Abstract
一种可持续去除含VOCs废气的高机能吸附膜的制备及其应用方法,技术领域:新材料领域,本项发明是以解决对于含VOCs废气吸附膜,避免滤材即活性炭纤维微细孔和吸附剂即沸石粒子表面因热可塑性接着剂粒子包覆,而导致吸附剂吸附性能的低减。主要的解决手段为在活性炭纤维型无纺布膜之间夹持吸附剂粒子,用热可塑性接着剂固定在膜上来减少热可塑性接着剂使用量来实现发明目的。此项专利的主要运用领域为有机废气处理设备,利用活性炭纤维薄膜作为吸附VOCs的载体,力求活性炭纤维在VOCs废气治理方面发挥独到的作用。
Description
技术领域
发明关联废气吸附膜,尤其对甲苯、甲醛等VOCs具优异的吸附功效的废气吸附膜。
背景技术
近年来因吸入VOCs导致的不良住宅症候群等诸多引起神经系统过敏的症状在不断增加。这是因为由各类涂料、溶剂、树脂、粘着剂、稀释剂等散发大量的VOCs造成环境污染所致。尤其在为节能而气密性高的环境(如喷漆间、高档家具住宅等)受污更为严重。为此已研制出很多具有吸附机能的废气吸附膜,如化学结合型膜、物理吸附机构膜、触媒分解机构膜等。
发明内容
在活性炭纤维型无纺布膜上付着的吸附剂使用沸石粒子,提供即使使用热可塑性接着剂固定付着的沸石粒子、即使使用接着剂间隔点着方法、即使使用的接着剂量少也不会导致吸附剂吸附性能的低减的片段形蜂窝状可持续去除含VOCs废气的高机能吸附膜。
Claims (7)
1.以活性炭纤维型无纺布膜之间夹持吸附剂粒子,用热可塑性接着剂固定在这种含VOCs废气吸附膜上,其吸附剂粒子的粒径范围为200-500μm,将该热可塑性接着剂粒径减小到上述吸附剂粒子粒径的1/4-1/3为特征的可持续去除含VOCs废气的高机能吸附膜含。
2.以热可塑性接着剂在波纹型膜顶部采用间隔点接着形式的比以往的线状、条状或块状涂刷大幅度减少热可塑性接着剂使用量为特征的要求项1记载的可持续去除含VOCs废气的高机能吸附膜。
3.以上述热可塑性接着剂为甲基丙烯树脂和聚异氰酸酯制成的二液硬化型接着剂为特征的要求项1或要求项2记载的可持续去除含VOCs废气的高机能吸附膜。
4.以上述活性炭纤维型无纺布膜之间夹持吸附剂粒子为沸石粒子为特征的要求项1记载的可持续去除含VOCs废气的高机能吸附膜。
5.以用活性炭纤维型无纺布膜之间夹持吸附剂粒子即沸石粒子的膜制成的平板型和波纹型两种形状膜制成片段形蜂窝状的要求项1记载的可持续去除含VOCs废气的高机能吸附膜。
6.以上述活性炭纤维型无纺布膜之间夹持吸附剂粒子即沸石粒子的膜的平板型和波纹型两种形状膜制成片段形蜂窝状的成形体,用于VOCs废气治理,该成形体不用热可塑性接着剂固定,而是将上述片段形蜂窝状膜复数并列叠层形成为特征。
7.接着剂是以上述具有-OH的含甲基丙烯树脂的水性悬浮液和脂肪族聚异氰酸酯构成的二液硬化型接着剂为特征的要求项1或要求项2记载的可持续去除含VOCs废气的高机能吸附膜。
