矿、氧化铁,包括如下步骤:
(1)将菱镁矿在1500℃~1700℃下煅烧并保温3~6小时,产品为烧结镁砂;
(2)将烧结镁砂破碎成5~3mm、3~1mm、1mm以下和<0.088mm的颗粒及细粉,按比例称量上述颗粒及细粉,其重量份数分别为:10~20份、30~40份、20~30份和25~35份,加入占上述颗粒及细粉重量5%~15%的铁红,再加入占上述颗粒及细粉重量3%~5%的亚硫酸纸浆废液作为结合剂,然后混料;
(3)混合均匀的原料用压砖机成型,经100~120℃烘干后,在1400~1700℃下煅烧1~5小时。
